It's been some minutes since Black Bounty along with Kaori left the Kamazaki estate. Ever since the Council members have been consoling the crying father who has been bawling over his son's dead body.
Sinchiro was also standing there for some moments when he decided it was better to leave the funeral ceremony for others and go back to finish some jobs.
But as he moved slightly someone grabbed his leg and a hoarse crying tone resonated heavily.
"It was you, who let him get away after killing my son! Tell me why you did such a thing! Tell me right at this instance!!"
Sinchiro felt like kicking the emo kid away since Yorichi currently was extremely pathetic to being a Second Seat holder of the upper Council. But just because Sinchiro didn't have any relations doesn't mean he disrespects others' sentiments.
Kneeling beside Yorichi, he spoke in a soothing tone but his words left the listeners in fright.
"Yorichi-san… If you have dared to even approach that being, I fear today there wouldn't have left anyone who could've associated themselves Kamazaki."
The clan head shivered evidently upon hearing Sinchiro's cold tone as he realized the possible repercussions of his irrational actions.
With a smile that didn't seem genuine at all, Sinchiro continued.
"I do feel bad for losing such young talent but I cannot bet mine and my responsible council men's life on that, right? So give yourself some time but don't do anything foolish to attain revenge. Since we both know what possible outcome will be drawn out of it, right?"
Sinchiro stared at the widened eyes of the Kamazaki fool who must have already thought of something against Black Bounty.
Well, he can only try to warn them and so he did.
"Okay, then. Please prepare a grand funeral for your son. I will try my best to attend it."

"But still I don't understand, why did you kill that bastard?"
It was almost half an hour since Kei and Kaori returned to Karen's apartment before both of them had breakfast. Kei ate again since his stomach is pretty much an endless well.
Karen nagged Kaori to tell every detail and the latter told her everything while embarrassing Kei in the process. He still couldn't take it when he hears the name 'Black Bounty. ' And especially when Kaori says it so teasingly.
Karen gave quite different glances at Kei in which complaint and admiration were common. She admired him for his strength and boldness. And complained because he didn't announce his relationship so openly with her.
After all the chattering, Kaori asked Kei about the matter on which Kei raised his brows in wonder as he asked back.
"You bothered about it?"
Realizing that Kei has taken her curiosity as rather something else, she immediately voiced her thoughts.
"No, of course not. I was going to kill that bastard after sorting some things out. But I have never seen you this aggressive before so it's rather surprising for me."
Kaori was by no means disliking these new sides of Kei. He is the perfect blend of warm and cold which has only made her more attracted to him.
Realizing that it was only her genuine curiosity, Kei coughed and answered in a slightly lower tone.
"I just don't like… how he… touched you… "

Kaori's heart leaped in beats as she heard his possessive reasoning. The way he shyly spoke those words made Kaori quite enthralled.
If it was a fictional world then she might have small hearts popped on her irises as she tried her best to not jump on Kei and do something unspeakable right on that chair.
But she has to endure for now. Kei hasn't even accepted her confession after all!
"Never thought Kei would be a possessive type."
Karen raised her brows in surprise as Kei got more embarrassed.
"D-do you guys hate it if I am a little bit possessive?"
"No, on the contrary, I would love to see Kei getting jealous for me. "
"M-Me too… "
Kaori was able to stutter that much since she had been blushing profoundly enough to talk properly.

After some more chatting, all of them decided to get moving since there were quite some matters that needed to be handled.
While clearing the table and helping Karen with the dishes, Kaori asked Kei in a more relaxed tone than before.
"Have you planned something for the summer vacation?"
Karen's hand, which was picking the bowls from the table, halted. She was planning to ask him about the vacation and invite him for a honeymoon trip to somewhere they could enjoy their quality time peacefully.
She has already searched for some vacation spots while Kei and Kaori were away from the Kamazaki mess. But to think that man-hogging human would snatch that chance away.
But contrary to their expectation, Kei's expression turned slightly grim as he spoke in a heavy tone.
"Yeah… I am going home…"
