Yuna Astroth was a pure dragon born who possessed the trait of the first Dragon Emperor and also the essence of a demi-human(Kei).
It was her divine bloodline and political status as the first princess that drew fake people around her. And Yuna despised pretense especially when it was directed toward her.
She has been aware of worldly affairs since the time she was yet to open her eyes. She knew what was right for her and what could hurt really bad.
She always remained away from almost everyone in her life. Her father and siblings had access to some portion of her private space but only until they doesn't pry more than necessary.
Yuna had a very fond relationship with her mother as since childhood Anastasia spent the most time with Yuna even after her siblings came into existence.
There were various familiarities between her and her mother's liking which made Yuna grow quite close to the Empress.
But apart from everyone else, there was someone for whom Yuna has longed the most. The person for whom Yuna could annihilate anyone and also sacrifice herself if he desires.
Being a prideful dragon, she accepted her feelings and created a one-sided bond with the said person through different phases of her life.
It was natural for her to grow possessive toward her bond. She loves Kei even though she knew the difference in their status. She loves him despite knowing that he never tells her the whole truth about his origin despite the time they spent together. She loves him regardless of what he retains or what he has to face.
And now…after waiting for so damn long…someone snatched her lover? The person she dreamt of… The person she chose as her bond… The person she foresaw her future with…suddenly comes up and says that he fancies someone else now…that his interest lies in some other woman…!
How could she accept that? She loves him so much yet…
"So you saw me only as your sister huh…"
Kei blinked in perplexion upon hearing her words after a small pause.
He tried to tilt his head and see her face but Yuna's tightened grip didn't let him move before he heard her continuing in the same tone.
"How can you do this to me Kei… I kept on waiting…waiting and waiting for you to see me as a woman. I wanted you to fall in love with me but was scared to request such. I never dared to pry in your life and in return…this…you actually….with someone else.."
By now, Kei could feel her body trembling, and his arm getting wet undoubtedly because of her tears.
But he was too stunned to move at the moment.
Kei never really thought that a woman like Yuna who was graced with such godly beauty and such phenomenal strength would be attracted to him who always wears a shroud of fakery. And he knew how much she hates facades.
He never thought that her favorable behavior toward him would amount to anything more than a friend or maybe a big brother.
Kei was conscious that Yuna cared about Kei's pride and never liked it if someone insulted him but he only took it as the deeds of a protective little sister.
….it was just too sudden for him.
However, he decided to throw those thoughts away for now and comfort the girl in his arms first. Anything mattered second right now, as his priority lay in calming Yuna down.
"Hey…hey… Look over here."
"Why tho…you can't leave them if I look at you right?"
Kei used his strength to straighten up as he urged Yuna to face him. His distress escalated as he saw streams of tears raining down her cheeks and clotted blood on her lower lip.
Her sorrow and frustration after hearing about Kei's relationship with some strange women seemed vivid from her action. And Kei felt anxious seeing Yuna in such a state.
"I-I don't know what to say Yuna but I really don't want to see you cry. I swear. Please tell me what I can do to make you stop."
Kei had very less knowledge about a woman's way of thought and he always regretted not involving himself with such concern.
He realized that Yuna was hurt because he was romantically involved with Kaori and Karen and also it was pretty apparent how Yuna thought about him. But that doesn't mean he could lie to her about his feelings toward Yuna. Nor he could unsay those things related to dating.
"Wh-*sniff* Why do you care?! I am not someone you love! It's them…your lovers waiting for you to return. You can stop worrying about me and go away!"
Yuna was throwing her hands and legs in order to escape his hold but Kei was rigid about not letting her go. He feared that Yuna might hurt herself if he release her now.
"How can I stop worrying about you, Yuna? You know how much you matter to me. Please don't cry like this. I promise I will do anything so stop hurting yourself."
It was the same words he always used to say when Yuna threw tantrums in the past. She generally asked for longer stays with him or sometimes hunting trips.
But Kei forgot that Yuna has matured now… and so have her needs.
After a short pause, Yuna finally lowered her arms and spoke in a timid voice like she usually did in the past.
The major difference was the content of her wish.
"I-is that so… then impregnate me!"
