"I can't do that. I am very much sure that kissing you would be addictive enough for me to ask for more. I can't lie to you as well, so I request you to change the content of the promise."
Kei had his head slightly tilted and brows raised high as he blinked in amazement at the girl who could shift her emotions so abruptly.
He chuckled audibly before calling her over.

Yuna was startled as she felt herself being pulled toward Kei before her cheeks were enveloped by a warm sensation.
His blood-red eyes were close enough to portray herself in the reflection. His hot breath melted her instantly but Yuna held together somehow since this wasn't the main show.

The reason for Kei's worries lies in the unnatural attraction of his essence to Yuna's which derives from the fact that Kei once shared his energy with her during her infant stage.

And even if he restricts himself now, the backlash of being abruptly torn away would severely wound Yuna's core.
