For a long moment, no one was able to discern what they heard from the announcer of the court regarding the person he referred to be arriving. If not for the emperor whose court they were attending, many would have already asked the attendant once again whether he didn't misspeak.
But as soon their eyes fell on the man walking inside the courtroom fearlessly, they dropped their head low without any strand of hesitation. Those who were getting up from their seat also knelt on the ground respectfully including the emperors of the four empires as well.
This aura, this face, this elegance, this mysterious presence...they couldn't be wrong about the one and only Emperor of the first kingdom.
The hall silently awaited as the man who had dense facial hair covering most of his face walked across the courtroom toward the head point. His face despite being animalistic was quite charming and well-groomed. His ruby red eyes which seem to be calm as lake water yet fierce when disturbed, always make people lost and forget whom they are gawking at. A build that might not be intimidating compared to those like Kalwar but no one dares to judge Ryuu on that criteria.
Having the strength to make the ground quake and sky tremble, Ryuu was not someone whom anyone within the third realm could ever dare to judge or go against to. Many have already and they are no longer in existence to narrate their regretful tales of offending the First Emperor.
If not for his overwhelming and heavenly might which he showed all those years ago, then there were many who would never have agreed to be bound within a jurisdiction. However now, if everything is at peace then it is because of this man.

'Crap...this is nerve-racking...'
Walking to the throne made of nothing but gold and platinum, I felt my heart banging against my chest as being the center of attraction never made me feel relaxed at all. And not to talk about the empress who was awaiting with a chilly smile by the thrown, providing no good premonition at all!
But, I was able to somehow pull myself together despite I rarely played the role of almighty ruler. The first time I came here, I never knew I would end up killing a mythical beast that was on the verge of extinguishing this whole realm. And after that, I never got a breather since this realm was the most chaotic among the five.
I did take it upon myself to organize all the livelihood and distribute the authority, but somehow I ended up on this throne and this beautiful empress standing beside me as my bride.
Well, the last part happened on my willingness but that doesn't change the fact that I more or less did everything in this world on a whim.
"Arriving directly in the court without a word~ I see, how much importance I carry for my lord."
Sufi's chilly tone reached my senses as I advanced to the stage where my throne was awaiting. I froze up a bit in guilt since I indeed behaved a little insensitively thereby not informing Sufi about my arrival and presently walked into the court. Despite being platonic, Sufi is the first legal wife I have and still, I have paid little to no attention to her.
Despite her sounding angry I knew she wouldn't say anything to complain nor she ever tries to ask me about where I ran off to, and I am sincerely thankful for that. However, I have made a decision regarding the matter.
"... I apologize."
Saying so, I took my seat without glancing at what face my empress made. Well, I really like to see her adorable ears twitching but now, it's not the time.
"At ease."
Using my enhanced voice, I reverberated my words as I saw the figures in the court raising their feet. Several strong entities were currently bowing their head in greeting to which I only nodded stiffly since the look they give was not something I was used to.
I have been enjoying my time as a background character in high school which was why these admiring and fearful gazes made me feel a little bit out of place.
"Fufu..."
Sufi is aware of my personality to a certain extent that called for that giggle from that mischievous empress.
'I will have my revenge, woman...'
Grumpily, I focused on the audience in front who were getting seated noiselessly. There were all kinds of beastmen in my sight. Some were hideous and some seemed tamable. A wonderful vista for all the isekai fans out there.
The palace council members who were seated on the primary first seats on my left turned their heads followed by everyone as they awaited my word.
"I hope the trade and business are running smoothly."
This was one of the generic lines I have prepared in order to play my role as the Emperor. I have no idea how Sufi handles all this shit and asking her would have given her a matter to get teased upon so I generally start with the asking-the-generic route.
Hearing my remarks several heads bowed down and amongst them, the most senior-looking buffalo head spoke. His name...I can't remember.
"With your support, my lord, everything is seemingly in a better condition than ever in the past. The overall development of the masses is only possible because of the supreme one's guidance."
I nodded in affirmation as I saw that almost everyone agreed with what the old man said.
After I saw the depravity of the weak ones in the realm who were subjected to nothing more than just being preyed on, I asked some officials to put direct routes between nations in order to promote trade and made it mandatory for every kingdom and empire to ensure their citizen's well-being if they don't want to be cut off from the rest of the world.
I got rebelled but at those times I always stayed agitated for one reason or another, so it proved to be a golden opportunity for me to exert dominance by cleaving some wasted heads. If asked now, I wouldn't go to such lengths but it was not like I was regretting my past actions.
This...and all the realms is something which was a part of my father's jurisdiction. These people and all of them out there was his responsibility so after him, I naturally took upon the role to secure every realm's existence. I might not interfere in their trivial matters but until I am here I wouldn't let any domain get destructed because of themselves or let create trouble for those who were weaker than them.
"Now to the main topic."
Exerting some of my intent, I saw the facial expressions of the people in the audience, paling at a tremendous pace, but it was required for what I was going to say next.
"Tell me...who the fuck among you dared to go against my words?"
