Zhao Dier had initially planned to confront Gu Chaoyan and her companions, seeking to assert her dominance. However, feeling humiliated, she decided to seek assistance from Wuxing.
To her surprise, Wuxing was ingratiating himself with Gu Chaoyan’s group, even offering to guide them around using the reputation of Piaomiao Pavilion. In comparison, Zhao Dier felt insignificant.
