Mizuto looked at Reina and didn't expect that she would be crying. Nevertheless, there was a reason why he decided to wait at the parking lot as this place was quiet, and he also didn't want anyone to see what he was about to do with Reina.

As a reminder, he definitely didn't plan to do anything perverted. Instead, he just wanted to clear up all the blurriness in their relationship.

However, he still wanted to keep this relationship a secret as he didn't want Yume to know.

Yes, he was unfair.

However, didn't Reina come to him knowing what kind of unfair relationship they might have?

"Are you crying?"

"I-I am not! There is dust on my eyes!"

Hearing his words, Reina blurted out and refused to admit the weakness she felt at that moment. When Mizuto wasn't around, she was weak, yet when he was there, she pretended she was okay.

Nevertheless, Mizuto felt helpless, realizing that this girl was also a "tsundere."

Frankly, this type of girl was troublesome, especially when they weren't able to express what they truly felt, and in the end, the words that came out from their lips would hurt the one that they cared about.

Yet, whether the girl was a tsundere or not, it didn't matter to him.

However, there was a big problem for him.

Is it okay to say what he wanted to say here?

Mizuto realized how awkward his situation was. He stood in the parking lot for the bicycle, waiting for Reina, and then asked her to become his woman. Still, if he confessed normally and made her into her girlfriend, then it might be okay, but he had a girlfriend, and it was impossible for him to give up Yume for Reina.

In other words, he was going to make Reina his secret lover.

Nevertheless, with the current mood, place, and time, he wondered whether it was okay to say all of that.

If there was a robber who suddenly came and threatened the two, or when there was a sudden meteor that threatened the two, then he would protect her, then he felt like he could say the words that he wanted to say in his mind smoothly.

When those situations happened, he would say that Reina was important to her and he wanted her to be for himself.

Yet, such a situation wouldn't happen at his convenience. Even if he had a "Golden Luck" ability, if such a situation happened, then the name of this skill wasn't "Golden Luck" anymore. Instead, it might become "Dark Misfortune."

So—

"Let's talk."

Mizuto hoped that by talking, he could make them into the right mood, then swiftly take her down, yet when he thought about Reina's character, he felt like she would reject him, considering her "tsundere" tendency, but—

"It's okay. You don't need to force yourselves."

Mizuto looked at Reina at a loss when she said those words softly.

Reina closed her eyes for a moment before she made up her mind. "I know that you feel responsible for me, but you don't need to. Even though many things happened between us, including... that night..." She took a deep breath and forced herself to continue. "But in the end, it was mostly my fault." If she hadn't asked for that alcohol or even been tempted to have such an act with him, then this wouldn't have happened, and he wouldn't have been forced to take care of her.

At that moment, Reina knew how selfish she was, and she just wanted him to do something even if she knew Mizuto had a girlfriend. Moreover, that girlfriend was her friend. Nevertheless, she forced herself on him and eagerly accepted his advance, hoping he would fall for her and make a relationship with him.

Yes, she had betrayed him.

Reina realized that she had fallen for him. Even though, in the beginning, they had made up their minds to just become friends, she fell for him.

Everything was her fault, so she had to take responsibility for it to end it without hurting anyone.

"It was all my fault, so please don't feel like this again. Let's just go back to how we used to—"

"Be my woman."

Reina stopped the words that came out of her mouth and looked at Mizuto, who looked at her unwavering gaze. Her lips trembled, and her eyes were moist, but she held all of that and said, "No."

She wished to say "Yes," but she knew that she didn't have the right to do so.

But Mizuto didn't intend to give up. "Be my woman."

"No!" Reina responded to him fiercely and looked at him while crying. "Don't do this... I don't want you to force yourselves to fall for me because of this..."

"I don't force myself. I want you. That's all. Once again, be my woman, Reina."

As Mizuto said those words, he moved closer, thinking that he hadn't chosen the wrong woman.

Reina held her hand tightly as if folding them below her breasts and above her stomach as she forced herself not to look away.

"...do you love me?"

"I don't."

Reina was in a daze as she stared at Mizuto in a daze.

"My feeling toward you isn't something so flimsy like a love, which keeps changing and fickle. Instead, I care about you."

"...care?"

"Don't think this feeling is forced due to our situation. Instead, it appears because I know you. I know what kind of girl Reina Kousaka is, and I get to know you. This feeling isn't born just because of an accident, but it slowly builds up, and now, I believe that I haven't made the wrong decision."

As he said those words, he moved closer, gently wiping the tears on her white cheek with his thumb.

"Because I care about you, I want you to smile. I don't want you to cry, and if you are crying, I want to be the one who wipes the tears from your eyes, and this feeling won't change even if you have changed.

"Even if you are not special and not aiming to become a musician in the future, my feelings won't change, and I still care about a girl known as Kousaka Reina."

Mizuto knew that he might not be capable of falling in love with others, but he could care for them as long as they didn't betray him.

While it might be strange to say this at this moment, he wouldn't be like Napoleon Bonaparte, who was still clinging tightly to a woman who had cheated on him.

Instead, in terms of a man mentality and romance, Mizuto wanted to aim to become a man like Genghis Khan.

In the early years of Genghis Khan, his wife was taken away and robbed by his enemy, and when he was able to kill his enemy and save his wife, he saw his wife was already pregnant and even gave birth to a child, yet even so, Genghis Khan didn't give her up and even accepted that children as his adopted children.

Moreover, this decision wasn't wrong as Genghis Khan's wife became the one who supported him the most to become the Emperor of one of the largest empires in history, the Mongolian Empire.

While Mizuto didn't think that his women would meet in such a situation where they would be forced to, as a man, he would take care of them and be responsible to the end.

Nevertheless, for a woman like Reina, who could even sacrifice her feelings so she wouldn't trouble him, Mizuto knew that he hadn't chosen the wrong woman.

Reina, who was crying, felt his arms around her, tightly hugging her, tore her hesitation, who still wished for happiness between Mizuto and Yume before she hugged him tightly, without letting him go, and kissed his lips.
