On the peak of the newly named Mount Godwin in the Northern Cold Reaches of Eleanor.
There was a young man training with a double edged polearm and a woman wearing a mask sitting on a rock watching the former as he trains.
These two are none other than Brian and Tian Yi, respectively.
Brian: "I have long ago found a way to incorporate my power through my moves, and that's to use the five elements, now I want to try it out but to prevent this mountain from collapsing looks like I have to use the metal element and 1% of my total power."
Brian: "1% Double Clash Execution!"
Brian has spin his polearm with both of his hands to his right side very fast until it became a blurry silhouette, it kicked up wind on the wide flat peak which made all of the snow from Brian's right side to fly away into the air while the snow from his left side are flying towards him.
After which he separated his left arm from the polearm, surprisingly an illusion of the said object appeared on his left arm!
The explanation may take very long, however all of these happened in less than a second after Brian started to spin his polearm!
He stopped spinning the polearm on his right and initiated a kneeling position, after which he injected metal elemental energy into his knees.
-BOOM-
With that he released the injected energy through force on his feet which created earthquakes and landslides on Mount Godwin and flew out of the mountain.
On the air, Brian did a somersault and landed on a neighboring smaller mountain and slashed both of the double bladed polearms on it.
-SHUA-
The smaller mountain's peak was sliced off and started to slip off the mountain.
Brian sent his will on the slipping mountain peak which suddenly stopped and floated back on it's original position, as if nothing as even happened to it!
Brian frowned: "My move is still too crude! If it wasn't, the mountaintop wouldn't slip off! Plus, if the injected power in the double bladed polearms is over 1%, I'm afraid this whole mountain would be gone!"
Brian flickered back to Mount Godwin's flat peak and saw Tian Yi, who was still sitting on the rock.
Brian: "I just need my subjects to recognize me and bestow me a title to transcend into Venerable God Realm, but that situation would be bleak until this full-scale war would be over.
Brian asked to Tian Yi: "You've been sitting there for many years already! Does your buttocks even hurts?"
Tian Yi: "No master, and while you were training, Kane Valore sent a karmic transmission to me that he needs your help in modifying the terrain of the surrounding lands of the capital of the Imperium of Valore."
While Brian was honing his skills, Tian Yi technically became his secretary who oversees the former's appointment with the faction leaders.
Brian: "Alright!"
Before Brian left the mountaintop he checked on Changqing Weibao, the latter was already 200km away from the peak of the mountain.
Brian's mood became solemn when he saw Weibao, who was currently in Soul Tribulation Realm and muttering his father's name while inside a cavern.
Brian: "Once he finishes travelling down this 8,840,000km mountain, he'll then become a saint. He can even beat Immortal Celestial in terms of comprehension and talent."
Thinking of what the kid has gone through all his life, he suddenly felt that Weibao was like the a protagonist of a novel.
Tian Yi: "Could I ask something to you master?"
Brian: "What is it?"
Tian Yi: "Master, what's your long-term goal? Don't everybody has one?"
Brian was caught off guard by Tian Yi's question, he thought that it's a question about what's life outside Eleanor.
Brian answered: "I... don't know, is it to be become strong? To be known?"
Tian Yi smiled under the mask: "I'm sure master would have one, just like Weibao down there, travelling down the mountain in hopes of reuniting with his father."
Brian then remembered about his parents: Father, mother, it has been many many years, I didn't even get to see the both of you.
Tian Yi: "Could I ask a question again master?"
Brian's mood became more solemn and said: "Yes, what is it?"
Tian Yi: "Can I take off my mask now?"
Brian was speechless and thought: She really knows how to ruin a moment!
Brian answered: "Nope, absolutely not... yet!"
Brian then teleported to Valoria, the Imperium of Valore's capital city.

Valoria was a 50km city surrounded by very thick city walls, there was an outer city, inner city and a palace district, each of which were also surrounded by walls.
The city was built on a wide plain in the middle of hills.
The outer city was as bustling as ever as the inner city, everyone might think that the former would be where the poor people are living, however there was no such system as that in Valoria, in fact, the palace district was the quietest!
On top a of hill outside the city...
An old man dressed in casual clothes, which was like Brian's, was meeting the latter, if not for the former's guards beside him, everyone would think that the old man was not the Emperor of Mankind, Kane Valore.
Kane Valore: "Your Lordship, I enquired your help, not because I don't want to actually change the terrain around Valoria, but just build secret compartments and bunkers on the hills and around the city."
Brian: "Ehh, isn't that almost the same?"
Kane: "But... nevermind forget about what I said, Your Lordship! I just need your help on what I said because the imperial construction workers are fully deployed around the Continent of Mankind with the help of the Daoist, Buddhist and Devil cult members, so there were nobody available, not just that, I don't also want the beautiful green scenery around the capital to turn into a wasteland just because of the coming war."
Brian thought: This man is crafty, no wonder he unified the whole continent with his power and wits. He doesn't just consider on the military and power aspects, but also to the civilian and nature aspects too! If he was back at Earth, he would become somebody known throughout the quadrants controlled by the United Nations.
After Brian's line of thought, he suddenly thought of something and asked to Kane: "What was your goal when you were unifying the continent?"
Kane: "Why did you suddenly asked that, Your Lordship?"
Brian: "A friend asked that question to me."
Kane didn't linger any longer and answered: "Before the Continent of Mankind was unified, local leaders would take advantage of bad situations and my family was one of the victims of it..."
Kane added: "My mother died due to hunger because of the great famine that occurred long time ago, my father on the other hand, was forcibly enlisted in the army of the local lord, they threatened my father by using me as their grip onto him, they forced my father because he was one of the strongest in the city that time. He... he died on the war with an another local lord, his comrades told me that he was muttering my name before he died."
Kane then clenched his fists and said: "When I got the news, I was only 12 years old at that time, as a kid, I cried on the bedroom for three days straight, it doesn't just end there, the local aristocrats took advantage of the situation and took my family's lands and has split it up amongst themselves, my family at that time was average, however our lands were huge. I was left alone on the street, making a living of my own, until the Fiendish Devil Cult leader, Sheng Nushi picked me up raised me, however she couldn't corrupt me, so she sent me to the Daoist and also taught me, in turn also gave me to the Buddhist and they also taught me. One night, I thought of a goal, and that's to unify the continent, kill all the local lords with criminal cases, and now you're seeing the end product of it... the Imperium of Valore."
Brian: "I'm so sorry about that."
Kane: "No, it's alright, Your Lordship."
Brian thought: It all started with his parents too.
Brian looked at the sky of Eleanor and thought: Isn't this the universe or is it a parallel one or an another one? Maybe, one day I could explore the vast space when I get stronger, and at least check the Earth.
With that, Brian now has a goal in his mind.

In a location in the Holy Ruins, there was a cathedral in which there was a black robed man and a gray robed teenager inside it.
The former is none other than the Chaos Wraith and the latter is none other than Ji Yun.
Chaos Wraith: "Why are you here? I told you many times that there is no stopping the great massacre!"
Ji Yun: "I'm not here to ask that question, however, you know that kid more than we do. When we were training here, he stumbled upon this very cathedral, however you didn't show yourself to him at all!"
The Chaos Wraith removed his hood and Ji Yun saw a long scar from the former's scalp, to it's left eye down to the mouth and to the throat. If Brian were only here, he would've recognize the Chaos Wraith, that's because he was Professor Qin, a professor back at Quantia!
Qin said coolly: "There are some things that you so called gods shouldn't know."
