After helping Emperor Kane modify the surrounding lands of Valoria, Brian went back to Mount Godwin and was greeted by Tian Yi, who was still sitting on the same rock.
Tian Yi: "Welcome back master, say... when are you going back to Heavenly Imperial City?"
When Brian first came back from the Heavenly Imperial City, he narrated what he has seen when he was exploring the said city to Tian Yi. Brian didn't hide anything to Tian Yi because the latter would be very trustworthy because after all, the former could easily snuff out the life out of the latter, but of course, Brian wouldn't do anything like that.
Brian: "The first 100 year period would be over soon and that's when I could leave again as written in the booklet about the Battle of Planets rules. Why did you suddenly ask about it?"
Tian Yi: "Well, I'm hungry."
Brian was stunned: "You get hungry? But you said that..."
Tian Yi intercepted and said: "I don't get hungry on cravings for food, but for materials to sustain the planet's life, in this case, my life."
When Tian Yi finished her sentence, Brian rummaged through the memories in his brain for the information that the parchment gave about planets needing to absorb different kinds of objects to keep living.
Brian read the message on his mind and thought: The creator of the planet must know what kind of material they must feed to the planet. However, in this case, the planet said it to me.
Brian: "What do you want?"
Tian Yi bashfully said under the mask: "Eternal Flame Stone."
Brian felt his throat suddenly become warm: "Oh..."
Brian almost coughed out blood because of Tian Yi's request.
Brian thought: Etern... Eter... Eternal Flame Stone?! Is she trying to kill me!? Sir Ji said that those stones are abnormally expensive and could only be bought in the Public Barracks through hundreds of thousands of mission points!
As Brian was about to ask for an alternative, Tian Yi cut in and said: "No alternatives, only Eternal Flame Stone or else the planet's condition would degrade!"
Brian thought: She's not only beautiful, but she's extremely picky to what she eats! Whoever marries her would get bankrupted!
Brian asked: "After you eat it, how many years would you ask for a heavenly material again?"
Tian Yi: "About 10,000 years."
Brian thought: Phew, I thought it would be in a hundreds of years.
Brian: "Let's wait for the 100 year period to end so I could exit the planet by then."
Tian Yi: "Mhm."
Brian thought: I have to do several missions for just one expensive stone used for forging! Well, I should start training again, the 100 year period is about to end.
He trained day and night until the 100 year period ended.

A few years later after Brian started to train...
Brian teleported out of Eleanor and to the gate of the Heavenly Imperial City.
The majestic gate was as big and as powerful as ever, in the eyes of the newcomers they would be intimidated while to Brian, he only sees a gate made out of pure gold decorated with gems expensive stones.
As he was about to enter, he noticed a stone with a flaming eye on it's middle decorated on the gate.
Brian: "Eternal Flame Stone!!!"
Brian thought: Should I steal it? I'm so poor right now even if I'm a god! There are some things we gods cannot create! On second thought, nevermind, this would just be my last resort.
He innocently smiled and entered the city.
The Heavenly Imperial City's streets layout were neatly planned out, it didn't take long for him to reach the Public Barracks.
When Brian entered the district of the Public Barracks, he heard somebody gossiping on the sidewalk.
Voice 1: "Sir Rene has posted a new mission in the Public Barracks!"
Voice 2: "Who's that?"
Voice 1: "You don't know him?! He's one of the Ten Supervisors. He gives out easy missions on the Public Barracks, he rewards numerous of mission points, but he doesn't always hand outs mission, so this is a rare opportunity for us!"
As the first voice said that, most of people in the street rushed to the Public Barracks which almost created a stampede, however armored guards suddenly appeared and captured all those who started the stampede.
Luckily for Brian, he was on the entrance of the street, so he wasn't included to those who initiated the said stampede.
He then rushed to the District Square where the Public Barracks was at.
The square was full of people, it's not that they can't fly to minimize the volume, it's just that it's prohibited to fly inside the city except for the guards.
There was a line of imperial guards initiating a phalanx blocking the entrance to the Public Barracks, they could be noticed with their beautiful red capes and high grade armor. They were a level above from the city guards in any aspects.
An old man with a white beard so long that even without his clothes, they wouldn't see any front part of his body at all, walked out of the entrance.
A voice: "That's Sir Rene!"
As more people was about to shout, Sir Rene interrupted.
Sir Rene: "Silence!"
The bustling and loud Barracks Square was now very quiet that a needle landing on the ground could be heard.
Sir Rene: "As you may all know I have a new mission, which is a group mission, which consists of 10 members."
The crowd was once again very lively when they heard it's a group mission, but was silenced by Sir Rene again.
Sir Rene: "I'm going to be straightforward, the reward for the mission would be 500,000 mission points per person!"
Brian thought: "500,000? I think that should be enough for Eternal Flame Stone!"
The people in the square went wild when they heard that and shouted and shouted again and again.
Voice: "I volunteer!"
Another voice: "I volunteer too!"
Another one: "Same!"
A lot shouted that they will volunteer, and that's where Sir Rene stated the goal of the mission.
Sir Rene: "Let me finish what I'm saying! I want a group of 10 people to get a five leaf clover in the Eternal Sprout Pocket Realm."
When the crowd heard the words "five leaf clover" they all settled down.
Brian thought: Five leaf clover? Even a four leaf clover back at Earth is already very hard to find!
Sir Rene: "I know that only a few people would try to go on this mission now, I already have chosen a group leader, she will pick who would be her assistants in this mission in this large crowd."
Voices: "She?"
A cold looking woman with jade-like features wearing a mystical robe walked out of the entrance and stopped beside Sir Rene after the remark.
A voice: "That's the Goddess of Territory, Partheia!"
Another voice: "The robes and the spatial fluctuations near her, it's really her!"
Another one: "She's just like her father in terms of power!"
Partheia was looking around the crowd and saw Brian, after which she smiled to him.
Brian suddenly blushed and thought: We're just friends, just friends! No relationship or whatsoever! Friends! Yes we're friends!
When the crowd saw her smile their noses bled, even the women's too, which Brian noticed, and feint a bleed so he wouldn't be suspected.
Brian thought: These people's noses bled just because of her smile, what about when they will see Tian Yi? They'd probably die due to blood loss!
Partheia used her spatial powers to amplify her voice: "I already have chosen the people amongst the crowd, you may all go back to your usual schedule."
Most of the crowd dispersed which in turn the imperial guards stop their phalanx position and the Public Barracks was open again to the people. Partheia and Sir Rene then entered the said place.
Brian also joined the crowd who were going inside the Public Barracks.
When he entered it, he noticed that the ceiling was very far and the room inside barracks was wide. There were many tables and chairs, there was even a small cafeteria and a bar.
Brian thought: If I didn't know where am I right now, I might think I'm inside a restaurant.
He then saw a counter which he approached and asked for a jade slip from the man on duty containing prices on different kinds of items.
He scanned it with his godly senses and was surprised that the Eternal Flame Stone only costs 50,000 mission points.
Brian asked to the man on the counter: "Why is Eternal Flame Stone cheaper now?"
The man replied: "Sir, it's because there was a newly found Eternal Flame Stone mine in the old quasar."
Brian thought: Quasar? No wonder Eternal Flame Stones are very bright!
As he was about to thank the man, he heard a voice behind him.
The voice: "Well, if it isn't Brian Godwin!"
Brian turned around and saw a man with pale lips, sharp nose and bowl haircut.
He then remembered something written by Ji Yun in the booklet, 'A man with pale lips, sharp nose and a bowl haircut is your enemy'.
The man is none other than Louis.
Brian thought: His haircut reminds of an anime I used to watch back at Earth.
