But in five seconds, the monsters roared as they sniffed his scent. "It's time to act then, dash!" he didn't wait for the monsters to attack as he attacked first.
His body moved towards a distant monster, and when he hit it, his skill was cancelled and he appeared in flesh in the middle of a dense group of monsters.
"Roar!"
They roared yet he didn't keep his hand as he used another dash and moved instantly towards a different monster lying dozens of meters away. As he hit the monster he linked the skill with dash piercer skill, moving again towards the gate.
"I have to buy myself a little time," he didn't hesitate to use his clone skills. "shadow doppelganger festival!"
The next moment fifteen shades appeared and he was surrounded by them. "Protect me," he shouted before adding, "sky piercer!"
His body moved instantly towards a distant monster. Midway he muttered: "Cloud of fog!"
Just as he landed on top of the monster, he pointed his sword to another one, then another, and he kept jumping from monster to another, crossing large distances in no time.
"Roar!"
Just as he landed at the last monster he heard the angry roars of that gigantic one far from behind. "Scary detection range," he muttered before hurrying to point his sword towards one distant monster and muttered, "dash!"
He moved to hit the monster and get much closer to the gate, yet the monsters around were already targeting him, and the earth started to tremble from the hooves of that gigantic monster coming hot towards him.
"It's moving on four now, tsk," Bloom shook his head in helplessness while pointing his sword towards a distant monster as he muttered: "Dash!"
He moved and hit the monster while stunning it. Yet he wasn't at his target, as that gate was still a mile away at least from his current location.
"It's almost here, damn! It's so fast!!" Bloom cursed as he turned to gaze upon the nearing shadow of that monster among the trees. It was moving in such domineering momentum, crushing trees on the sides and throwing off many monsters to the air. "Is this how my sent to fly works?"
He bitterly laughed before using his last available moveable skill he had. "Hawk!" to make his body jump twice in a row, while evading endless attacks and landing finally on top of one of the monsters.
"Roar! You're dead!'' The monster had already reached him and Bloom had no other way around. "Tsk, I just wanted to use it at the end, but I have to do it now," he shook his head while standing finally still, like giving up, while tens of monsters were already aiming at him, and that gigantic Grator was almost about to reach him.
"Darkness might!"
He simply muttered and just as everything around him was about to move and kill him, the skill was activated and everything suddenly got silenced!
"Roar!"

"Damn you player!"
The monsters all roared and the Grator was also affected by the skill.
Darkness might skill: Any monster attacking the player during the time of the skill will get a fear effect no matter what level or grade it was for thirty seconds. Monsters affected will run havoc, evading the player with their attack, and might cause some damage to others during these thirty seconds. Player attacks during the thirty second period are valid, while monster attacks against player aren't. Duration: ten seconds. Cooldown: one minute.
He checked the skill before and he knew this one was his trump card. It would affect everything no matter grade or level the target was. as the monsters affected reached hundreds, chaos suddenly erupted.
"I should keep moving, this skill will buy me only ten seconds," he hurried to run towards the gate, trying to cross that distance in these seconds.
And just as he kept heading towards the gate, his skill kept turning more monsters into enemies, while he moved closer to the gate.
"Hopefully it won't need time to activate," he muttered to himself yet he was pretty sure this would act like any treasure chest; with waiting time!
Just as the ten seconds passed, he still had more than half of the distance ahead, yet the effect of his skill was still kicking for another twenty seconds.

As he lost the deterring effect he had, he didn't hesitate to use his dash towards one distant monster. His body moved, and he simply evaded many attacks this way.
Just as he landed, he linked it with another dash and cloud of fog skill, which gave him five more dashes.
He kept jumping like a monkey from a monster to another, and when he finally landed, he had already gotten so near to the gate.
Yet the monsters didn't stop harassing him.
"Damn, these game developers really hated my old version of I," he cursed out loud while trying to reach the gate faster than the monsters' attacks. "sky piercer." "hawk." "Dash piercer." "Darkness absorption." "Darkness rebound." "Breaker piercer." "Slice." "Pause." "Slice." "Dash." "Dash."
He used everything he had without even thinking. He only had that gate in sight as a target and nothing else.
Finally he reached the gate with Hp almost depleted. The moment he reached there he put one hand over the gate, another took out Hp potion and gulped it, while praying for the gate to instantly open.
