"You need to work harder to beat me," Bloom laughed while glancing around, "clear the loot and let's go to another group."

Antoan moved his gaze around while muttering, "We lost almost one third of our team… this is much higher than what I expected."

"At least those living gained two levels so far," Bloom said.

"But one third lost a level," Antoan sighed, "if this continued, then a gap would erupt between the team."

"Any ideas?" Bloom understood his meaning.

"We need to let those recently dying to stay at the back at the next raid," Atnoan thought before adding, "this way we can stabilize things here."

"Y'know not all of them will continue in our group in the future," Bloom calmly said while not expressing his decision about Antoan's suggestion.

"I hope they do," Antoan honestly said, "after all I trust them the most."

"My dear butler… in the future we will have more players to play with."

"But you saw what happened to Nara back there," Atnoan argued, "if not for your presence there, she would have been wiped out with her loyal team."

"She… was haste in assembling her team to be honest," Bloom sighed, "plus those who can't keep up with us will have an important role to be our eyes in the ranks of normal players."

"This…"

"Don't worry my dear butler, those who can't be with us here can still play a great role in the main guild force."

"You… are you really planning to build this guild?" Antoan was still hesitant about such an idea.

"I've already started," Bloom simply said before sending to Antoan privately, 'I've the token to start a guild and now I need to amass money.'

'We can exchange part of your wealth to get those coins,' Antoan sent while his gaze was fixed over him.

'Not an option,' Bloom sighed, 'I don't want to join such a losing race.'

Bloom saw this approach as a loser's act. For him, he would prefer to depend entirely on his efforts and strengths here in the game so his gained momentum would be backed up by real achievements.

Not only by his wealth.

'This will take longer then,' Antoan sighed, 'how much do you need anyway?'

'Two millions.'

Bloom's answer made Antoan's two eyes pop out. 'Damn! Even if we bought them… you'll need a great sum of money!'

The exchange rate currently stabilized at one coin equaling one thousand contribution points in the real world. Making the math, Antoan easily realized why his master refrained from doing so.

'It's a bottomless pit,' Bloom sent before adding, 'if I don't secure a stable way of income then I would end up being bankrupt!'

'Indeed,' Antoan nodded, 'Anyway let Dockrey be bitter with this and lose much if he wanted to keep up with us… but have you secured a way to do so yet?'

'I've a way,' Bloom only said before returning to help his team and send a large number of monsters flying in the air.

Just as they cleared the third wave, Bloom gained almost twenty percent of his experience needed for the next level while everyone gained a level. By the tenth wave they all gained one more level and Bloom was almost at seventy percent of his experience bar.

Yet it was still too far to reach level thirty.

"Roar!"

All of sudden a strong wave of roar appeared coming from a certain direction before it started to spread out like wildfire eating dry grass.

"Damn," Bloom shouted, "retreat… retreat… this isn't a drill, it's a monster tide!"

He hurriedly turned around without any hesitation while taking back all his pets. Running fast towards the nearby town seemed impractical especially when the ground underneath their legs trembled violently off the monster tide coming hot after them.

"Send the pets back," Antoan shouted, trying to buy them more time.

"Don't do that," yet Bloom cancelled his shout, "it's futile to sacrifice them and won't gain anything in return."

"But…" Antoan turned back to spot the rapidly closing by monsters, "they are almost upon us!"

They already crossed the tree line and were running fast towards the town. "Use the tickets," Bloom suddenly shouted, "we are all battle free now, all use the tickets!"

This was the only solution here. While they weren't in battle mood, they could now use the tickets and teleport back to the town.

If not, then in mere minutes they would be stamped to death by those enraged monsters!

"I just don't get it," Antoan said the moment they all appeared in the town plaza, "these monsters seemed not to run after us, and the tide started roughly a couple of miles to our east!"

"Don't forget," Bloom turned to him, "we aren't the only players here."

He motioned his head towards a large group of players scattered in smaller teams all around. They were appearing one after another as if they all had the same inspiration as Bloom.

"They did that?" Antoan was surprised for a moment, "doesn't the tide be caused by the team killing the largest number of monsters?"

"I dunno," Bloom shrugged, "this game is quite unpredictable to be honest."

He turned his gaze towards the distant walls while hearing the roars of those monsters drawing near, "let's go, we'll have to help in defending the town."

"And gain more levels," Antoan laughed before running after Bloom alongside their team.

Bloom didn't know that his presence here was instantly recorded and went to many places while some even had greedy looks over their eyes.

The rich rewards given off by Dockrey made anyone wanting them for himself. With the presence of such a chaotic situation and the monster tide pressure, many thought their golden chance was present in front of their eyes.

And so as Bloom headed towards the walls, many smaller teams followed suit and kept his silhouette in the range of their sight.

"She is finally acting," Bloom heaved a deep sigh of relief when he noticed a large and strong looking group of NPCs heading fast towards the walls.
