"Your dishes gentlemen," the waiter returned with the many plates over a tray before distributing the dishes between the two. "Bon appetit," he politely said before calmly retreating.

"Who said you would shoulder this alone?" it was time for Bloom to go for his next goal, "as I just agreed with you, I want you to invite two more mayors here to join our deal."
"Two… What about that chick from your town? She can attend the meeting and sign the contract," the mayor said, referring to Anna.
"She has another task to do for now," Bloom calmly refused. After all, one of the goals of his long list of quests was to keep her life secured.
"You are worried about her? And decided to come here and endanger my and my friends' lives instead?" the mayor seemed to read through his thoughts as he rudely said.
"With my wealth I can do anything I want," Bloom said in strong domineer, "after all I'm the one having the fort not you."
"Yet," the mayor added, "you own nothing now."
"But soon I will."
"What about you selling me your way and we can call it a deal?" the mayor tried to act smart, yet Bloom cut this road on him.
"This way is only limited to me," he said, "even if I told you about it, you won't be able to do it. if you want to know and accept this as a deal then it's fine, but don't blame me later, alright?"
The mayor hesitated for a second before sighing, "why is it so hard to deal with you each time we meet?" he couldn't help but say and Bloom only kept gazing at him, waiting for the answer he wanted.
"What will they get in return?" he asked.
"Ten percent of the fort," Bloom said.
"That's it?" the mayor was surprised, "not fifteen? No seat?"
"That's only for you in return for your efforts to bring more to my aid," Bloom explained, "as for the seat they can work under you as a faction, but you'll only get one seat for that."

Bloom acted strictly with this matter despite knowing nothing about it. He didn't hurry to promise large percentages or give away more seats as he didn't yet know the true value of these promises.

And Bloom simply used the ticket while saying, "see you in two days then, make sure you'll be ready with two other mayors."
Then he vanished and left the mayor all alone while feeling extremely happy from this deal. "Finally… I got myself a place in that damned place," he clenched his fists as if he just won a war, "wait, my old scar isn't healed yet, bastards!" Then he ordered another meal to eat in celebration for achieving his long dream.
Bloom knew nothing about that, and the next moment he appeared in the central plaza of the Swor town. "Time to get the first task done," he didn't hesitate to walk towards the mayor's mansion direction while opening his profile page.
Just when he was checking his quests from before, he noticed the icon of the contracts flashing in bright red light. He didn't consider it at first before he checked it while heading to the hotel.
