As the attack Vega was going to hit Ramiris, Ryuu woke up with such energy that all the damages he suffered till now looked like nothing more than an act.
Vega also saw that but he knew he will be too late to react to anything Ryuu threw at him as Ryuu was just under him and he was right.
As Ryuu woke up he didn't look at anything and as if on instinct attacked Vega.
But this time it was not a punch as he did a piercing motion with his hand and aimed toward Vega's chest.
As his hands neared it it started to get covered with brilliant white flames. The amount of heat generated by the flame was so much that the moment it showed up the ground beneath them started to melt.
All of Ryuu's upper clothes were burned and half of his chest and face were started to get completely burned.
All of Vega's instincts were shouting at him to dodge this attack otherwise the only ends that awaits him is death. Even if his instinct warned him and he commanded his body to move but his body couldn't.
After all, how could he as all of these events happened within less time than a millisecond.
And finally for Vega what felt like an eternity the piercing pain was felt in his chest. Using the previous wounds he already had the attacked cleanly went to his cheat and obliterated his heart completely.
If it was only that maybe Vega could have survived but the attack didn't end there as he felt all of the veins in his body were carrying molten lava effectively destroying them all. Ryuu had made his flames travel through Vega's veins to make sure that he died.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" That was the last sound uttered by Vega's mouth before his voice stopped. His eyes lost the sine of life and his body started to get limb.
Seeing this Ryuu kicked his boys sending them flying to the ground.
Thud, the body fell to the ground showing no signs of life.
"Ha, I won," Ryuu said while sitting on the ground while looking at the scared Ramiris in front of him.
"What are you acting scared for wasn't it part of the plan?" Ryuu remarked in a tired voice. After all, he has used almost all his energy reserves and currently only has about 3% left. Plus the condition of his body is not the best. Third-degree burns on all of his limbs with the hands he used to attack Vega having almost no flesh left. Second-degree burn on half of his chest and face.
Signs of blunt trauma throughout his body and let's not forget about the elephant in the room a freaking hole in his stomach.
Hearing Ryuu's remark Ramiris was going to shout at him in anger but looking at his body condition said in a softer tone while trying to act angry.
"Of course, I will be afraid after all I was so close to death. Plus it wasn't in the plan that you will get another great injury." She said while looking at his almost fleshless hand.
"Ah don't worry about this just a lot of rest and a bunch of healing potions should do the job." He said while giving a sincere smile.
"Sensei," All the kids said and started to rush toward them. Looking at the kids running in their direction Ryuu had a warm smile on his face and tried to stand up.
"Hey don't try to stand up. Sit there you are still injured." Ramiris shouted seeing Ryuu trying to stand up.
"Sorry can't do after all which teacher shows their weakness to their students," Ryuu said and stood up with great difficulty. Even after standing up he almost fell but stood straight by forcing his body.
'Stupid' Ramiris thought while looking at Ryuu's behavior but didn't comment anything. The kids except Chloe didn't see this as they were running there with all their might.
But as if to destroy this happy moment the lifeless eyes of Vega got some light. He looked at Ryuu with hatred in his eyes after turning his head with great difficulty.
With an evil smirk, he pointed one of his hands in Ryuu's direction like a gun. Though his hands were shaking a ball of magical just like the one that pierced Ryuu's stomach but a lot weaker was created.
He fired it at Ryuu's head, normally such an attack wouldn't have been any threat to Ryuu but in such a weakened condition it was lethal.
Flying at blinding speed it arrived in front of Ryuu's head only some centimeter from blowing up his head.
"RYUUU SENSEIIIIIIIIII" Chloe shouted seeing such an attack arriving near Ryuu.
Ryuu sensed the concern on Chloe's face and the look of horror turned his head back only to meet with a blinding ball of light. It was already too late he couldn't dodge that attack so the only thing he could do was wait for death.
Then...
Pov Change Vega
As I was going to kill the fly that tried to heal my enemy I felt my instinct screaming at me that death is near.
Feeling that I looked below me only to see that bastard attacking me. Looking at his attack my mind came to a single conclusion Death. I tried to move my body but it was too slow to follow through to my command.
I could only watch as death neared me. Even though all of these events were happening in a short amount of time for me it was going at a slow pace.
I felt my chest getting pierced little by little, my heart getting destroyed, and my veins being burned away. I felt it all.
As that happened my entire life flashed through my eyes. All the bugs I have killed, all those who feared me. The ecstatic feeling of crushing the weak all of it.
Why do I have to die? I will become the strongest and devour all. Why couldn't this bug just die?
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" I screamed not due to pain but as an act of defiance.
But that too was cut short as I lost my voice. I felt all of the body going numb, losing all the senses and my vision started to darken.
I was just in complete darkness losing my self of senses by the second. How can I die? I shouted but no voice was heard.
NO NO NO It can't happen. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I have to survive but how..... Yes, my skill.
Use Sacrifice and heal my body. I ordered.
Was the reply I got.
No, Think, think.. yes then use the Dragon core too.
Then use it to the point where I can leave and leave a little bit so that I can do an attack.
Maybe using all my energy I can heal more and survive but I will take that bastard to heaven.
Then I felt it I regained my sense of sight. I saw light currently I can only feel my head and body but it's more than enough.
I turned my head and looked at the bastard standing in the distance. Looking at his figure intense hatred started to gather in my eyes and without a second thought I fired my attack.
Die, Bastard!!!!!
