Rita tried to explain about this and the nurse heard her entire story calmly while searching for some clothes that fit Rita.

The low level mortal world has an upper limit for the system level.
She can upgrade all the way to level 20 which is the highest level of system in the mortal world.
At that time she would be transferred to the medium level mortal world to get a host.
Right now to upgrade to level 1 system she required 100 system points.
She already got 20 of them with one quest.
This made her believe in Rita’s potential.
That is not all she has the strongest belief in her thoughts to create more quests for Rita to complete and gain more points.

She has access to resources but the transfer and handling charges costs more which is the system or resource points she uses.
