Monday, 5th of May 2021. Garret High School. 1100 Hours.

"Is our principal a mad lad?" Patrick asked since his school wasn't on holiday.

"I don't know, I don't think that an atomic bomb is enough to stop him getting us into a dangerous location such as this school," Nathan commented.

They were in the classroom. They cleaned that classroom since it was Monday. Fernando and Eva were looking outside of the window. They were looking at the council member who was preparing for the next school festival.

Clara was cleaning the whiteboard with a synthetic cloth. She wanted the whiteboard to be clean. Shaddam and Aveline were cleaning the bloodstain that was on the wall.

"A bullet that struck on our teacher's head. Never thought I'll see the day," Shaddam said.

"Yeah, me too," Aveline wiped the bloodstain on the wall.

"Nathan, look!" Eva pointed her hands downstairs. She was pointing her hands at the student council members.

They were still a student that held a weapon like a pistol, but the problem was that some of them even had assault rifle on their hands. The weapon was mainly AK or M16A1. Those weapons were a relic, but dangerous enough to put any aggressor away.

"This is madness," Nathan said as he looked at the students downstairs.

Every single person in the 12-G was wearing a level VIA plate carrier under their school coat which could withstand a .416 Barrett with an armor-piercing tip. But still, they were anxious when they saw their friends carrying an assault rifle around the school while they only could bring a pistol at most and that pistol must be concealed.

"This is a bad idea," Clara said.

"Yeah, just imagine if someone decided to attack again. These guys will be target practice for them," Nathan said.

In the contractors' perspective, very dangerous infantry personnel was special forces. The most dangerous individual infantry for contractors was another contractor. The battle between Lizeth and Clara proved that. But high school kids without any leverage in combat? Hitman team would just roll their tanks on the students.

"Well, you want to take care of that person right?" Patrick asked Nathan as he pointed his finger at the president of the student council.

"Yeah, I will. But after the heist," Nathan said.

"Yeah, let's go downstairs and observe. By the way, don't forget about the drill," Nathan poked Stacy's back.

Tonight was the night when the drill would be moved. The needed to highjack the truck and moved the drill into the storm drain which was dried up. It wasn't an easy job, but not as hard as moving twenty tonnes helicopter out of a hill in the middle of nowhere.

One of the reasons why they had to do that was because of their Trump card on that heist, an Apache helicopter. The Apache helicopter wouldn't be able to survive in hostile airspace. Any jet would have an easy time shooting down an Apache.

"Well, let's go then," Patrick grabbed his PDA and he immediately disappeared from the vicinity of the classroom.

"Alright, it looks like I have to be in the F-15 again. Prepare for sortie Clara," Lynn grabbed her PDA and both of them disappeared from the vicinity of that classroom.

Nathan went downstairs to meet the president of that student council. Brendon was monitoring the progress of that preparation for the next school festival. Nathan just shook his head, he didn't know whether he needed to warn them about a threat that could be coming to them or be angry because their president almost killed them.

Nathan just stood up beside the preparation for the ticket booth and all other things. It looked like they needed some financial incentives from the other students. School festival was always been fun, but with an assault rifle, Nathan doubted it.

"Nathan, Laura, my most trusted courier. What are you doing here?" Brandon said.

He was holding a clipboard that contained several checklists that needed to be filled. Nathan was there just to observe what El Presidente next action. Apparently, there were some security measurements.

All of the students must pass through a class where they would be checked. Any contraband will be confiscated. It was a good safety measure in Nathan's opinion, but he smelled something fishy.

Laura approached those who were preparing the ticket booth. Laura asked something about the contraband. She wanted to know what was considered contraband.

"Drugs, alcohol, knife, any potential melee weaponry, you know the drill. Oh yeah, phone and other electronic devices are also included," one of their juniors said to them.

"I see," Laura left the students for their preparation and Nathan was looking at the preparation like the placement of the object or something.

Apparently, it was a very good setup for the school festival. A lot of covers and a lot of blind spots that could be advantageous for any combatants. The problem was that position was only advantageous for the attacker. The defender would be slaughtered with that position.

Nathan gave them an impression. They really wanted the whole school to be slaughtered. With the absence of a smartphone, they wouldn't be able to call the armed response team.

The other students might think that the security from the student council was more than enough. The contractors would think that the student council had another purpose. They weren't there to protect them. They were there for a purpose that Nathan hadn't figured yet.

They were most likely to be security for another party. The drug cartel could do some exchange in that school without anyone noticing. The student council would probably set up a place where they could do the exchange.

"Nathan, what are you thinking about?" Laura asked him.

Nathan shook his head, "Nothing, let's go back to the classroom."
