He watches the black car vanish at the crossroad.
In the car, Huo Jun tells Ah Zhao: “Your brother is a good boy.”
Ah Zhao says proudly: “Of course. He is my brother.”

Thinking of that, he looks at the guard who is driving in the front row, finding his existence annoying.

Putting on his coat which he took off a second ago quickly, he speaks to Ah Zhao in a hurried tone: “I have something to attend to and won't be back tonight. Don't wait for me. Sleep early.”
Confused, Ah Zhao asks: “Huh, what is that?”

She sends for Lv Zhu. “What is it that takes the general away?”
Lv Zhu shakes her head. “I don't dare to ask the general about it.”
Seeing Ah Zhao's worry, she comforts her: “My Lady, don't worry. I think the general can deal with it no matter what it is. You should go to sleep by now. Otherwise, the general will be distressed if he sees you in a bad shape tomorrow.” She helps Ah Zhao to bed and tucks her in.
