Minor fix: Sanitization can now disintegrate impurities on a small scale. Like, a gram per second or something.

After explaining the details to Tess...

"So, let me get this straight. You want me to invest $2.25m for 45% of the shares on your gaming incorporation and become CEO. Is that correct?" - Tess asked weirdly.

"Pretty much, yes." - I nodded.

"Before I say what I think, why are you so sure it would turn a profit? The gaming industry is harsh, so I need to know what you rely on." - Tess patiently said.

"Reasonable. You saw Arly, right? She is from an alternate futuristic reality." - I said.

"Wow, I knew it wasn't possible to produce her with our technology, but an alternate reality? Amazing." - Tess looked surprised but didn't question the authenticity of my words.

It would be weird if she did, her being my Zealot.

"Anyways, the ten games I have are from the year equivalent to 2025-2030, and they are the top ten mobile game apps. I am certain they will earn us billions as long as we don't fuck up." - I said with certainty.

"If that is the case, I can do that. And the games are at the final version?" - Tess asked.

"Yes. There is no need for a programming team, only marketing, technical support, and servers." - I nodded.

"I don't know much about how games operate, but what about Maintenance, DevOps, Deployment, Monitoring, and Testing and Framework? We will need dedicated teams for each of them..." - Tess said worriedly.

"No worries. I'll have AI do it." - I smiled.

"AI can do that?!" - Tess asked, surprised.

"Sure. At most, we'll only need someone to supervise the results and give input, and the AI can finish the rest. I think a team of computer-savvy individuals is more than enough." - I said.

"Then that would be easier. I think I can do it. We only need to recruit the necessary staff. I think two weeks are enough." - Tess nodded.

As if remembering something, Tess added.

"Oh, we would also need a legal representative team in China. They tend to steal patents without batting an eye and are painfully slow to enforce things." - Tess said worriedly.

"Yeah, I heard about those scandals. Though, if they try doing it, they will have a painful outcome." - I said with narrowed eyes.

If they try doing that, I will fuck them up in a way they wouldn't even imagine possible.

"Anyways, I will let you talk with Ewan later about the details. In the meantime, I want to talk about stocks." - I said, changing the topic.

"Stocks? Sure. What is it?" - Tess's attitude changed when I talked about it.

"Well, I have a stocks application from a hundred years in the future, and I also have this." - I said and pulled out a futuristic laptop from the Storage, putting it on the living room table.

"A laptop?" - Tess asked doubtfully.

"Yep, a laptop from the year 2150. This monster has a computing power five times that of the strongest supercomputer on the planet." - I introduced it without explaining the technical details.

"Oh, five times stronger than— WHAT?!" - Tess exclaimed, a horrified look in her eyes as she stared at the innocent-looking supercomputer.

It was as if she was looking at a monster... Okay, it is a monster.

"Y-You're saying that this little thing is as strong as five room-sized supercomputers?! And the top-of-the-line one?!" - Tess pointed at the small laptop.

"Yes, that is right." - I nodded.

"W-Will it make Sk**et real?" - She asked in fear.

"The short answer is no. You don't need to worry about that." - I said reassuringly, fully knowing how she felt.

"Phew... Okay. So, you said something about a Stocks program? You want me to run it for you?" - Tess asked.

"Yes, that is correct. With this program, you can become a billionaire within a year." - I said with certainty.

"A-A billionaire?!" - Tess asked incredulously.

"Yes. The prediction algorithms on this thing are so advanced that they can read the entire market and stocks trend ahead of time. Even in the safe setting mode, earning a 5-10% profit daily is almost guaranteed." - I said and opened the laptop.

The laptop opened immediately, and after asking for the WI-FI password, I opened the Stocks Trading software.

On the screen were several sub-pages. One of them shows projected and actual stock values.

The values kept changing, and there was also an adjustable time slide.

"As you can see, this software has several functions. One of them is to predict the future market. And you can also adjust the prediction time, ranging up to a year. Of course, the longer the prediction, the more unstable it is. However, daily predictions proved accurate to the 0.1% level." - I said, showing the prediction results in the last two days.

Tess seriously looked at it. And the more she did, the more amazed she got.

Finally, Tess let out an exasperated sigh.

"Iver, this is incredible! This laptop can singe-handedly collapse the stock market!" - Tess said seriously.

"I know. And that is why only we will use this." - I nodded and said.

"That is for the best." - Tess nodded, looking relieved.

"Oh, and there are also CFD and Forex forecasts. These are also very accurate, and it should be easy to have a high turnover." - I pointed at the tabs.

"Wow... So, what do you want me to do?" - Tess blinked at me and asked.

"I want you to earn money with it, of course. I have business in the other reality, so I need you to day trade for me." - I pointed at the laptop.

"Can I?!" - Tess leaned over, her Azure eyes sparkling brilliantly.

It was like a kid seeing her favorite toy.

"E-Eh... Yeah, sure. It is one of the reasons I selected you as my Zealot..." - I leaned back, a bit overwhelmed by the enthusiasm.

"YES! Hahaha! Best day ever!" - Tess jumped and laughed like a little kid, her breasts moving up and down.

My eyes couldn't help but lock on those jugs bouncing up and down.

After ten seconds, however, Tess came to her senses.

"Ahem* Sorry... Got a bit too excited..." - Tess blushed and sat down.

"..."

"Well, I guess everyone has their moments." - I thought.

It wasn't like I couldn't understand her. Imagine suddenly getting a life hack for money.

A few days ago, I might have acted the same way.

"Anyways, I will gladly do it, Iver. So, how much do you plan on earning each day?" - Tess asked.

"Invest 10m and aim for a 2% daily increase average while mixing some artificial losses. This will make it look more authentic and draw less unwanted attention. Earning less is also alright." - I said.

In a year, the NYSE and NASDAQ are closed on weekdays and some holidays, leaving 252 days a year. Speaking optimally, a 2% every day a year can produce a staggering 1.02^252 = 147 times return.

That is to say, an initial 10,000 investment would turn into a million, and an initial 10m investment will go over a billion! Even after deducting taxes, that is around $920m in profit. This is a ridiculous turnover! But, of course, this is the result of pulling our punches. If we went a bit crazier with 5% a day, it would be like this: 1.05^252=218,626. Forget about making a profit. You would be a trillionaire in a year.

"I am a bit uncomfortable putting 10m in one go, but with this thing, I have the confidence." - Tess nodded.

"Good. I will give you my bank account later. I want you to manage the money inside along with your money. Oh, and have this." I said, taking out another AR assistant from my Storage.

"This is a 2149 Apex Monarch 10, the predecessor of Arly. Although its specs are a bit lower, it is as strong as our strongest supercomputer and can hack anything and everything on this planet. It's now yours." - I said and handed it over.

I already charged it up and repurposed it to allow only Tess to use it.

"This is... for me?" - Tess blinked at the device, looking at it as if holding the holy grail.

"Yes. But be warned. Although it is a very convenient tool, it is a powerful one. This little thing can single-handedly wreak mayhem on the world and hack everything without leaving a trace. Use it wisely, and don't lose it. This isn't some smartphone. This doubles for the laptop. Keep it inside a safe when not needed, and never leave it inside your car. In this world, it is a bonafide WMD." - I said with a deep stare.

"Gulp*... Is it okay to give this to me?" - Tess warily asked.

"It should be." - I nodded.

"But, how am I supposed to protect it? What if someone attacks me and steals it?" - Tess worriedly asked.

"I improved your body to your genetic peak, and I doubt most muggers have the power to overwhelm or outrun you. However, if you feel your life is in danger, give them up. There are anti-theft programs installed, so they can't do anything with these devices, and I can track them later using Arly." - I smiled and said.

"Okay." - Tess nodded.

Just as we were about to continue talking...

Ring*

"Miss Hudson! Delivery! I'm from Mattress Depot!" - A voice sounded from the door.1A real shop in Seattle.

"Oh, the mattress is here!" - Tess smiled excitedly and walked to the door.

"Mattress? I'll help." - I got up.

Sometime later...

"Okay, a little to the right... There."

I said while patting my hands.

"Thanks, Iver. I wanted to throw that disgusting thing." - Tess smiled.

"No problem." - I smiled back.

I put the old mattress, pillows, blankets, and covers inside the Storage and helped Tess put the new one.

And I agree it was a good call since those things were... bleugh...

"By the way, Iver. Where are you planning to stay?" - Tess asked.

"I honestly planned to move in with you. Can I?" - I smiled and scratched my head.

"Iver, of course, you can move in. But you're sleeping on the bed this time." - Tess grinned, a predatory glint in her eyes.

"Oh, eh, haha... Okay..." - I warily smiled and agreed.

Seriously, the roles are reversed. I feel like I am the one who is about to get eaten here.

"Wasn't she supposed to be an introvert due to her years of being ugly?! How is she so assertive?!" - I cried in my mind.

{She likely had a repressed personality due to her malformation, like shackles holding her back. However, the restraints now broke, revealing her true self. As for how it will manifest... it can vary widely. For something more detailed, use Analytical Eye.}

"Analytical Eye can do that?!" - I asked in shock.

{Yes. Now that it has reached the second level, it can show personality traits and gender orientation.}

"Hah... Convenient." - I thought.

Just then...

Ring*

"Miss Hudson! Delivery!"

"Oh! It's probably the clothes!" - Tess smiled and walked to the door.

While she was preoccupied with receiving the delivery, I secretly analyzed her.

Name: Tess Hudson (Ic'thotl'itrod's Zealot)

Race: Human(Caucasian Sub-Breed)

Species: Human

Age: 22 years and 3 months

Lifespan: 107 years

Gender: Female(Bi-Curious)

Body Type: Human (Adult)

Intelligence Level: Gifted

Personality traits: Hardworking, Assertive, Naturally Charismatic, Devoted(Gulliver Goodman), Passionate, High Sex Drive, Romantically Obsessed(Gulliver Goodman), Avaricious, Glutton, Natural Actor, Cynical, Cunning, Vengeful, Cruel.

Mental Energy: 1

Notable Racial Characteristics: Weaker body, temperature adaptability, acceptable immune system, pack mentality, tool-maker, omnivore, highly malleable potential.

Stable Evolutionary Branches: None. (Can only mutate or transhumanize)

Description: Humans are intelligent, curious, creative, spiritual, and sex-loving, yet warlike, self-destructive, needlessly cruel, egotistical, bigoted, and violent evolved primates and one of the many base humanoid races in the infinite realities. Due to their physique, intelligence, and pack mentality, they have the potential to build technological civilizations but face a natural evolutionary bottleneck. In realities without superior energies to non-genetically promote their existential level and talent, Humans are only a star-system-level race, unable to leave their star system, often destroying their planet before dying out. To overcome this, humans can only resort to transhumanize themselves genetically or cybernetically or infusing themselves with foreign energies.

Combat Ability Evaluation: The human race, despite its weak existential level and bodies, has a mighty military power due to its ability to make tools of war, fortifications, and machines, making them a relatively formidable opponent. This female human has a peak body but lacks proper combat training, making her only stronger than average humans.

Mark of Zeal Validity: Humans are a low-tier intelligent tool-making race, but spiritual and easily trainable en-mass through indoctrination, fear, social pressure, spiritual leadership, superstitions, and media. Although most humans have much to be desired, some individuals have surprising worth. In this low reality spectrum, they serve as a good cheap Zealot when no better alternative is available.

Before reading Tess's personality, I first read the other parts.

"It looks accurate enough..."

In the eyes of an unbiased higher existence, humans can be summarized like this.

"However, why is there no evolutionary path? Don't you have those paths from the Ascended world? And what about the standard evolution?"

{You have a wrong initial assumption, Iver. The evolution paths from the Ascended world are a genetic engineering/energy infusion hybrid, and I just adopted those possibilities. Also, I created the standard evolution as a low-tier low-cost path that naturally brings humans to a higher genetic level without changing their characteristics. However, they are not stable evolution paths but mutations. The Ascended, on the other hand, transitioned themselves on a stable evolutionary course, making them a more structured race at the expense of their genetic malleability.}

"Makes sense... But what is up with Tess's personality?!" - I retorted while looking at the personality traits.

"Hardworking, Assertive, Naturally Charismatic, Natural Actor, Passionate, and High Sex Drive, I can understand. She was likely born like this."

"Avaricious, Glutton, Cynical, and Cunning were likely developed due to years of being repressed and as a defense mechanism, and they are sad but understandable."

"Vengeful and Cruel sound somewhat malicious, but I understand why."

"As for the Devoted part, it is either because of the mark or because I helped her, perhaps both."

"And then there is the Romantically Obsessed part... I understand why that happened since I dragged her out of the gutters. Perhaps she sees me as a night in shining armor or something, fuck knows."

"However, what is disturbing is the combination of these traits..."

"Passionate, High Sex Drive, Devoted, Natural Actor, Cynical, Cunning, Vengeful, Cruel, and Romantically Obsessed..."

"Isn't that a Yandere Template?!"

At the thought of all the possible anime horrors I saw in the past, I couldn't help but shudder.

I looked at Tess, who received eight-odd clothes bags and was signing on the tablet. She had a carefree smile and a calming atmosphere around her.

"Trod... am I in danger?" - I asked in fear.

{You? No. Zealots never intentionally harm their gods, whether physically or spiritually. Besides, with a single command, you can stop or even kill them. However, hurting others is another matter. It is not out of the question that they can kill out of anger or jealousy. Zealots might even kill each other, given a sufficient excuse, although such acts are usually avoided due to them harming their god's interests.}

"Phew... Then, how do I avoid her going on a killing rampage?" - I asked.

{Tell her your bottom lines. She is your Zealot, and your words are law. Unless she suffers from memory loss, she'll follow your words.}

"Hah... Okay, I need to talk with her, then."
