Contrary to popular belief, Rudra chose the [ Destiny Weaver ] skill as his reward, choosing an unconventional ability that did not improve his personal strength but instead allowed him to become a puppet master just like Odin.
His decision shocked many as with Max choosing a useless reward, everyone expected the elder brother to choose a skill catered towards personal growth, however, he did not.
Rudra chose the Destiny Weaver skill as he understood the importance of having strong pawns in the game that was to begin once they assimilated with the tower.
Although there were some who doubted the reasoning behind his decision, prompting him to reveal any information that he had which the others did not, Rudra said nothing and pretended to not be interested in getting any stronger than he already was and instead planning to find joy through manipulating mortals in the days to come.
Ofcourse, not many bought into his bogus reasoning which made them even more wary about making their choices, however, with a lack of better alternatives, they could only progress with what limited information they had.

Once everyone else had made their choices, Max and Rudra received their additional suspense rewards that were not highlighted on the list.
For being the number one ranked contributor, Max was given a rare artefact called the [ Authority Merge Token ].
[ Authority Merge Token ] - Use this reward to merge your history with that of another god and receive twice as much karmic essence as you would when a mortal prays to only one of you.
Note- The merged identity must be under a third name.
The token did not say much, however, it was really one of the most important treasures that Max could have ever hoped to receive, as by using this token, he would effectively be considered as one entity with the god he chose to share his history with, meaning that the two of them could proceed to climb the tower as one.
Naturally, his choice for merging his history was bound to be Rudra and with both of them working as one unit to climb the tower, they were more likely to succeed rather than doing it alone.
Additionally, when a mortal prayed to them under their merged authority, both of them would get karmic essence and even if they prayed to one of them individually, the other would still receive karmic essence.
It effectively meant that Rudra's followers would also help boost his strength and vice versa which would be a big leap in strength for both.
Finally, Rudra as his second reward received [ A lore pack ] which contained all the lore of the tower, the new world, the powers at play, their history and the way the new world worked.
It was a reward which was perfectly catered to him as a strategist and while it did not reveal hidden mechanics like the information pack in the reward list, it was still a great additional reward to have in these uncertain times.
