An Illusion
In a dark space james floated, There was nothing around him, he felt his body just lost in the darkness.
He wondered what happened to him as his mind was a little dazed and he couldnt remeber what he was doing before but slowly his memories returned back to him.
He remebered he was getting close to Set after it had seemingly died but then a thick black aura expanded from its body engulfing james in it.
James blinked his eyes once shutting his eyelids seeing the same darkness he did previously but when he opened his eyes he was standing on a sandy rough street, Buildings around him were made mud and wood coloured in red and brown they were small one floor at best and looked to be similar to the ones that used to be made in ancient egypt.
People with reddish-brown and yellow- browns kin walked all around the street I stood on some simply walking while other pushing a trailer with a simple four wheels and a rectangular wood top where pots or vegetables or fruit stayed.
The clothes that covered there body seemed to have been made of linen the women had the cloth made from a simple white colour covering there bodies while the men had a similar cloth covering there lower body while slanted sachet covered a part of ther upper body.
James felt confused he didnt know what was happening so he tried to stop a women with black hair and brownish eyes who was carrying a pot on her head that walked right by him.
He called out to her but she seemed to have not been able to hear what James said as she continued walking as a matter of fact no one around him seemed to have heard what he said.
He extended his hands to tap her shoulders but to his shock his hands just passed through her leaving James to wonder if he had entered an illusion of some sort.
He began walking around the street when he suddenly hear a loud shout, Looking towards it he saw a boy about 16 years of age wearing a black dress instead of white like everyone around him with yellow eyes running away from a store after setting it on fire towards James.
The boys hair was long and messy and he was skinny seemingly lacking proper food but his eyes had a fire in it that James had never seen before.
The boy had a wide smile giggling to himself while occasionally aly throwing glances towards the burning store where people were quickly rushing to set out the fire with excitement.
James tried to stop the boy but the boy simply ran through James causing james to be suprised and kind of startled.
Looking back he decided to follow the boy.
The boy quickly ran into the alley and James followed as the boy through multiple alleys funny reaching a house that seemed to have been abandoned for the most case.
Set opened the door entering followed by James where James saw a green skinned boy wearing a clean white dress.
