The Monster vs The Special Ops Team
"Alright"
I looked at all the materials I have bought and decided to make the Mark 5 suit first and then Mark 6 along with the new Arc Reactor.
Building Mark 5 will at most take me a week thanks to Jarvis but Mark 6 might take me 2 weeks.
"Jarvis what is the situation on the special Ops team?"
"Sir the team is still in transit, The monster is also locked on by local authorities, so it cant escape"
"Show me in live broadcast of when the team comes in contact"
"Sure sir"
I opened up the shop and bought the materials which cost around 500 spoints to build the Mark 5.
All the materials appeared infront of me I remembered one more thing and spent another 50 spoints on more materials.
"Jarvis help me build a holographic table, I will upload the data on how it is built so you can help"
After that I got to work first building the Holographic table, We both started working on this and about 30 minutes in the holographic part was already functioning although I couldnt interact with it yet, it could be used as a projector.
"Sir the team has made contact"
Alright first test of this holographic table.
"Jarvis connect to the Table, I want to see how good the projection is"
A screen appeared infront of me and it seemed to be floating, the images being played out were clear and it did not seem like a hologram it just had some slight blue light.
On the screen a video of a special ops soilders body cam who was standing behind the rest of the soilders to provide the best view appeared.
The soilders were all carrying taser guns that looked like rifles along with the rifles with bullets strapped ready to use.
It seems like they want to capture this monster makes more sense why they would send special ops.
The soilders were following the instructions of the soilder infront who was doing hand signs and they were stuck up against a wall and slowly were walking towards the room, the area was well lit so it was easy to see what was happening.
"Jarvis bring up another screen of the monster"
Another screen similar to the first one popped up and in it the Monster seemed to be busy eating a human and a door behind it which was ripped open and the area around it was broken.
I glanced between the two screens and understood that they plan on ambushing it when it was busy.
I saw that the soilder in lead did a circling motion with his fingers and all the special ops soilders surrounded the door, they were very quiet but unfortunately on the floor there were plenty of debris from the broken door and wall but the ops soilder profesionaly navigated through those debris without making a sound, even then the monster seemed to have heard heard something as the monster that was busy eating that poor human stopped and its face changed directions to the broken wall.
It let out a low growl and the soilders seemed to realize something was wrong so they aimed there taser guns at the Monster and the person in lead shouted.
"Fire!"
All the soilders in order shot multiple times and bullets hit that Monster.
The bullets seemed to contain electricity as the monster began sparking before it could do anything more and then dropped to the ground twitching.
None of soilders moved forward though as they all waited for a reaction from the Monster.
They waited for a few minutes until the minster stopped twitching, I personally didnt even realize these few minutes pass as this was quiet intense even though I was not even there, cant imagine what these soilders must be feeling seeing that disgusting looking monster.
The soilder didnt seem to relax eventhough the monster was not moving and seemed to have fainted, the soilder in the lead took out thick circular cuffs and he slowly walked forward along with the rest of the soilders following behind with here taser guns that looked like rifles aimed at the monsters.
the soilder with the cuffs got close to the monster and the rest of the soilders had taken some space and aimed at the monster.
The soilder with the cuffs reached towards the monsters hands and was about cuff them when like lightning the soilder got pierced in the head with the monsters nails and the monster opened its eyes and it was blood red.
The lines on the monsters body started glowing red as the soilders body started shriveling up and the gears on the soilders fell as it became to loose due to the soilders body shriveling up at a increased rate until there was only a dried husk of a human being left.
The soilders panicked a bit when they saw this but quickly calmed down and started shooting at the monster.
The bullets once again hit the Monster but this time instead of a repeat of what happened before it let out a terrifying roar freezing all the soilders there.
It took this time and shot towards the soilders who were holding the guns and started biting of there heads, its speed had also increased as the red lines on its body glowed, but it's own body seemed to be reducing in mass, although very minor still noticeable by me.
There were around 30 soilders and all of them died, the red lines stopped glowing and its red eyes went back to how it was previously and it started eating these humans.
When it was eating these humans it body seemed to regain the slight loss of mass from its body after around 15 humans its mass started to increase very slightly.
There didnt seem to be any back up so I continued my observation.
After about 20 minutes it had eaten all of the soilders.
"So I was right... it does get stronger the more humans it eats... it has a berserk mode and enhanced senses as well and regeneration to top it all of"
System do you know anything about this monster since this world is meant to contain supernatural things from The movies and TV shows, but according to my memory I had never seen such a monster pop up in any show or movie, although it looks similar to a Wendigo, it's clearly diffrent as it does not have the same powers as a Wendigo
[Unfortunetly this is not with the range of the system, However the System has a identify Function that will cost 1000 spoints it can be used to anaylize the monster with physical contact, Since this monster is a variation from a Wendigo the analysis will cost 500 spoints]
Well that's great but I will need to have physical contact to do this Anaylisis.
