Welcome To Nevermore
We followed the directions and arrived at the principals office, where Dad knocked on the doors and opened it, reveling the principals office with the principal herself sitting on the desk with her White as snow hair.
"You must be the Dunphy's Welcome, please sit"
The principal Larissa Weems gestured at seats infront of her politely.
We went ahead and sat down on the three chairs infront of the principal.
"Now... Normally we dont allow normal people into this school but there has been an exception for you.."
Mom raised her hands and interrupted.
"What do you mean you do not allow normal people?"
The principal kept her smile and looked at me, I didnt give out any reactions to what mom had just said so the principal looked at dad to see his confused face.
"It seems your son has not really mentioned what type of school this is"
"Umm is this school meant for people who have mental problems?"
Mom took the lead in asking.
"Haha I can see how you may have misunderstood but no, this school is not for people who are mentally challenged, this school is for society's outcasts"
Oh, I was sure she was gonna get offended by moms question, but now it seems that she is more patient than I thought.
Mom and dad looked at eachother and there faces seemed to have decided that they would not send me here already, so I stepped in.
"Mom dad I had said that this place is way more intresting that a normal school remember, I hope that Mrs. Weems can clarify what she meant by societies outcast, saying that... it puts a bad image on the students here dont you think and it can cause misunderstandings"
"Yes, You are right, I would like to clarify the students going here dont have a criminal history or any such thing, rather they are children's of wealthy families or people who are coming from a diffrent line of Human Evolution"
"Sigh... Buddy do you really want to go here?"
"Yes dad"
"Claire, you must have already realized it right, Normal school arent gonna cut it for James anymore, And he himself said that this school is interesting to him, so there is no harm in letting him come here"
Mom looked conflicted before she sighed.
"Alright"
The principal nodded.
"Then we Welcome you James to the School, you will be assigned a single dorm room, you may go and pick out your uniform at the Office and also collect your class schedule"
"Mr and Mrs Dunphy Please sign on these registration and transfer forms"
Dad and mom signed the school transfer and registration papers and after they were done.
I nodded and stood up to leave mom and dad followed me aswell.
I wonder why she didnt mention anything about the requirement from Wednesday.
we walked over to the gates and exited it.
"Mom Dad... Thank you"
"Dont stress about it buddy, be sure to call everyday"
"Not a problem dad"
"Be careful Honey this school just seems to be in a very creepy place and the principal said something about diffrent Human evolution, I dont know about that, but I trust you James, Be extra careful here if something goes wrong just call us we will be there for you"
Dad held mom's side trying to comfort her and then they walked towards the car unpacked my luggage from the trunk and hugged me one last time before they got in the car and and started driving of.
When they had disappeared from my vision I walked back into the school to collect my dress, right now there were not to many people around so it was easy to navigate towards the office and collect my Blue and Black striped Uniform and headed over to my dorm room to change.
As I walked through the halls there was no student around propably due to the classes happening at this time.
I arrived infront of the door with my dorm number on it so I opened it with the keys given to me and entered it.
The room was spacious, it was similar to Xavier and Rowan's room showed in the show but mines had a single bed so I had this entire room to myself.
I unpacked my luggage fixed up my room and then changed into my clothes, and spent some time looking over the development of Mark 5, it was coming along well, the main core was being built right now, Tony had designed this armour to adjust the arc reactor that was located inside his body but since I dont have it in me I tweaked the armour so it can adjust the arc reactor as an plug in battery to power the armour.
I looked over the development a bit more and then headed outside towards the main area where there were a lot of students around now.
"Its seems that classes are over"
"James"
I heard my name so I turned around to find Wednesday and besides her was the werewolf Enid.
Aha so it must be the first episode scene where Enid was introducing Wednesday.
"Hello Wednesday"
Enid didnt allow Wednesday to say anything and excitedly spoke to me.
"Wait are you the Normy that was allowed into this school?"
Well...
"I dont like being called a normie, but you would be correct in your assumption"
"Great well since you both are new students I'll give you the run down on the social scene here in this school there are a many flavours of outcasts here but the four main groups are... "
Enid proceeded to introduce the four main groups in Nevermore as me and Wednesday silently followed besides her listening to what she was saying, I had already known all of this but I still listened anyways as a courtesy I guess.
She proceeded to introduce Bianca and Xavier like she had done in the show.
"These two had broken up at the start of this semester, Reasons Unkown"
"Fascinating"
Wednesday said that in her usual flat voice and Enid got excited.
"I know right my blog is like the number one source for Nevermore gossip"
I had thought of something and was about to say it when the gorgon whose name I had forgotten appeared.
"Yo Enid your not gonna believe what I heard about you roommate...
