The professor Kurle showed a lot of enthusiasm about the results of my 'Compatibility Analysis.' My mother was delighted with the results. Liza seemed surprised, while my sister and Swadloon watched the group with some confusion. Was it really that incredible? I observed Professor Kurle, excited and brimming with energy, even though his current appearance suggested he might faint at any moment.

Suddenly, the room fell into a deep silence, and all eyes turned to me. Were the results so amazing? No, I didn't believe that was it, as neither my sister nor Swadloon should be surprised, considering they were just numbers to them. Should I break this tension by saying something? Before I could make a decision, my mother joyfully hugged me and said, "Lopunny (You can now communicate telepathically)" before holding me close to her chest.

Telepathy. I didn't remember using it. Did it mean I was sending my thoughts without realizing it?

"Yes, it's amazing that you can already do it without even having lived a full year. Kirlia, when it was still a Ralts, took about half a year to learn to use telepathy," commented Liza as she approached.

The revelation made me happy because I could communicate with humans, but then I got nervous when I realized something shocking. Did that mean I could leak my thoughts without being aware of it? No! I needed to learn to control this as soon as possible. I don't want anyone to know my secrets.

"Although maybe you should practice a bit with them. If you spend a few days practicing telepathy, you could learn to control it at will," suggested Liza, offering a solution to the new challenge that presented itself to me, but no one seemed to react to my last thoughts. That means I don't say everything I think through telepathy.

I tried to calm down and blank my mind, not thinking about anything relevant, and at least try to control telepathy. Then, I focused on how soft my mother's fur was to calm myself a bit, while she carried me in her arms. However, only R-18 images of Lopunny from my old world began to appear. I erased those momentary thoughts and looked at Professor Kurle, who seemed more interested in the results sheet than in me using telepathy.

(Kurle, can you explain more about type compatibility? I've never heard anything about it until now)" I tried to convey my thoughts to see if I could control it at will.

He nodded and began his explanation "Alright, type compatibility is the ability of Pokémon to use moves of different types. Depending on your compatibility, it means you can learn and master moves of a specific type faster, and it also grants a base enhancement when using them. Although you can learn moves and use moves with which you have low compatibility, their effects don't compare to Pokémon that have high compatibility with that type, and the difficulty in learning and mastering them will be much higher, so it would be useless and a waste of time to try to master moves of types you are not compatible with." He spoke quickly, but at least I managed to understand what he was saying.

(Judging by your reaction, does that mean I'm some kind of genius, and that's why you're so surprised by the results)" I felt happy to know that I had a lot of talent, but I could only hear Kurle's laughter at my words.

"No, that means you have a lot of talent, but you're not the best in the world or the region either. Just that you're well above average." He started walking to the platform where I had been and continued explaining.

"This machine is called the 'Typemetric Capsule,' and it is used to determine the compatibility of Pokémon that have not finished growing and reaching their peak. If used on a fully developed Pokémon and if it had perfect compatibility, the result would no longer be perfect but incalculable, and another machine would be needed. However, that one is only available to the Elite Four and the Champion. There may be other people who have it, but it's not common to come across one. Also, what surprises me about your results is that you already have such high compatibility, even though the machine detected that you have never absorbed the energy of an object imbued with the energy of a type, like the gems embedded in the machine, each containing energy of a specific type, totaling 18, which are all the types discovered to date. That's why, upon entering the machine, you should have felt exhausted. That's the effect of absorbing energy. When you absorb a certain amount, you build tolerance for some time, making the benefits less each time..." I wanted to continue listening to his explanation, but Kurle was interrupted by Liza.

"Kurle, enough," Liza commented, looking quite bored, and the same seemed to be true for everyone else except for me. My mother seemed to be on the verge of falling asleep, holding me in her arms while listening to Kurle. The same went for everyone else, and Kurle had no choice but to stop.

"All right, Zorua, if you have any questions, come visit me later, and I'll be happy to explain," he said with a somewhat dejected tone.
(Of course, I'm still curious about all this, and I also want to know about other topics), like how humans become stronger by having Pokémon and if the same could apply to Pokémon, and many other things like Pokémon reproduction and more.

His mood seemed a bit better, and he said, "Who's next?" My mom put me down before pointing at my sister, and she immediately exclaimed, "Buneary! (It's my turn! It's my turn!)" before jumping onto the platform. The same robotic voice echoed in the room, saying the same thing it had told me before, and the analysis began. Everything went the same as when it was my turn, but when it reached 50%, we heard a loud bang from the laboratory door.
Boom!
We saw the door, which seemed to be made of steel, fly off for many meters. My mom, Liza, and Kurle became very alert, but when they saw the face of the perpetrator, they all calmed down, except for Liza, whose expression changed from being alert to absolute terror. I saw her planning to take out a Poké Ball instantly, but she stopped when we heard what the woman who broke the door shouted.

"Liza, if you run away again, I'll post your photos, and everyone will know the true appearance of the gym leader of Harmony City!" The woman's voice was very authoritative.
She was a woman with orange hair and eyes with a brownish hue. She had dark skin with a body that seemed quite exercised due to the well-defined muscles and abs she had. She wore what looked like sport pants and a blouse that only covered her chest, leaving her abs exposed. Her body was slender with a figure that highlighted her muscles, not overly exaggerated, and it seemed like she trained almost every part of her body equally. She seemed somewhat familiar to me, and I think I saw her in one of the photos Liza showed me when we first met.

She started approaching Liza slowly, leaving deep footprints with each step, even though the floor was made of white tiles, and she shouted, "Because of you, I've had many problems managing the gym in your absence! Do you know how annoyed I was?! And the worst part is that when you came back, instead of going to your office to continue your responsibilities, one of our subordinates said that the first thing you did was take a tour of the gym!" I felt a strong shiver run through my body, and the hairs on my body stood on end.

The only thing I felt from her was a strong sense of danger that didn't compare at all to the dog Pokémon accompanying Liza.

"Pirla, stop destroying my lab," said Kurle, quite annoyed by what happened, and only now did it seem that she realized what she had done. She looked at the rest of us.

"I'm sorry, Kurle, I didn't realize it was your lab. I'll tell the maintenance staff to fix it." She said with a carefree smile, seeming like a completely different person from the one who had broken the door.

She turned her gaze back to Liza and shouted, "As for you! If you run away again without saying a word, I'll break your legs!" Liza couldn't stop trembling at her threat.

But it seemed that the woman named Pirla calmed down, and suddenly, she saw my mother, and a smile appeared on her face. "Tifa, you're back. You have no idea how much I missed you," she said before approaching her and giving her a hug, and my mom did the same.

Then she looked at Buneary, who was inside the platform, and at me.

"They must be your children; they have a very similar aura to yours, only Zorua's feels quite special." She approached me, and I tried to step back, but my body wouldn't move, and she started petting me.

"Can I make both of them my Pokémon?" she asked with a lot of expectations.

But my mother shook her head.

"Well, I guess you want them to choose a trainer for themselves instead of the other way around," my mother nodded as she listened.

She could only accept it. "Alright, I'll give up for now. If you ever want to become my Pokémon, I'll welcome you with open arms, even though my main focus is fighting-type Pokémon." She said while looking at my sister, who was still in the middle of the analysis, and at me.

Then she left the laboratory, dragging Liza with her, leaving us alone with Professor Kurle, who looked quite annoyed as he observed the door, now bent on the floor, and the gaps left by Pirla.

He looked at me and said, "I forgot to give you the results. You can tell your mother to read them if you can't, or I can do it for you." He intended to hand them to me, but seeing that I had no hands, he was going to give them to my mom.

I wanted to try something and attempted to imitate the appearance of a boy I had seen before.
