Having ended my training, I decided to continue moving my puppet hollow back on the human world.

I focused my senses on Orihime's location and cursed under my breath as I felt three presences near her.

The closest one to her was probably her best friend Tatsuki. The problem was the other two presences, they were from Ichigo and Rukia.

It was then that it dawned on me that I had forgotten I was supposed to attack Orihime after my failed attempt to eat Ichigo, according to canon. It had totally slipped out of my mind.

Aizen’s plan didn’t help either. The second part of it just said that I had to have close contact with Orihime's soul before fighting one last fight with Ichigo.

I gathered my thoughts, calming myself.

It actually didn’t matter, I just needed some time to separate my sister’s soul from her body. That way she would be infected by my spiritual pressure and hopefully awaken her powers thanks to the mix of Ichigo's rampant power and the sealed Hogyoku within Rukia.

My decision was made, so I hid my power to the maximum and slithered through the streets, waiting for the right moment to enter the house undetected.

After a few seconds, I saw Ichigo and Rukia looking at the downing sun. It was an opening in their defenses.

Faster than they could see, I took the opportunity to come out of my hiding place and slipped through the window closest to Tatsuki.

“How?” Tatsuki’s black eyes widened as she watched the window’s glass break. The raining broken glass pieces did not scratch her by a miracle.

The raining broken glass pieces did not scratch her by a miracle. However, as she tried to move, I struck her with my tail, sending her crashing to the ground. She fell on her right side, gasping for breath with half-closed eyes.

Immediately, I extended my hand to a frightened Orihime. I felt my hand pass through her physical body, passing through a warm barrier as I touched a cold body. Grasping the cold body, I pushed, sending my sister’s cold soul away from her warm body.

“What’s happening?” Orihime managed to say, her voice trembling as she scooted away on her butt.

I could see a chain extending out of her chest, connecting her physical body to her soul. Her face was a mask of fear as she looked at my monstrous puppet hollow face, now partially revealed.

"You are mine, Orihime." I said, allowing Sora to take control for a brief moment.

“It can’t be.” Orihime said, staring in disbelief at the part of my puppet hollow face that was exposed. “You're... gone.”

I couldn't help but chuckle at her surprise. "I may be dead, but I'm still here," I said, my voice taking on a menacing tone. "And now, I'm going to take you with me."

Ignoring Orihime's frightened expression, I turned my attention to Ichigo and Rukia, who had just entered the room. They were both shocked and angry at the sight of me in front of Orihime's soul.

"Get away from her, you monster!" Ichigo growled.

I chuckled darkly. "I don't think so. She's mine, and I won't allow you to have her."

Rukia's expression darkened a bit as she spoke. "Forget it, Ichigo. A hollow falls to his lesser instincts. He will not hear you."

Hearing this, I smirked at them, preparing to play the best lie of my life.

Aonte Acidwire enjoys fighting without killing, it is a simple reason.
I had noticed that he doesn’t use his acid attack in fights.
I had a whole chapter explaining how he didn’t use it because it dissolved the hollows and he couldn’t eat them, but it made the introduction arc longer than I liked so I ignored it.

Omake: Acid

Acidwire was seething with anger as he faced off against Gin Ichimaru, the sly and cunning captain of Squad 3.

He had vowed to get revenge on Gin, but every time he tried to attack him, the slippery shinigami always seemed to be one step ahead.

With a fierce growl, Acidwire unleashed his acid attack, aiming it directly at Gin. But to his surprise, Gin simply sidestepped the attack, causing it to strike a nearby building and dissolve it completely.

Acidwire gritted his teeth as he watched Gin mock him with a smile.

"Is that all you've got, Espada? I'm disappointed." Gin taunted as he disappeared in a big jump.

Frustrated, Acidwire retreated back to the side of his subordinate, Asguiaro, feeling the need to make him train harder.
