I entered the meeting hall under the weight of the stares from my fellow Espadas.

I strode confidently towards my designated seat at the long table and took a seat, my gaze locking onto Aizen's.

"My apologies for the delay, Lord Aizen.” I explained without hesitation, feigning to be sorry. “I got delayed by the awakening of the next generation.”

Aizen regarded me with his trademark number 5 smile. “Don’t worry, I understand the allure of witnessing the fruits of our labor.” He explained, his eyes flashed with an obsessive light.

“Indeed, it can be an immensely gratifying experience, as it serves as our mark on this kingless world.” He said, his eyes flickering around the table, as if reminding the Espadas of his role in their current existence.

Everyone, except Barragan, smirked at that, not minding Aizen's playful look.

Zommari spoke up with a note of annoyance in his voice, "He's just wasting our valuable time.”

Kaname Tousen agreed, "He should be punished for his tardiness."

“I second that.” Nnoitra, always eager to cause trouble, chimed in.

Aizen released a small amount of his spiritual pressure, using it to calm everyone down.

“That won’t be necessary. We have much to discuss.” He declared. “Now, Let's talk about our current progress.”

The unsatisfied Espadas fell silent, knowing better than to question their leader's authority.

Aizen continued. “I have already manipulated the Soul Society to retrieve Kuchiki Rukia. Soon, her own brother will be in the world of living to capture her personally to ensure she doesn’t run away.”

Barragan raised a skeptical eyebrow. "Won't Urahara interfere with us? From what you have told us, he is quite crafty and will try to retrieve his Hogyoku."

Aizen leaned back in his chair, his eyes gleaming. "He will interfere indirectly in this case, he is unlikely to act personally without knowing the Soul Society’s intentions.Insead, he is going to send Kurosaki Ichigo after Kuchiki Rukia once he notices our plot."

I interjected. "Knowing Urahara, he will probably block the plot to extract the Hogyoku from Rukia by execution."

Aizen gave me a patronizing smile. "I already have a backup plan prepared in that case. I had already calculated all the paths our enemies can take at this point"

I already knew he would steal the other method to extract the hogyoku while everyone was fighting against each other under his thumb, but I remained silent on that.

Aizen turned to Grimmjow and Zommari with a triumphant expression.

“Now, Grimmjow and Zommari. I want you two to gather a host of gillians for my triumphant return to Hueco Mundo.”

That was an unnecessary show of power, he definitely wanted to brag about his army to the shinigamis and show them how superior he was.

Grimmjow smirked. "You got it, Lord Aizen.”

Zommari, on the other hand, nodded solemnly. "As you command, my lord."

Then, Aizen turned to me. "And Sora Inoue, I want you to train Sado Yatsutora using that depredador gigai of yours. We need Kurosaki's group to be as strong as possible to cause chaos in the Soul Society."

I nodded. "I'm already on it."

Stark yawned, clearly unimpressed with the meeting. "You're always such a busybody, Acidwire."

I shrugged. "I can't help it. If I don't do something, I'll go insane with boredom."

“That will be everything, Lord Aizen.” Interrupted Harribel, her tone nonchalant.

Harribel's nonchalant interruption didn't seem to faze Aizen. He smiled as he regarded her. "Yes, I will depart for the Soul Society in half a day. I have to be there for Kurosaki Ichigo's arrival, and the timeshift needs to be perfect so that the dates match my plans." He said, his eyes flicking over to me briefly at the mention of time travel.

“Have a safe trip, Lord Aizen.” Harribel bid Aizen farewell, and Ulquiorra followed suit.

Aizen stood up and motioned to Gin and Kaname. "Let's go. I will see you soon, my dear espadas."

Bidding goodbye to everyone, I walked back to my quarters. It was time I prepared the next stage of my plan.

Omake: Medicine

Renato stood in front of the garganta that connected his body to his main body, clutching a box filled with swirling tubes in his hands.

Suddenly a red haired, one-eyed man appeared before him.

“Will this shoddy-looking medicine really mend a hollow's cracked mask?” Asguiaro asked.

Renato sent a pitying look at the arrancar.

“Trust in my instincts, my loyal friend. This will undoubtedly work.” The Latin man said, his eyes flashing with confidence.

Asguiaro sighed. “Well, I've had enough. I'm heading back.”

Renato, feeling proud, flashed a thumbs-up gesture.
