A few days after my talk with Shin.

Since the end of the war, we had sent out a notice to the town of Canale, Lamberk, Torrequista, Khmer, and other places to recruit personnel.
The meeting with the human resources will be held today, and the next audience would be held in three days.

I’m going to hire people whose average status (Maximum Potential) should be over 65, people with at least one status with a Maximum Potential of 80 or higher, and I’ll also consider their aptitude. If they have at least an aptitude with an A, they are basically hired, and if they have a B or higher in magical aptitude, they are hired.
With the appraisal skill, you can also check the place of origin and family structure, so make sure that you do not lie about it. Those who lie are basically suspicious, so I won’t let them lie.
In addition, it is possible to appraise what they think of the person they will be serving using the appraisal skill.
If they are already serving someone, there is a high possibility that they are spies, so we will not hire them no matter what their abilities are.
If they were working for someone outside of Messiaen, such as the Sights Province, we would have to capture them and make them tell us their intentions. Well, that is if they come.
I quickly appraised the one hundred and fifty people one by one.

After the appraisal, I noticed that the number of women had increased since the last time.

After appraising about fifty people, I found three people I wanted to hire.
All of them were male, and all of them excelled in military prowess. They didn’t have outstanding Bravery, but they could be expected to play an active role in the war.
I appraised the remaining 100 people. There were ten people in total that he wanted to hire.

A man of medium height and thin eyes was the first interviewee.
