After two weeks of harsh training under the hot African sun, the 10 Shadows and the 100 trainees they had were ready for their big test.

They had been hiding these two weeks while training and nobody were able to find them, but now it was time to start terrorizing the mercenary camps once again.

While they couldn't occupy their mines, after they destroyed them, a big hit and pilfering was a really good option now too.

But their targets in these two weeks were too many, they had to make 15 hits in 14 days, so they would be forced to fight almost every day.

This would mean really big tiredness and loss of focus while the shadows were cultivators and could handle that, the new disciples were still only trained humans.

At most they were people who had touched upon cultivation, but anything more than that was almost impossible. Well almost because there were two exceptions.

Two girls of 18 years old had been able to enter the 1st level of Qi Refining realm in less than 3 days, which just showed the high potential those girls had.

First things first though, they had to find a way so they could rest in between their attacks. To make that possible they separated into two groups.

It was two groups of an equal number of people and power. The thinking was simple, while one group worked the other would rest, and then vice versa.

Like this, they didn't need to fear when they rested, and at the same time, they would be able to complete their assignment.

At least, in theory, since 50 new disciples and 5 shadows should be enough to take down their targeted camps, but everything depended on the new disciples' performance.

Their first target was a medium mercenary camp close to their last training spot. Since it had been already two weeks since Pirate Shadows' last appearance, the camps had started to relax.

Even the hunters they had sent on the desert were starting to get back unable to have found even a small trail.

Now it was time to start the fire again, the first group to get the opportunity of the hit was made of Tianlong Shui, Yue, Yin Yang, Jingshen, and one of the twins.

During this time, besides the training and cultivation that they had been doing, Tianlong Yue had started to get used to the blood, difficulties, and sacrifice.

This experience had helped her grow up physically and mentally and also helped her mature. Her childish nature was still there, but now she even had a thread of maturity.

Lu Bing was the same as her, while it was a bit easier for her to get used to this, she also seemed more mature right now.

Like that they hoped on the cars, one group went to sleep, while the other group made preparations for war.

This time each shadow had its own team, and precise instruction and duties on how to attack the camp, since these camps were bigger and had better security.

One team was responsible for the guards, the second-team was responsible for the communication, the third team was responsible for the weapons, and the fourth team was responsible for the higher-ups.

The last and fifth team was responsible for not letting the enemy soldiers regroup, and also as back-up to the other teams.

When all teams completed their primary objectives, then 4 teams automatically passed to the second objective, kill as many enemies as they could, and gain fighting experience.

The fifth team on the other hand would concentrate on pilfering and robbing everything valuable they could find inside the camp.

Like this, they wouldn't lose too much time and risk getting caught in a two-way fire. Surely the close by camps wouldn't stay put once they saw a sign of fighting.

That was why they had to do everything as fast as possible. Every hit was a race against time for them that was why everything should be done under 20 minutes.

While it seemed really difficult to be achieved, this was their target for every hit. They didn't necessarily need to kill everyone in the camp to complete their mission.

Their mission ended as soon as they pilfered all the valuables while trying to have as few casualties as possible.

They weren't interested in recruiting more disciples at the moment, they didn't have the time to start training them, and neither the place nor the time to do that.

So this week, the slaves would only be playing distracting roles. This meant that they would always open the barracks from the beginning, and use them to distract the camp mercenaries.

With these clear steps, the only thing left for them to do was just to follow their duties and instructions, and hopefully, they wouldn't have any victims.

Like this once again the whole desert was hit by the nightmare called Pirate Shadows. In 6 days they were able to sweep clean 14 medium and big camps.

This was the last day of their mission and their last target. It was one of the big camps of this area, and they had left this as the last.

It was like the cherry on top of the cake. This was normally going to be a really difficult camp to enter, and not to mention having to pilfer and destroy it a bit.

The idea was to make the destruction look much bigger than it already was, but also not look faked in the least.

Why did they have to bother so much with this mercenary camp in the middle of Africa? The answer was simple this was the Shadows Clan mercenary camp.

While Tianlong Yun wouldn't want to destroy his own efforts at creating this mercenary camp or lose any of his underlings, they had to do this.

They had to improvise this attack so the doubts over them would be cleared, otherwise, they would need to fight all the other camps in there.

Not to mention that at the moment, the mercenary camp was supposed to be under the instructions of Jake Long, so this would make things even more difficult to manage.

For all those reasons they had to screenplay this attack, where they had to destroy this place, without destroying its structure.

That was even the reason why Captain Mao had come here as the head of the camp with Tianlong Yue and Lu Bing.

The stage for today was pretty simple though, Captain Mao, some of the best disciples, and their higher-ups had left the camp for important training.

While the camp wasn't totally full, it wasn't empty either. But today was the day that most of the dead people around the camp died officially.

In other words, the Shadows fire would be concentrated on empty corpses, captured rebels, and implemented rats.

While it would be more difficult due to the fact, that they had to do this while protecting people that would try to kill them, they had no other choice.

But in this one week of attacks, the disciples had started working better together. They had more fighting experience and better teamwork.

During this week they had lost 18 people due to their own carelessness or due to their lack of experience, but the ones left had come to form a nice group.

This was one of the most important results of this 4 weeks mission. They hadn't expected to have such an outcome, so it was a great surprise to the group.

The biggest surprise of all though was the value of the things that they had been able to pilfer during this mission, the value had exceeded their best evaluations.

They had no time to lose right now, they just needed to finish this last mission, and then disappear just like they appeared, in thin air.

With this thought in mind, they started the attack on the camp, and in less than 15 minutes the camp was in shambles, and everything of value had been taken away.

So with this last hit, the Pirate Shadows disappeared once again from the African Continent. Leaving a lot of blood, destruction, and irritated people behind.

While all this happened in the African Continent, Tianchang city had started a new battle for domination, and both Young Masters were doing their best.

It was a new challenge in town, it was Young Master Bao Hu versus the new arrival Young Master Jake Long, that claimed to be a distant relative of the Tianlong family.

The most attention-grabbing thing of their domination war though, was that both of them were trying to vow the same woman.

The woman in question was none other than Mu Xiya. After taking the Mu family's companies, and becoming the head of the Mu family, Mu Xiya had turned into an economy star.

The value of the companies she was directing had multiplied by 4 and it was still growing. Not only that but soon she would be forgetting this small city borders, as she would spread in whole China.

Not only her talent but also her looks had started to get the attention of a lot of Young Master around the country who thought that could have a try at her.

She was a rising star, and more than anyone these two guys had a better chance as the center of her operations was still here in this Tianlong city.

Which was getting more crowded and bigger by the day. As a matter of fact, not only Mu Xiya but also Young Master Chu Fan of the Chu family was showing to be a great promising star.

The Chu family had taken a big step forward, as they were planning more than 4 big apartments complex in this small Tianchang city.

If they did this earlier, people would think that they were crazy, and it was a waste of money, time, and resources. But with the development of the city, it looked like a golden idea.

Returning to the main matter though, Bao Hu seemed like he wanted to prove that now he was a new person and that Mu Xiya should belong with him.

While Jake Long just wanted to add her to his count, while using her to his desires. The problem was…
