From what he could see the Rocky Fortress was separated into 4 districts. The South was the armory and the barracks, the west was the residential area, and the north was the city lord mansion and the officials.
Leaving only the East part towards which Tianlong Yun and the two Elders were heading too if Tianlong Yun's guess was right then this was the 'pill and medicine' area.
That had been Tianlong Yun's target from the start as the other districts were already full to the brim, but also because he needed a lot of herbs and medical resources.
Until now he had almost bought the whole medicine market in Tianchang City, and Shanghai through his disciples, and people.
But still, that wasn't enough as he had more than 10.000 disciples he needed to nurture, and a lot of them were in relatively high cultivations realms and needed more pills and assistance.
The Eastern District was almost empty, there were only a few people rummaging and trying to find some useful things in this area, as a daft medicine smell was spreading through the place.

All the first floor was filled with herbs that could be used to produce 1st and 2nd level pills and potions. The herbs were all of the medium or high quality.
Due to their commonness, and the fact that these were easily grown herbs, they were all in big stalks and amounts.
Without even caring about what they were, Tianlong Yun took out a space ring and started storing them all inside it.
In less than a minute Tianlong Yun had completely emptied the first floor of the building, which one has to say that it was at least 1000 meters square.
Without losing much time, he immediately started walking towards the stairs and made way for the second floor.
What surprised him though was that there was no barrier of any kind to stop him from going to the second floor of the warehouse.
Even in there he did the same as on the first floor and took everything inside without leaving even a small leaf behind.
The only difference with the first floor was that on this floor the herbs could be used for level 3 and level 4 pills and potions.
