Ruby, Weiss and Penny ran toward Blake, once they arrived Ruby asked " Blake!! Are you okay?"
" What are you doing here??? Get out now !!!!" Blake said anxiously
" We heard the sound of gun fire, so we came here. What is wrong? What happened here" Ruby asked worriedly Blake
" R-Ruby ….." Ruby heard Weiss calling her, Weiss's tone was strange. Ruby looked at Weiss, who was paler than the usual staring at something. Ruby looked in the direction Weiss was looking at.
Ruby's face paled instantly upon seeing blood all over the place. The ground was filled with bodies. Dead bodies and none was complete. Ruby hasn't seen a corpse before. The fear and disgust overwhelmed her causing her to puke.
Penny didn't seem affected by the sight. She simply asked " What happened here? "
The Black Reaper spoke " Nothing much, a group of White Fang soldiers were stealing the dust. I killed them as it was my job. The girl over there tried to take revenge for the White Fang. But i just defended myself and broke her ribs in the process "
Penny nodded and questioned further" I see…. You killed a group of criminals. Couldn't you stop them without killing ?"
" They surrendered!! But he still kill them anyway " Blake was the one to answer, he voice was still filled with anger and hatred despite the pain.
" This goes against the laws!! Once a criminal surrendered, he can't be harmed unless he did some sudden offensive actions " Penny stated the laws
" He is just a criminal!!! A killer!! He is The Black Reaper " Blake told them who the guy was
Weiss and Ruby looked at the man before them with fear. They heard about him as well, especially Weiss. Many believed the Schnee company had dealings with this killer. And from current situation. It seems that it was indeed the truth. Ruby heart was pounding harder and harder, she heard about this guy from her uncle. Her uncle once mentioned him, he spoke about The Black Reaper strength and even feared him. He said crossing an army of grimms was much preferable than encountering The Black Reaper.
Penny looked at The Black Reaper and asked " Are you really The Black Reaper?"
The Black Reaper simply nodded at her question
Penny walked few steps and said " I ask you to surrender yourself to be judged for your crimes. Or I will have to take you in by force"
Ruby was sick worried for her friend and said " Penny!! What are you doing?"
Penny looked at Ruby with smile and said " Don't worry friend, I'm combat ready "
Penny walked forward few steps toward The Black Reaper. Her backpack opened, letting a group of swords flying out. Penny took a stance for battle, as the floating swords started pointing toward The Black Reaper.
In contrast, The Black Reaper stood in his place without moving, as if the situation is not related to him. Penny seeing him not moving, sent all her sword flying toward him. In return, he didn't move. He just waited the swords to arrive before catching two swords of them and using the two sword to deflect the rest of the blades.
Penny was surprised by his speed and skill, but she didn't stop. She pulled all her swords back, using a thin wired threads, which helped her controlling her swords. All the swords went back with the except of the swords in The Black Reaper hand.
Penny was surprised again, she then noticed that the wires controlling these two swords had been cut. Penny realised throwing her swords is meaningless and so she decided to change her attack method.
The swords started rotating in cycle while their tips were pointing toward The Black Reaper. A green energy started to charge in the middle of the rotation swords. Ruby, Weiss and Blake watched in amazement as Penny was charging her attack. They felt something amazing about to happen.
Moments later, Penny's attack was fully charged. She did a punching motion with the both of her fists toward The Black Reaper. A green canon energy was shot toward The Black Reaper, the green energy was destroying anything in its way, even the ground concrete was broken. But The Black Reaper didn't show any visible reaction, he simply kept watching the fast approaching attack. When the attack was about to hit him, a wall of black flame erupted out of nowhere. The green energy disappeared upon hitting the black flames.
Ruby, Weiss and even Penny were now surprised at this result, especially Penny as she knew how powerful her attack was exactly. On the other hand, Blake wasn't surprised. She saw two bullheads disappeared into thin air previously.
Penny stared at the flame and asked " What is this Black Flame?"
The Black Reaper answered " It's called Amaterasu, This flame represent the material world and light. It can burn anything into nothingness even pure energy. It can't be put down by any normal means. Only me the caster can put it down or you will have to wait for 7 days and 7 nights. You can look there and see for yourselves …. " he said the last part as he pointed toward the sea, where his black flame still burning. He continued " Is this explanation is enough? Now prepare yourself, it is my turn to attack "
Penny looked at the black flame burning on the sea with amazement, the flame seemed to be burning the sea itself. she then looked at him again. She prepared for his attack by pointing her swords at him. The Black Reapered walked slowly toward her. Suddenly, her floating swords were covered in black flame. The swords disappeared and the flame fell to the ground in front of the surprised Penny.
Penny looked down watching the burning flame, when she raised her head again, she saw him standing in front of her. Before she could make any action, he punched her face sending her flying toward the containers. Penny fell to the ground upon hitting the container. She stopped moving completely.
Weiss and Ruby watched in horror. Ruby stood up and pulled out her weapon in its scythe form and said " Stop!!! Don't move ". Weiss followed Ruby and raised her weapon.
" Ehh? You think you can order me around little girl? " The Black Reaper said with amusement
" We will stop you. Evil always is defeated at the end " Ruby said with childish determination
" Such a resolute words!! Do you have the strength to carry your words on ?" The Black Reaper asked
Ruby didn't say anything, she just used her semblance to assault him, she even shoot few bullets from her sniper rifle to increase her speed. Next to her, Weiss used her semblance to create ice glyph under The Black Reaper feet. When she saw him not moving again, she activated the glyph as fast as she could trapping his legs in the ice.
Ruby, who was dashing toward him, swinged her scythe upon reaching him. But her scythe stopped mid air. Causing her to fall back because of her momentum. She looked up, only to see The Black Reaper stopped her by catching the scythe's blade with the tip of his fingers.
The ice trapping him started burning with black flames effectively freeing him. He looked down at Ruby and spoke " You wanted to defeat me with only this? I feel sorry for your naiavity"
The Black Reaper then flipped the scythe catching it from the hilt, then pointed at Ruby's neck. Ruby felt the cold steel touching her neck. She felt like crying because of the sheer fear she was experiencing.
" STOP!!!" Weiss screamed in terror, seeing her young leader about to be beheaded
" And why should I do that? " He asked
" You were hired to protect the shipment from the White Fang correct. My father probably is the one paying you. If you harmed us, then he will not pay you " Weiss reasoned
The only thing she earned from her words was the laugh of The Black Reaper " He will not pay me? Even if raped you then killed in the most gruesome way, your father will still pay me while smiling. Glynda spoke with cold voice " Do you feel proud attacking a few students? You will receive your punishment today "
The Black Reaper said while laughing " First the students came to fight me? Now the teacher? What next? Their parent or maybe grand parent"
Glynda said with cold tone " There will be no next ". She raised her wand pointing at him. A huge container from the side was sent flying toward him. However, before the container could reach him. A black flame consumed it. In an instant, the container disappeared. Glynda and those behind with the except of sun were surprised. The Black Reaper questioned Glynda intelligence " Are you an idiot? That container was filled with dust!! If not for me, you would have killed yourself and the students. Thinking about it again, yes!! You are an idiot "
The surprised Glynda became angry, she retorted " It would have definitely killed you !!!"
" No, It wouldn't leave as much as scar. Nevermind, this situation started to get boring. My job is done anyway, so I will be taking my leave "

The Black Reaper looked at her then at the rest, they were clutching their weapons preparing for a fight. He then looked at Glynda who started glowing purple. He shook his head and said " Yes "
The moment he spoke, his full killing intent was unleashed. He wasn't holding anything back. His killing intent wasn't directed at anyone. It was simply pressuring everything around him. It felt like he wanted to kill the whole world, it will devour all the living.
All the students and even Glynda froze in their places, they were hallucinating their own deaths and the deaths of their friends and family. None of them could move a muscle. Fear completely controlled them. Few seconds later, the hallucation stopped. All the standing ones dropped to their knees, drenched in cold sweat, Sun was even puking.
Glynda was on her knees as well, but she managed to stop herself from puking. She could feel her heart pound faster than any time. There was still lingering feel on her neck, heart and all other vital spots. As if someone had a knife stabbing her. She couldn't stand, she looked around her to see her traumatised students miserable state.
Her eyes moved in the direction of The Black Reaper, only to see a man standing in the middle, between her and The Black Reaper. Between the man and The Black Reaper, the ground was destroyed with cracks spreading in all directions and the black flame all over the place burning the ground. Glynda could tell a clash occurred between them while she was hallucinating her death.
Glynda looked again at the man and realised it was Mesa. she, for the first, was happy to see Mesa. She felt despair when the killing intent erupted, she believed that she and her students will be killed today. Now with Mesa's help, they have hope to survive.
The others had similar thoughts, they looked at Mesa with hope and happiness. He was their saviour, arriving at the last moment to save them like a hero.
Glynda was looking at Mesa and said " Mesa …." but she saw interrupted by The Black Reaper.
" I haven't seen you for nearly a year, and after this long period, the first thing you do is welcoming me with a 'shinra tensei' to the face, really? You are hurting my feelings!! My dear twin brother!!" The Black Reaper said

Ehh? You think you can order me around little girl? " The Black Reaper said with amusement" We will stop you. Evil always is defeated at the end " Ruby said with childish determination" Such a resolute words!! Do you have the strength to carry your words on ?" The Black Reaper askedRuby didn't say anything, she just used her semblance to assault him, she even shoot few bullets from her sniper rifle to increase her speed. Next to her, Weiss used her semblance to create ice glyph under The Black Reaper feet. When she saw him not moving again, she activated the glyph as fast as she could trapping his legs in the ice.Ruby, who was dashing toward him, swinged her scythe upon reaching him. But her scythe stopped mid air. Causing her to fall back because of her momentum. She looked up, only to see The Black Reaper stopped her by catching the scythe's blade with the tip of his fingers.The ice trapping him started burning with black flames effectively freeing him. He looked down at Ruby and spoke " You wanted to defeat me with only this? I feel sorry for your naiavity"The Black Reaper then flipped the scythe catching it from the hilt, then pointed at Ruby's neck. Ruby felt the cold steel touching her neck. She felt like crying because of the sheer fear she was experiencing." STOP!!!" Weiss screamed in terror, seeing her young leader about to be beheaded" And why should I do that? " He asked" You were hired to protect the shipment from the White Fang correct. My father probably is the one paying you. Behind her, Yang, Pyrrha and Sun.Yang's eyes were scarlet red, her sister was sitting on the ground crying. Her partner was laying on the ground. And Weiss was bleeding. She wanted to attack him already. But Sun and Pyrrha stopped her.Glynda spoke with cold voice " Do you feel proud attacking a few students? Their parent or maybe grand parent"Glynda said with cold tone " There will be no next ". She raised her wand pointing at him. A huge container from the side was sent flying toward him. However, before the container could reach him. A black flame consumed it. In an instant, the container disappeared. Glynda and those behind with the except of sun were surprised. The Black Reaper questioned Glynda intelligence " Are you an idiot? That container was filled with dust!! If not for me, you would have killed yourself and the students. Thinking about it again, yes!! You are an idiot "The surprised Glynda became angry, she retorted " It would have definitely killed you !!!"" No, It wouldn't leave as much as scar. It was simply pressuring everything around him. It felt like he wanted to kill the whole world, it will devour all the living.All the students and even Glynda froze in their places, they were hallucinating their own deaths and the deaths of their friends and family. None of them could move a muscle. Fear completely controlled them. Few seconds later, the hallucation stopped. All the standing ones dropped to their knees, drenched in cold sweat, Sun was even puking.Glynda was on her knees as well, but she managed to stop herself from puking. She could feel her heart pound faster than any time. There was still lingering feel on her neck, heart and all other vital spots. As if someone had a knife stabbing her. She couldn't stand, she looked around her to see her traumatised students miserable state.Her eyes moved in the direction of The Black Reaper, only to see a man standing in the middle, between her and The Black Reaper. Between the man and The Black Reaper, the ground was destroyed with cracks spreading in all directions and the black flame all over the place burning the ground. Glynda could tell a clash occurred between them while she was hallucinating her death.Glynda looked again at the man and realised it was Mesa. she, for the first, was happy to see Mesa. She felt despair when the killing intent erupted, she believed that she and her students will be killed today. Now with Mesa's help, they have hope to survive.The others had similar thoughts, they looked at Mesa with hope and happiness. He was their saviour, arriving at the last moment to save them like a hero.Glynda was looking at Mesa and said " Mesa ." but she saw interrupted by The Black Reaper." I haven't seen you for nearly a year, and after this long period, the first thing you do is welcoming me with a 'shinra tensei' to the face, really? You are hurting my feelings!!
