In the streets of Vale, a group of men stood in front of the small dust shop ' From Dust Till Dawn'. All the men wore black suits with the exception of the leader who stood in the front, he wore similar black pants and black hats but his upper body was covered by a long white jacket which concealed the rest of his clothes. This man is Roman Torchwick.
Roman flicked the cigar he was smoking and entered the shop. Roman approached the elderly owner of the shop slowly with his henchmen in tow. "Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a dust shop open this late?" Roman said ,while one of the henchmen points his gun at the shopkeeper.
The shopkeeper raised his hands and said fearfully " P-please! Just take my lien and leave"
" Shhh, Shhh, Shhh, Shhh, Shhh, calm down, we're not here for your money." As Roman said that, his henchmen starting grabbing the dust. One of the henchmen opened a case while the others started to put the dust in the case.
Another henchman placed another opened case in front the shop keeper and pointer his gun at the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper proceeded to fill the case. Other henchman went to the back of the shop and saw two people away from each other.
The first one was a girl wearing black dress and a red hood connected to her cape covering her head. The other was a man wearing black pants and black jacket, the man had two knives each strapped to one of his waist sides, his jacket's hood covered his head just like the girl.
He decided to approach the girl first. He unsheathed his sword and said while pointing it on her back. " Alright kid, put your hands where I can see them." a moment passed, but the girl still didn't respond.
He extended his hand to her and turned her around and said " Hey, I said hands in the air! You got a death wish or something"
The girl dropped her hood revealing a surprised Ruby wearing headphones. The henchman motioned for her to lower them.
Ruby took of the headphones and said "Yes?"
"I said, put your hands in the air, now!" the henchman said.
"Are you …. Robbing me ?" ruby asked
Henchman answered "yes"
" Ooohhh..." all what ruby said.

Roman was waiting for his men to finish the heist when a "Hey!" and "Hyah!" were heard, and the threatening henchman flies past him with a red shadow to the outside through the shop window. Roman looked calmly while following them to the outside. Roman looked at Ruby who was standing next to his henchman, he motioned for another henchman to handle Ruby.
"Freeze!" a henchman said while pointing his gun at her.
Ruby looked at the henchman pointing gun at her then at Roman and the rest of of his henchmen. Ruby unfolds Crescent Rose into its scythe form. Roman scowls, but Ruby smiles back at them before twirling the weapon around, striking it into the ground.
Roman looked at the sight before him, a girl with a scythe bigger than her, he said " Okayyy..." then tilted his head to his henchmen " Get her! "
The henchmen ran at Ruby, who spins around her scythe and kicked the first approaching criminal in the face. She got Crescent Rose out of the ground and fired it off to hit another one with the butt of her weapon, sending him flying. She fired again and brought the side down on the attacker and dodged the next gunfire with her rifle speed. She got close enough to him and knocked him in the air, then followed him upwards and hit him again, throwing him to Roman's feet.
While Ruby was fighting Roman's henchmen, the man wearing black was standing at the door of the shop staring at her with his crimson eyes. His eyes had three black dots rotating.
Mesa was smiling at the show before him [ This fight is going exactly like in the show. The time of my entrance is approaching fast hehehe ]
Roman spoke "You were worth every cent, Truly, you were ..." he stopped talking for a moment when he heard the police sirens, then continued " Well …. Red, I think we can all say it's has been an eventful evening, and as much as I'd love to stick around ..." he raised his cane revealing a rifle with cross grid . " I'm afraid this is where we part ways". Roman unleashes a red blast at Ruby.
Before Ruby or Roman could react the red blast stopped mid air then shot back toward roman, the speed was now double the original. Effectively hitting Roman and pushing to the ground. While Roman was busy groaning of pain and Ruby looking confused at what happened.
A sound spoke to them " Criminals these days seriously lacking skills and class. A group of adults ganging up on a little girl, to end up beating down by her. Moreover, the boss decided to send a deadly blast toward her."
Ruby looked at the source to be surprised seeing a familiar extremely handsome young man who seemed a year or two older staring at her with his crimson eyes. Ruby expression changed fast from confusion, shock , sadness then happiness.
"MESA!!, is that you? Why did you leave us? Where were you? Do you know how sad me, Yang and Father were? How did you have the heart to leave us" Ruby started a barrage of questions with angry but happy look and tears in her eyes.
Mesa thought [ Her reaction is within my expectations ] while looking at her, he smiled faintly at her " We can talk later, Ruby, first I believe You should pay more attention to the white rat over there" while pointing his finger at Roman climbing up a ladder on a nearby building.
Rwby removed her tears and sat off after Roman, while mesa looked at the old shopkeeper and said "we are going after him, tell the police to catch up" then a spiral wave appeared and swallowed him.
By the time Roman made it to the roof, Ruby caught up with him using her high-flying rifle again and landing right behind him.
When Roman looked behind him, he saw Ruby and Mesa standing next to each other. Roby and Roman didn't notice Mesa's teleportation. They didn't care how he arrived at the moment.
Roman showed a red dust gem in his hand and said "End of the line, Red , Black". He threw the gem at their feet and fired. Mesa didn't make a move this time since he noticed a circle appeared below them. he knew from the show, this is was a protection barrier casted by a certain blonde huntress. A large explosion occurred.
Roman started laughing while entering the craft waiting him on the roof, but his laugh came to halt when he saw a woman in a purple cape is now in front of Ruby and Mesa, casting a circle of protection over them with her wand.
The craft started taking off. But Glynda Goodwitch waved her weapon and summons several streaks of purple at the craft. Roman was thrown around in the back until he went to the cockpit, where a woman in red is struggling with the controls.
" We got a huntress! " Roman said. The woman got up leaving the control for Roman and headed toward the back.
Glynda glowed purple for a moment and aimed another blast above the craft, resulting in a dark storm-cloud right over the jet.
"What the fuck … ?" Roman said
With a lick of Glynda's want, large jagged hail started falling that pummeled the jet and even broke through the window, narrowly missing Roman's head.
The woman reached the back and her arms and chest lightened up like fire, aiming a burst of energy at Glynda. The huntress blocked it, but the flame splattered behind her and glowed hot until they exploded. Glynda back-flipped out of the explosion radius, which destroyed part of the roof, and magically gathered the shards to create a large spear, which she threw at the craft. The fiery woman shattered the spear with several blasts. The wreckage separated and reshaped into more smaller spears that encircled the jet, but the woman summoned several glowing rings around herself that expanded and destroyed the shards.
Ruby, finally acting, reverted her scythe into its rifle form to fire at the woman, who blocked each shot and created several blazing circles around her two opponents. Glynda Telekinetically pushed Ruby and rolled herself out of the explosion radius; looking up to see the hatch closed and the craft flied away.
" You are a huntress! Can I have your autograph ?" Ruby said with awe-stricken face
Mesa who was enjoying the show until now said with smile" Ruby, this is not the right time for an autograph"
Glynda looked at the two before her with knitted brows.
