Ryn stretched her arms and yawned sleepily. She blinked her eyes and looked around. Jetlag was such a pain but she learned to get used to it. She sat up and stared blankly at the wall. She ignored the ringing from her alarm apps.

"Ryn, wake up. It's morning. Breakfast is ready," Mika's chirpy voice happily broke the morning as she jumped onto the bed. She bounced and bounced like a little kid.

"Hmm...?" Ryn looked at her best friend blankly. She was still sleepy but her body automatically woke up once she heard the alarm.

"Wake up. Breakfast is ready. After this we're going to check the market," Mika said happily.

They arrived yesterday and instead of checking the place, they went straight to bed. Mika and Jason shared a room together. Jeremy wanted to share a room with Ryn but she unconsciously locked the door before he could go into the room.

Ryn covered her mouth to stifle another yawn. Her mind was still mushy and she barely able to understand what Mika just said.

Mika wrapped her arms around Ryn and started to move. "Wake up. Wake up. Wake up."

"Okay, I'm up. Stop shaking me," Ryn groaned as she freed herself from her best friend.

Mika grinned as she watched Ryn stretching her arms and neck and shoulders. She knew Ryn was still tired from her work and the flight.

"Let's go. Let's go," she said as she pulled Ryn out of the room. She could not wait to have breakfast and then go out to explore the place.

"Let me wash my face first," Ryn said with another yawn. She could barely open her eyes but her energetic best friend was hard to ignore. And she knew if she did not go down to have breakfast with Mika, Mika would keep pestering her and she would not get the rest she wanted.

"Well, hurry up then. I'll wait downstairs with the others," Mika said and skipped to the door.

Ryn rubbed her eyes and walked slowly to the bathroom. She wished she could return to sleep but she knew Mika would return to bug her if she still did not go downstairs to have breakfast together.

She changed into jeans and a shirt. Her damp hair, which she washed just to make her body feel fresher, was left to dry on its own.

When she reached the dining table, she found only Jeremy was there, reading a newspaper while Mika, her dearest best friend was nowhere in sight.

"Good morning, J," she greeted and took a seat facing him.

"Morning," ignoring the newspaper once he noticed her arrival, he stood up and went around the table to drop a kiss on top of her head, and then leaned down to kiss her soft lips.

"How's your sleep last night?" he asked as he took a seat beside her. He looked around and smiled in satisfaction when he could not see his little sister and her fiancé. It seemed like he could have breakfast together with Ryn.

"Like a baby," she replied.

"Good. But I'm not," he said, giving her a sad look.

Instead of asking him why like he was hoping, Ryn went to the buffet table and checked the food displayed. Despite the time she took to be prepared, the food was still warm with the help of the small cute tea candle underneath the dishes.

"Good variety," she said with a satisfied smile. The meats were not just one or two but four types. Her eyes sparkled as she took a plate and started to pile her choice. Heck, what choice? She took all varieties and double the portion than the usual portion people took. She ignored all the vegetables and chose a heaping slice of Spanish potato omelet. She also took two flatbreads with extra v.i.r.g.i.n oil. She ignored the crushed tomato.

"What's the plan for today?" Ryn asked as she returned to the table, sitting to face Jeremy. She poured a cup of coffee and sniffed at the fresh bitterly aroma. She took two cubes of sugar. She preferred Americano to café con leche which was popular here

"Mika wants to check the market. After that we'll take the boat to check the islands," Jeremy replied. He already arranged the boat while Jacob already arranged their journey to the market. He might as well check the place just in case they needed a permanent residence here. Knowing Ryn's job, traveling all around the world regularly, he would prefer her to stay in a proper house with proper help rather than staying in a hotel. He was still deciding on this mansion they rented for this trip.

Or maybe he should buy a hotel so it won't stay empty when they were not here.

"Ryn, you didn't tell me you've come down," Mika cried as she entered the dining room with Jason beside her.

"Morning," Ryn murmured between her chewing. She was too hungry to care about Mika's supposed hurt feeling.

Jason dropped a kiss on Mika's hand to make her feel better. He pulled a chair for her, cleverly choosing the chair beside Ryn. And then, he went to the varieties of food prepared by the cook. Knowing that his fiancée was still on her diet, he chose a healthy menu for her.

Luckily the cook prepared quite a range of food. He returned with a bowl of tomato soup and a slice of bread. He also brought a bowl of fruits.

Then, he went to the buffet table to choose his breakfast. Just like Ryn, he chose meat and bread but unlike Ryn, he also took some vegetables. He brought them to the table and smiled seeing Mika already started to enjoy her tomato soup.

"How's the soup?" he asked.

"It's okay," she replied. She took a small piece of the bread to dip into the tomato soup. She chewed it happily. She was excited about their day for today. She could not wait to go to the market. Although she was not as good a cook as Ryn, she enjoyed going to check the places. And of course, her preferred partner would be Ryn despite this best friend of hers was quiet.

Two opposite polar but best friends. And despite the quietness, Mika enjoyed Ryn's companionship. She enjoyed it so much more than with Jason actually. She did not say it out loud but Jason knew it. And Jason was not jealous at all because he knew their relationship was purely platonic.

"I'm full. I'll be ready in fifteen minutes," Mika said as she skipped out of the room after finishing her meal.

"Hasn't she already wore a dress?" Jeremy could not help from asking.

Ryn rolled her eyes and shook her head. She refused to answer. As the brother, Jeremy should understand Mika's behavior.

She continued finishing her meal quietly. She was too hungry to answer the stupid question.

Jason, on the other hand, just snorted and drank his coffee. He already finished his meal but still needed more caffeine.

Jeremy's brows knitted when he did not receive any answer. He looked at the both of them but realized none actually look at him. They were busy enjoying their meal.

"I'll walk with you," Jeremy said once he saw Ryn was done with her breakfast. He wanted to chat with her and maybe, coax her to share the room with him during this trip.

"It's okay. I only need to grab my cap and bag," Ryn replied.

Jeremy sighed. His shoulders slumped down. He did not force her and watched as she climbed up the stairs. Why did it feel like she was putting a wall again around her?

Ryn did not think much actually when she denied his request. She was actually thinking of grabbing her cap and bag quickly and going down. No such thing as putting a wall around her or anything.

It was in Jeremy's head that she was putting a space between them.

Ryn stopped when she saw right on top of her bed was a green dress and a woven hat. Her lips twitched. Mika. It was Mika. It must be her. Who else could put the dress on her bed? A dress which she knew she did not bring.

"Change into the dress, Ryn, so we can be twins," Mika suddenly came in and told her cheerfully. She already changed into another green dress, that so similar to the one she put on Ryn's bed. The only difference was the color of the flower at the hem of the dress. Hers was red while Mika's was pink.

And just like Mika said, they would be twins when Ryn wore the dress.

Mika helped with Ryn's hair and make-up. Well, she only managed to insist on the mascara and lipstick. Ryn refused to wear full make-up like Mika.  As they were in the Mediterranean Sea, she curled Ryn's hair loosely. Mika smiled happily as she styled Ryn's hair. She also placed the hat carefully so as not to ruin her hair.

"We're ready. Let's go," Mika announced.

Ryn looked at her backpack, and then at her dress. They were not suited at all. She sighed and decided to bring only her purse. Ah… did she have enough change if she needed to buy something in the market?

"Let's go," Mika said happily as she pulled Ryn to the door.
