The next morning…
Ryn was still half asleep when someone called her. She had no plan to answer actually but her body moved rather automatically and her hand reached for the phone left lying on the floor thoughtlessly.
"Hello…?"
"Good morning, love. Are you still sleeping?"
She pulled the phone and blinked her eyes at the display. Her eyes stared blankly at the name and then the time. She sighed and rolled herself on the bed as she put the phone back to her right ear.
"Hmm…"
"How's the recording last night?"
She closed her eyes and sighed. Her mind went back to what happened last night during the recording.
~ the studio ~
"And let's welcome our special guest for today, Catherine."
Ryn smiled at the camera as she said her hello. She also quickly thanked the studio for inviting her again. This time around, she tried not to show how nervous she was. She was not used to reality shows or anything like that. Even when she was with Mika recording Mika's YouTube channel, Mika did not ask her to reflect back on what she did or ask her questions that were so awkward to answer. Those paparazzi and reporters? She could just change the topic to something else whenever she did not want to answer any question. She could also ask Mei Li to block any sėnsɨtɨvė question before it was asked in front of everyone. Or if a paparazzo asked by blocking her way, she could just ignore him or say 'no comment'.
"So, first thing first, I think I as well as everyone else are wondering whether you have bought a car," one of the hosts asked after they clapped their hands to welcome her back.
"Erm… yes, I have bought a car and I use my own money," Ryn emphasized on it with a smile. She did not want others to start gossiping saying she was a gold digger and wanted Jeremy to pay for her living.
"Ah… so, which brand was it?" another male host asked. He remembered clearly the car showrooms that the Long brought Ryn to choose a car to celebrate her passing the driving licence.
"Cheaper than what you all expected," Ryn said with a grin. She knew what was on their mind. They were thinking of one of the brands the Long family wanted to buy for her. Unfortunately, she was not interested in any of them at all.
They tried to dig deeper but she just grinned, refused to open her mouth about it. Lastly, they turned their attention to her daily life recording. Ryn tried hard to remember what she did that day.
"Ryn, I really want to know. Can you eat other food than steaks? From what we have seen so far, you keep eating steaks and don't touch vegetables at all," a female host asked. She has model friends and knew how much they take care of their figure and even avoid eating food that clearly was their favourite just to ensure that their weight was within the acceptable range. Not to mention exercise. The amount of exercise was almost as much as a professional athlete!
"Steaks are my favourite. Anything with meat will do. However, I try my best to avoid vegetables," Ryn answered. It was no use to lie about this when everyone could see it clearly. Besides, in Mika's YouTube channel, her best friend's followers already knew about her preference. Those who follow her Instagram also knew her favourite was steaks. So why bother hiding it?
"The last time you demonstrate to us how to avoid eating vegetables without being obvious about it. So, what does his family say about it when they saw the episode?"
Ryn gulped. She scratched her nape sheepishly at that. She knew how disappointed the elders were when they saw the episode but she just could not force herself to eat those rabbit foods. They should respect her taste.

The day started with her sleeping on the couch. The hosts commented that the interior looked different and Ryn confessed it was her new house. The renovation was finally done and she moved into her real home just a few days before, hence there were some boxes left on the floor. They hid their chuckle desperately to see that she woke up, walking sleepily into the bedroom, only to fall asleep again.
Another episode of laughter came again when she went to the gym but instead of exercising, she sat on the floor and checked the media social.
"You… don't like exercise?" one of the hosts asked.
"Does anyone crazy about it? You?" Ryn asked back without batting an eye. She knew some of her model friends who were crazy about exercising but she must play dumb. She must not show off her laziness in front of the public. She still has a little bit of reputation to maintain.
The hosts gave sheepish laughs. They all hated exercise too and only did that in order to avoid gaining too much weight.
They continued watching until the driver arrived.
"Orphanage?" all of them asked at the same time.
"As you all know, I am one of the directors for Bright Smile Foundation as well as the spokesperson for the foundation. I guess in a way, I am showing you what the orphanage is all about and of course, to show the progress of the building and renovating of the buildings. I, on behalf of the Long Corporation and the Full Moon Corporation, would like to thank everyone who has kindly donated money especially for the renovation of the building."
The hosts watched as Ryn stood up and bowed at the camera. This was the first time they witnessed the guest thanking everyone without being prompted by them. They looked at each other before all of them stood up and bowed too.
Ryn smiled gratefully as she sat back on her chair. She smiled while watching the camera showed her walking into the building. It did not show much on the building but at least it caught some of the renovations that they have done to improve the living of the children.
"He… is quite… different…" one of the hosts commented when they saw how serious he was.
"When teaching, he can be quite… serious. He is a perfectionist so he can't help it," Ryn shrugged. His fans should see this side of him too. She could not cover it for him when he did not even care about the camera.
"We knew you two have known each other since young. Jeremy said that many times before. But, what we would like to know is… have you two been romantically together before… you know…?"
"We want to hear it from your own mouth," another host chirped in. They did not manage to ask the question with Mika around. It seemed like when Mika was around, Ryn reverted to her quiet self and just let her best friend answer the questions. They noticed it clearly during the previous recording hence when they realized that Ryn was alone this time, they wanted to hear from her mouth directly.
"Do I have to answer this?" Ryn asked sheepishly. She knew Jeremy would answer hurriedly to declare their relationship to everyone who would listen but she was a bit reluctant, actually. She wished they
