On the surface, while Tucker acted cordially with Presley, but deep down, he had a strong feeling of distrust toward the president of the Order, especially when it came to this new student of his.

For the high and might President Presley, who had always treated everyone equally, he seemed to treat Juin a lot better than the others. Tucker even heard of how Presley went to recruit Juin personally, and how he agreed to Juin's demand.

Everything pointed to him that President Presley wanted something from Juin, and not just because the teenager was a talented person. The only that he had yet to figure out was what.

Tucker had a feeling that it had something to do with the recent events. In fact, he wasn't the only one who felt the same way. Even though President Presley tried to keep things under, some information still managed to leak out, such as how he had been tirelessly sending some of the lower-ranking members to certain places within the countries ever since the weird, dark aura that emerged out of nowhere roughly three years ago.

The only reason why no one pointed him out and asked him directly about it was that a lot of people within the Order, especially the high-ranking members, were doing the same thing. Everyone was curious about the aura, but up until now, no one knew who exuded it, or if the person or creature was still on Earth.

Up until a few weeks back, there were rumors that were spreading, that the same, exact aura was back. And it was around that time that Juin's name started to spread among the members of the Order… Hence, it was hard for Tucker to treat it dismissively.

Seeing how his teacher seemed to be stuck in his own thoughts, Juin hesitated for a moment before asking, "Are you alright?"

Tucker blinked, and after a few seconds, he nodded. "It's for your own good. Once you have depended on someone, you will want to continue to depend on them. Once, twice, thrice… Where will it end? We will train you guys so that you can merge with your demon longer, but you should only merge with him at the most critical point."

Juin nodded.

"Alright, now that we have enough, and it's…" Tucker took out his phone and looked at the clock before saying, "8.15 p.m… Go get your dinner, and tonight, train in your Soul Dimension for a couple of hours. Practice the spells that I taught you today, but don't forget to get some proper sleep as well."

In addition to endurance training, Tucker also taught Juin the spell for splitting his weapon, as well as another spell that could boost Phoenix Arrow's strength.

"We will practice with weapons tomorrow," Tucker added. He then looked at Cyrus for a few seconds before saying to Juin, "Weapons training in the afternoon, and after that, two hours of teamwork training with Cyrus, and then with the demon in you."

Juin nodded, completely putting himself in Tucker's mercy if that could mean a faster growth.

When he was about to leave the room, Tucker suddenly called out, "Juin."

Turning around, Juin said while rubbing his sore shoulders, "Yeah?"

"Never talk about your training with other people, not even…" Tucker wanted to say Presley, but he decided not to. He might be wrong about this, so he did not want to defame the prestigious and proud president. "Anyway, I'm only telling you this since you're new, but students are not allowed to discuss their training materials with others who are not studying under the same teacher. The spells that I taught you are proprietary, do you understand me?"

Juin stared at him for a few seconds before nodding. "Got it."

"I got it too!" Cyrus said with a stern expression, which looked funny on him because of his child-like appearance.

"Alright," Tucker said, sitting down on one of the chairs, "You may get lost now."

Juin and Cyrus glanced at each other before turning around and leaving the room.

Once they left, Tucker's dragon came out from the pendant and rested on his shoulders again.

"Nagi, what do you think of my new student?"

The dragon snorted.

Surprised, Tucker glanced at his dragon and asked, "You don't think he's good enough?"

The dragon shook its head and yawned.

"Let's have a bet then… Luca has been training hard lately, and his damn teacher kept bragging and said that he would be the leader of the first Battle team. I'll bet that my student will win against Luca… If I win, I get to ride you for one whole month, and you can't throw me down like before no matter what."

The dragon raised a brow and snorted. It then put out its paw and slapped Tucker's palm.

"Great… Time to devise more hellish training for him…" Tucker mumbled before taking a notebook out and started scribbling on it.

After dinner, which Juin scarved down madly due to his intense hungry, he went back to his room and took a quick bath.

After checking on Cyrus, who had fallen asleep with his towel on, in his bedroom, he went back to his own bedroom and soon fell asleep before reappearing in his Soul Dimension in his soul form.

"Are you creating a new spell?" Juin asked curiously as he watched Lucifer draw the diagram.

"Yeah…" Lucifer mumbled. "But I need to tweak it slightly."

Looking at the diagram that he had just drawn, which was floating and glowing in red in midair, Lucifer had an impressed expression on his face. "He's indeed a genius. To think that he could easily create a spell that would go well with your Phoenix Arrow."

"Is it hard to create spells?" Juin asked nonchalantly as he looked at Lucifer's spell diagram.

"What do you think?" Lucifer asked in a sarcastic tone and rolled his eyes. "If anyone can do it, we would have all sorts of spells…"

He walked around the floating diagram and said, "A wrong diagram can cause horrible backlash, and each spell requires numerous testing before they can be used… And that teacher of yours managed to create a spell for you without even seeing your base spell for Phoenix Arrow, in such a short time too. He's not a simple man..."

"Hmm…" Juin nodded. "What about this one that you are drawing?"

"I realized that I can tweak his spell and add another layer with it, to make Phonix Arrow stronger."

Juin's eyes lit up at the mention of a stronger spell.

"Don't be too happy yet," Lucifer rolled his eyes and said, "I need to test it out. And once it's created, the soul power and energy that you'd need to cast this spell would be three times what you used earlier. And it would be harder to draw out as well. So you better practice more, starting from what he taught you earlier."

"Mm!" Juin smiled, and he quickly ran to one side in the Soul Dimension to continue training.

The next morning, when the servant came to wake him up for class, Juin realized that he could not move at all.

"Erm…" He could feel his limbs, but there were no energy in them. "I think… I overexercised…"

"I forgot how bad your physical conditions were…" Lucifer sighed as he shook his head. Since he was busy tweaking with the new spell for Phoenix Arrow 3.0, he did not pay attention to Juin the whole night, resulting in Juin overtraining and expending all his soul power reserve.

Hearing no response after knocking for a minute, the servant tried to open the door, only to realize that it was locked. "Sir…? Are you alright?"

"I can't move…" Juin yelled at the door. "Can you call Mr. Spencer?"

15 minutes later, Mr. Spencer and Cyrus were in his room.

"You're exhausted… Both physically and mentally," Mr. Spencer said after taking a look at Juin's conditions. "Did you spend the entire night training in your Soul Dimension?"

"I… might have…" Juin admitted with a guilt.

Mr. Spencer sighed and explained, "Your body is not used to such level of training yet. I don't know how Mr. Tucker conducts his classes, but for someone who is so strict to himself, I doubt he would give you an easy lesson. Didn't he warn you to get some rest?"

"He did," Juin said. "But I was too excited and didn't realize it."

"It's alright…" Mr. Spencer said. After a bit of hesitation, he added, "President Presley asked me to give you the Soul Rejuvenation Pills that he promised you. Once you take one of them, it should be enough for you to replenish part of your soul power reserve. We have about 50 at the mansion, and President Presley said he would give you the rest once he's back…"

Juin nodded.

Mr. Spencer went out and soon came back with a small bag. He then took a small golden pill out of the bag and fed it to Juin.

"This… is sweet..." Juin thought that the pill would be bitter, but it was surprisingly sweet… And the sweetness seemed to give him energy. He felt refreshed not long after he took the pill. Unlike earlier, where he felt completely exhausted, even though his body was still incapable of movement, he no longer felt as tired.

His mind was more alert now.

"As for your physical body, I think you'd be fine after a couple hours of rest," Mr. Spencer said, leaving the bag next to Juin. "I'll apply leave for you today, but don't make this a habit. Education is still important even though you are now in the supernatural world."

Juin nodded with a guilty expression. "I know…"
