"Princess Cecile?" Juin looked at her with a surprised expression, wondering why she would appear at the commoner seating area. "What are you doing here?"

Princess Cecile smiled at him with the same kind smile that he saw before. "I just came to say good luck… Renaud said that Luca's a strong contender, but I believe that you will win."

Juin blushed slightly as he scratched the back of his head uncertainly. "Well, I'm glad to hear that at least one person genuinely believes in me. I'm sure my teacher," he glanced at Tucker briefly before saying, "doesn't even believe in me."

Tucker merely avoided his glance and took Cyrus away from them.

The princess chuckled and waved a hand to dismiss the two guards standing behind her. After they took a few steps backward, she said to Juin, "I'm sure your teacher believes in you even if he doesn't say it out loud."

Juin shrugged. He signaled for her to sit down, and once they were seated down, he asked, "How are you feeling now, Princess Cecile? Have you fully recovered from your previous fight with Princess Iris?"

Princess Cecile nodded. "Yeah, I wasn't really injured, so a good rest was all that I needed."

"I see…" Juin thought for a moment before asking, "Is there anything else that you want to talk to me about?"

Hearing his question, Princess Cecile smiled and said, "I just want to say that I look forward to your fight…"

She then chuckled and looked at him wryly. "Actually…" She looked away for a few seconds before looking back at him with a somewhat uncertain gaze. "I overheard some of your fellow members earlier… Apparently, you are possessed by a demon?"

Juin blinked, and after a split second of hesitation, he nodded once. "Yeah…"

"I've heard of demon possession before, but this is the first time I met someone who is actually possessed. Is it painful?"

Juin thought about it before shaking his head. "Not really. It's just a little weird, having another soul in my body with whom I can talk to."

Princess Cecile smiled. "I'm sure that can be a bit noisy…"

Juin suddenly thought of something and said, "But at least the demon in me is not that bad… He taught me a lot of things…"

He then thought to himself, "Hopefully this a*s-l.i.c.k.i.n.g would put me in His Majesty's good shoes and that he would teach me more stuff."

"If you don't mind me asking…" Princess Cecile's beautiful blue eyes suddenly looked as if they were filled with hope as she looked at him expectantly and said, "Does… Does your demon know anything about resurrection of the death?"

Juin's eyes went wide open, clearly taken aback by her question. "I… I'm not sure… But Princess Cecile, why are you asking this?"

Princess Cecile opened her mouth but quickly closed it again, as if she found it hard to say what was on her mind. After a few seconds, she shrugged and said, "I'm just curious…"

Lucifer heard her question, but he did not know how to answer her. Sure, there were indeed demons who were capable of resurrecting the death, but this power wasn't without cons. To achieve such strength, one either had to be born with it or through a dark weapon. And even so, sacrifices would still be necessary, and when it came to playing gods, the sacrifices would rarely be a fair one.

"Erm…" Juin looked at Princess Cecile, seemingly conflicted.

He was saved from thinking up a lie when Lucifer said, "I don't know anything about it, you can tell her that… And tell her that resurrection of the death is never a good thing."

Juin nodded, and he repeated Lucifer's words to Princess Cecile before adding on, "I know that you are hurt, Princess Cecile… But I hope that you know what you are doing…"

Still with her smile, Princess Cecile asked innocently, "What do you mean?"

"There are many people out there, dead or alive, who hope that you can continue to live on happily instead of dwelling too much in the past…" Juin replied with a serious expression. "I really hope that you can stop whatever you are planning…"

Within the time of a split second, the "water-air" around them had a slight ripple, and Juin felt something sharp and cold pressed against his throat lightly.

"What do you know…?" Princess Cecile asked in a whisper and a tight smile.

"Nothing…" Juin said, completely unafraid of her. This woman was planning something big that was supposed to be carried out in a few days, so there was no way she would cause a commotion and direct the attention to herself now. "This is just a piece of advice that I'm telling you on behalf of someone…"

"Who?" she asked through gritted teeth. Everyone she loved was gone… A familiar man's face flashed through her eyes, but she quickly dismissed the possibility that he might know anything about it.

"It's someone who loves you very much…" Juin admitted in a soft voice. "That's all I can tell you."

Princess Cecile dropped her smile, and her eyes narrowed suspiciously at Juin. She then recalled the person who was lying near the room she used when she was at the brothel. At that time, she was being dragged away by Renaud, so she did not think much about it…

"Could it be him…?" she thought to herself as she glared at Juin, but she quickly denied the thought. "Even if it was him, there was no way he could have heard me from the outside…"

Her hand moved slightly, and in a split second, Juin felt the cold pressure on his neck disappear.

"Whatever you think you know, you know nothing, Juin," Princess Cecile said with a blank expression. She stood up and looked down at him. "I wish you good luck with your next battle, but I'd advise you not to interfere with our business."

She then walked away with her guards following behind her while Juin shook his head with a sigh. "She's going ahead with it, huh?"

"Looks like it…" Lucifer's voice appeared in his mind.

Juin felt something crawling on his hand, and he was about to slap it when he looked down. "Oh, what's this…"
