"Sh*t!" Lucifer cursed from within Juin's Soul Dimension. The other part of Juin's soul took over so suddenly that he was pushed out of Juin's consciousness.

It was so sudden that he did not feel anything. One moment, he was about to pull the sword out of his own Dimensional Pouch when he felt a cold, strange sensation, and the next thing he knew, he was thrown back into Juin's Soul Dimension.

"Juin!" Lucifer quickly looked around, but the real Juin was nowhere to be seen. And the only other person there was the shackled "Juin", who was now staring at him with one eye opened. "You!"

The Juin with the red eye narrowed his eye slightly, as if he was trying to take a good look at the person who suddenly appeared in front of him. His lips twitched mockingly as he looked at the intruder.

"Mine… Mine… Mine…" the shackled Juin mumbled as he stared directly at Lucifer. His left hand, the one which had broken out of the shackle, was raised toward Lucifer.

At the same time, Lucifer felt his own left hand tremble, and a bright, red glow appeared on his left hand. He quickly clasped all his fingers together and yelled, "That's not yours!"

He knew that "Juin", or rather, Hades, felt an attraction from the Sword of the Daemon King. After all, Hades was related to Lucifer, and both their souls were related to the creator of the Sword of the Daemon King, who, incidentally, was an ancestor of theirs.

"You…" the shackled Juin mumbled in a tired voice as he dropped his hand. "Mine…"

And he looked up at the white unending ceiling, as if he could see something that Lucifer could not.

In another dimension, where everything was completely covered in a blanket of darkness...

The real Juin had woken up, and he was confused as to his real state of being.

"Am I… real?" he thought to himself as he looked down at his hand, which he could not see at all. He could feel everything, and when he patted himself on the arms, he felt the sensation of his own touch. "Ouch!" he g.r.o.a.n.e.d when he felt the pain from pinching himself.

"That hurts! I have to be real… right?" he thought to himself as he rubbed his arms. Looking around, he could not see anything at all. It was as if he had appeared in space. "What happened earlier… I remember Lucifer being hit by that Wind God…"

He looked down and saw that his shoes had some blood spots on them. "I probably stained it earlier with my own blood… But… Why does everything look so red?"

Realizing something, he finally looked up, and that was when he saw a bright-red slit in midair.

The slit then parted ways and turned into a huge eye.

"Argh!" Juin yelled and quickly turned around before running off like a madman, stumbling a few times and nearly fell flat on his face. Luckily, his reflex was a lot better now, and he managed to right himself quickly.

Yet, no matter how far he ran or which was he was headed to, the bright-red eye would appear in front of him quickly, almost like it was present everywhere instead of just one fixed spot.

Juin did not know how long he ran, or how far, but it felt like ages to him. His legs felt like jelly, and he was sweating so profusely that he feared he might die from exhaustion before the creepy eye killed him.

In the end, Juin stopped running and held onto his knees as he took deep breaths. His lungs felt as if they almost burst out of their cavities as he struggled to breath properly.

A bright red light suddenly shone down at him again.

Looking up, Juin sighed. No longer had the energy to run, he then looked at the eye, which appeared in midair right in front of him, and asked in between breathes, "What… do you… want?"

The eye stared at him and blinked a couple of times. Suddenly, Juin heard sounds coming from around him.

He could hear the sound of a baby crying, and it was not a wonderful sound as the baby seemed to be in a lot of pain. He could also hear a mixture of multiple explosions that threatened to burst his eardrums, of metals hitting against metals, of the heavy rain that seemed as if they were about to drown the entire world, and of the voices of multiple men… and a woman.

"Waa!!! Waaa!!!" an unknown baby's crying burst out of nowhere, causing great discomfort to Juin, whose body tensed up immediately.

"Stop it! He's just a baby! We can change his fate, I know we can!" a woman's crying voice reverberated in the space around Juin.

"Her voice…" Juin frowned. "Who is she… Why..."

He grabbed his c.h.e.s.t as he mumbled, "Why do I feel so much pain…"

"How can one's fate be changed just like that?!" a deep voice suddenly came from behind him, but when Juin turned back, there was no one there; just absolute cold and darkness.

This man's voice sounded authoritative, and for some reason, sad. Juin could have sworn that he heard a sob in the voice.

But before he could think more, another man's voice came from another direction. "As per the king's order, the baby could not be allowed to leave here alive! Make sure no one interrupts the sacrificial ceremony!"

"Stop Thadeus!" someone else shouted, followed by multiple explosions.

"I'll do it… I'll take the child and protect him…" said a different man.

The last man's voice caused Juin to stiffen. He had heard that voice before… He knew he had. But who…

He looked at the red eye and yelled angrily, "What the hell was all that? What are you trying to show me? Who are they?! Stop it!"

The red eye in midair blinked, and in a split second, it turned into a comet before shooting toward Juin.

"Sh*t!" Juin gasped and quickly jumped back.

The comet hit where he stood half a second earlier, before turning into a human silhouette with no facial features.
