Back inside the arena, Juin was standing next to Cyrus, and they were standing on one side of the battle stage while the Crown Prince was standing on their opposite end. Wolfe was late, whereas Luca was talking to his teacher at the enclosed sitting arena right behind them and under the open seats.

"Cyrus, you understand what I told you before? Remember, there must be no mistake…" Juin said after activating a Silence barrier.

Cyrus smirked and gave him a thumbs up. "No worries."

"If you meet… No, if you sense even a hint of danger, just save yourself first," Juin said with a stern expression.

He had no choice but to task Cyrus with the job of protecting Cecile. Should Cecile's prediction become true, Cyrus would act according to Juin's instructions. Juin would like to talk to someone about it, but the only person he could talk to had chosen to ignore him and start a silent war.

No matter how Juin begged, Lucifer just ignored him completely, so Juin had no choice but to handle this on his own.

And Juin did.

The last few days, following Cecile's incarceration, the atmosphere around the palace had turned slightly… odd. When Juin and Cyrus walked around, they sometimes overheard people talking about Cecile's case, and there were two opposing views. Some believed that she was framed, while others believed she was guilty.

But no matter what, they all believed that the king would do the right thing.

However, Juin also noticed that there were more people in the streets now. More than what he had seen before. When he brought this up with Mr. Tucker, the man's explanation was that, because of the friendly spar starring Crown Prince Renaud, the king had relaxed the visiting rules and allowed more foreign visitors and traders to come into the city so that they could also be awed by Crown Prince Renaud's prowess in battle.

Mr. Tucker believed that it was also a way for the king to show to people from the other countries that the royal family and heirs to Terre D'eau weren't some weaklings that they could mess around with.

But Juin felt that it was not the case. The king was mad that Princess Cecile had given the kingdom's defense information to their strongest enemy, yet instead of tightening security and fixing all the flaws, he chose to open up the city for potential infiltration? Juin felt that the king was up to something.

"Perhaps not an execution…" he thought with a frown as he looked toward the direction of the king, who had arrived a moment ago and was talking to his son. He had a bad feeling about this, and he hoped that he was wrong.

Juin shook his head and then looked up at the open seating area. In an inconspicuous corner, where a somewhat invisible dome had been formed around two person, Juin could not help but think, "That's Caelian and his… guardian?"

There was a stern-looking middle-aged man dressed in black, who was standing behind Caelian, who was dressed in black clothes. On the young teen's shirt was a red emblem with two golden wings on them, which Juin recently found out was the emblem of his family and one that represented his status as the direct descendant of the first Elysium.

"Is he alright now?" Juin thought as he looked at the dark-skinned teen who had a blank expression on his face. He hadn't had an opportunity to talk to the young Elysium ever since he woke up because Tucker told him that Caelian was meditating; something about Caelian Elysium's soul had taken a beating during his fight with Saville, which explained why he did not appear for his following battle.

"Oh, Caelian!" Cyrus suddenly called out and waved wildly at him, and when Caelian saw him, he nodded back, but in a more restrained and elegant manner.

"Since when are you so close to him?" Juin asked after seeing those two.

Cyrus shrugged. "Only recently," he added. "I was bored since you were busy getting used to your body and preparing for this, so…"

He looked around before lowering his voice. "I have been sneaking around to other people's rooms, and one of them was his. He's a pretty nice guy to hang out with, even though he has an odd smell."

"Different?" Juin asked. He wasn't surprised that Caelian had a unique smell, given the fact that he was a supernatural being with a supernatural bloodline. However, he could not help but raise a brow and ask curiously, "And why do you always smell people?"

"I'm a beast, after all," Cyrus said as he rolled his eyes at Juin. "Anyway, Caelian is pretty cool…"

Cyrus didn't tell Juin that at that time, he was avoiding Presley, who had noticed him lurking around in the middle of the night and tried to talk to him, and thus entered a random room. Luckily, Caelian's guardian was away, so those two had a bit of a talk.

"He's bored…" Cyrus said as he stretched out; his little tummy bulging out of his shirt slightly. He had been putting on some weight lately from being fed by many of the Atlantean female royal chefs who thought of him as adorable and charming, despite Juin and Tucker telling them not to feed Cyrus too much.

Suddenly, Cyrus' eyes lit up as he asked, "Can I--"

"No!" Juin warned with a knock on Cyrus' head. "We are not playing a game. This is serious matter! And we don't know who Caelian is loyal to!"

It was clear to Juin that Cyrus had taken a serious liking to the young teenage boy, but there was no way he would risk ruining Cecile's plan by bringing in another person of unknown loyalty and characters.

Cyrus sighed and appeared defeated. "Fine…"

His nose twitched, and he looked around. "Wolfe is here!"

Juin looked at where Cyrus was looking at, and he waved at Wolfe, who then came running to them.

"Hey, Wolfe…"

"Hey…" Wolfe yawned. "Damn, why do we need to fight the crown prince? I just want to chill!"

Juin laughed. "I thought that you wouldn't come at all."

"I didn't want to, but your teacher found me and threatened to burn my tail off…" Wolfe showed Juin a sad expression. "I think that I'm strong, but as a furry shapeshifter, fire is something that we don't really like…"

"So that's when Tucker went…" Juin chuckled. "I thought he was joking when he left earlier, saying that he wanted to catch a lazy dog… Where's Tucker now?"

"He went to talk to Presley, probably to tell him that we are all here and that we can begin…" Wolfe yawned again. "Can I forfeit again?"

Juin laughed. "Come on, Wolfe! Not this time. We are not fighting among ourselves, we are fighting for the sake of the Earth human race! This is a matter of face!"

"You know I'm a werewolf, right? It's not like I belong to Earth in the first place."

"Still, you were born and raised there. Do you really want to lose to someone from Atlantis without even fighting?"

Wolfe looked at Crown Prince Renaud, who was in his battle suit. Basically, a pair of pants. "Well, I guess while it's fine losing to Earthlings, losing to these Atlantean royals are more pain of an a*s. Fine! I'll fight! But…"

He glanced back at Luca and lowered his tone. "Are you sure YOU will be safe from him?"
