Juin glanced back briefly before whispering, "Yeah, about that… I don't think he will do anything dishonorable, but I might need your help, if Luca decides to stab me in the back."

"He's the type that would stab you in the front," Wolfe said with a smirk before nodding. "But I'll make sure he doesn't go overboard."

In less than 10 minutes, all the participants were ushered up the stage while the spectators quickly filled up the seats and quieted down. When all four of them were standing on the stage, with three facing one, the Head Judge made his way up the stage and stood in between them.

The stage, which was previously destroyed by Juin and Luca, had been fully renovated and looked even better than before, with schools of little golden fish carved on the side of the stage. The kingdom's emblem, which was of a heavily bearded man wearing a crown and raising a trident and with waves behind him, could be seen carved into the surface of the stage.

"Welcome, everyone!" the Head Judge said excitedly. Using a water skill that raised him up into midair, he looked at everyone at the high spectator seats at eye level. "Welcome to this once in a lifetime opportunity to watch our precious Crown Prince Renaud battle in person! I'm sure everyone here has heard of our dearest Crown Prince's prowess in the battlefield!"

"WOOOOOHOOOT!!!" the crowd roared as they cheered for their Crown Prince.

The Head Judge waited for the sound to die down a little before saying loudly, "And for our foreign visitors, I know some of you have travelled for days just to watch our Crown Prince in battle. On behalf of everyone in Terre D'eau, I would like to apologize for the hastiness of this. As you may have known by now, due to some unforeseen circ.u.mstances, we are unable to plan this earlier."

At this, Juin could feel hundreds of eyes on him. He would have taken a step back instinctively if not for Wolfe, who put a hand on his shoulder to reassure him. Cyrus had left the battle stage area completely. After telling Tucker that he wanted to watch from a higher point, the little beast went to the spectator seating area and sat near the entrance.

"... Without further ado…" After talking for about 10 minutes, the Head Judge roared, "Let the fight began!"

While the crowd cheered wildly, the Head Judge looked at the participants and said, "As mentioned before, this is just a friendly sparring competition. But should you be so unlucky…"

He then looked at the three Earth humans with a smirk and said, "And died here on the battle stage, then please know that it's an accident…"

"This guy…" Wolfe murmured as he growled softly; his fingers stiffened as if he were about to attack.

"I've never thought that I would one day say this, but I really want to punch his face in…" Juin murmured as he looked up at the guy with a frown while cracking his fists.

"Maybe I can quarter him with my Wind Blades…" Luca murmured as he glared at the Head Judge.

For once, all three of them agreed on something: The Head Judge deserves a thorough beating!

The Head Judge felt three pair of sharp murderous eyes on him, and he quickly looked away before moving toward the judge seating area, where he would be safe because of the protective ward. The Head Judge then signaled the guards to activate all the wards that had been placed around the stage, as well as the protective dome separating the spectators from the participants.

Crowd Prince Renaud smiled apologetically as he looked at the three. "I'm sorry, but the citizens in Terre D'eau can be a little… overly protective of the royal family."

"Maybe they should…" Luca sneered.

Instead of feeling insulted, the Crown Prince laughed gently and nodded. "Luca, I remember you clearly… Uncle used to say how you would one day achieve greatness, just like President Presley. And truth be told, I have always been waiting for the day to come, where we can fight as equal."

"Guess that day is today!" Luca sneered and rushed forward, with two grey diagrams appearing on his palms. He received a boost from the wind power that he generated beneath his shoes, increasing his speed tenfold.

"He's moving!" some of the spectators yelled.

Juin and Wolfe glanced at each other before nodding, and they both rushed forward to give Luca a boost as well. Wolfe's claws were fully out, and his eyes had turned red. Other than not turning into the werewolf that everyone expected of him, he still looked dangerous as he dashed past Juin.

"Water tornadoes?! Isn't he a wind user?" a spectator asked in excitement.

"You idiot! That's wind! That's not water! He's using his wind power to move the water!" said another spectator who was more well-versed in reading the spells.

...

The Crown Prince did not feel threatened at all as the two tornadoes moved toward him, threatening to cut him into pieces.

"Water…" The Crown Prince murmured, "... Dispersion."

His markings glowed brightly in red the moment he said that.

The two tornadoes that were mere inches away from him broke down suddenly, as if they hit two invisible walls. The impact created from the high speed tornadoes created a loud booming noise, breaking the two tornadoes down.

Seeing that his spell had been counter-attacked, Luca immediately called up a shield to protect him from the falling tonnes of water, which would undoubtedly hurt should he be hit by that. Even within his shield bubble, Luca was pressed down deep into the stage, creating the first crack on the otherwise new stage!

Sadly, Juin did not have even time to move far enough as his steps were made unstable by the heavy waves caused by the movement of the tonnes of water, and he nearly fell. By the time he righted himself, the bodies of water, which had now formed into one huge body, was right above him.

"Sh*t!"

That was Juin's last word before he was completely swallowed by the water.
