Qin Fangchuan asked doubtfully: “Jieyang Martial Arts?”
Zi Xiao explained: “Cheng Mo once said one flaw of the Jieyang Martial Arts was called a blood pact. At the time, he did not know he had already been infected with the Lustful Heart Gu.”
Shu Changhua asked Qin Fangchuan: “No matter where the Gu came from, wouldn’t the Lustful Heart Gu’s mother be the Gu King?”
Qin Fangchuan returned another question to him: “Senior brother, if you have the ability, why not kill the Gu King now?”

Qin Fangchuan whirled around with a gloomy expression: “Make me wish I were dead? I have already suffered enough in this life. Why not give it a try if you have any skill? Let’s compete and see who can tolerate the suffering longer, him or me, or maybe we would both perish!”
Zi Xiao interrupted calmly: “Don’t waste time on this nonsense, how should we save Cheng Mo? You only have to think about that.”
Qin Fangchuan spat out: “White jade glazed bead.”

When he heard that he needed several people’s essence to nourish the Gu, his body trembled involuntarily. Zi Xiao’s palm gently landed on Cheng Mo’s shoulder and he murmured: “You don’t have to mind it too much.”
Cheng Mo whined softly: “Zi Xiao…”\
Zi Xiao asked: “Do you know how you were poisoned with the Gu?”
Cheng Mo paused for a moment while he tried to recall any suspicious events before shaking his head. Zi Xiao asked again: “Does your Master know?”
Cheng Mo was surprised by his question. He raised his head and looked at Qin Fangchuan: “Maybe we can look for my Master.”
“Master Qingsong?” Shu Changhua questioned. Cheng Mo nodded. Qin Fangchuan’s face paled slightly. Hui Ji scoffed: “What? Are you afraid of meeting Master Qingsong? If he finds out that you harmed his apprentice to this extent, I’m afraid that he wouldn’t let you off easily right?”
Qin Fangchuan looked at Hui Ji and rebutted: “I think the one who should be afraid is Master Hui Ji right? I don’t know who was captured by Master Qingsong that year and was imprisoned in the Shaolin Temple for ten years. If that person is captured by Master Qingsong again, I think he might be locked up for the rest of his life.”
Zi Xiao cut in: “Enough nonsense. We will go look for Master Qingsong.”
Qin Fangchuan continued to insist: “White jade glazed bead.”
Hui Ji turned back and walked to Cheng Mo. He crouched down and pressed a kiss to Cheng Mo’s ear, saying: “I will go retrieve the white jade glazed bead. Follow them first, I will find you later.”
Cheng Mo grabbed Hui Ji’s arm: “How could it be that easy? Jiang Wanrou regards the white jade glazed bead as a treasure, I’m afraid she won’t let you take it that easily.”
Hui Ji chuckled: “How could I not get what I want? You don’t have to worry, Gege will come back to nourish the Gu for you.”
The roots of Cheng Mo’s ears turned red. Hui Ji stood up and his gaze fell on the other three men. Finally, he said to Zi Xiao and Shu Changhua: “Take care of Cheng Mo.”
He jumped into the air and his figure disappeared amongst the trees. Even though they wanted to find Master Qingsong, they couldn’t just leave. Cheng Mo wanted to return to the Jiang family’s estate to bid farewell to Miss Jiang and he wanted to say goodbye to Xue Tinghua, Yu Xiaoshan and Ling Xiaolu. Shu Changhua disapproved of Cheng Mo going to see Jiang Wanrou. He said sternly: “She is convinced that you have a relationship with Hui Ji, how could she let you go just because you said that you want to leave? That would cause more trouble.”
Cheng Mo knew that what he said was reasonable, and so he did not press further. Shu Changhua was still wearing Yue Chaosong’s human skin mask. He had originally intended to return to the Jiang family’s estate. Cheng Mo wanted to let Xue Tinghua, Yu Xiaoshan and Ling Xiaolu know that he was safe, and he agreed to do it. The two children following Qin Fangchuan were still at the Jiang family’s estate, so he and Shu Changhua returned to pack their bags. Only Cheng Mo and Zi Xiao were left. The two of them didn’t bring much when they arrived, they only had two sets of clothing, which they did not mind leaving behind. Since it was not convenient for Cheng Mo to show up at the Jiang family’s estate, they agreed to meet Shu Changhua and Qin Fangchuan at a place outside the city before setting off together.
