Cheng Mo quickly returned his greetings, saying: “No, it is us who were presumptuous and visited you on short notice. We have disturbed you.”

He could hear a soft noise of someone breathing in the corner, accompanied by the familiar scent of herbs. Cheng Mo asked aloud: “Mr Qin?”
