"That makes two." Gawain said after snipping down a [Chaos Wyvern Rider] down.

It didn't take much effort as their presence was concealed and, with Gawain's natural primary archer class of [Sniper], he was able to make precision leveled shots especially because his enemies never suspect any attack coming.

"Good job." Gerard, one of the defenders said, able to see the take down using the tactical binoculars provided for by none other than Zeke.

"Yeah, we're not getting much action though. I mean, getting some flying targets from time to time is good and all but none of my training is getting displayed because of this." He said, sniping down the soldiers who witnessed what just occurred.

Gerard gave him a thumbs up before teleporting to another location. This time there is an envoy ship with defenders present but, this didn't matter. Gawain simply set up his large bow and charged one bullet. He didn't make it as strong as the one used during their fight on top of the base because, it would draw too much attention.

He released the arrow and, a spiraling wind came together with it. This inevitably destroyed the ship and, as all the soldiers got submerged in the water, Gawain quickly snipped them down, releasing five arrows at the same time.

"They're making me regret getting the snipper class." Gawain said.

"Ahh quit complaining. This is the least we can do for the group. Plus, we actually get more rest than the others so you should be thankful." Gerard answered, giving Gawain a thumbs up meaning, the archer was able to take down all the targets.

The mission already started. In fact, as soon as the sun rose, they began conducting the operation without needing much motivation nor pep talk. They were all equally fired up, dispersing into groups for the mission.

Unlike the previous plan, it was only Gawain and Gerard who were deployed for the snipping mission. This was because, Gawain alone was already enough for the task which gladdened Zeke because, he was able to disperse the elites into smaller units that went to various fortresses.

Yes, they didn't stay together as a huge bulk. There were five groups in total. Each aiming for a crystal in order to finally finish the mission. Heron and Morpheus were, of course, on standby – ready to be deployed in case the situation gets too dangerous for the elites. But among the groups, it was only Quinn who was deployed all on his own, attacking a single fortress just like Zeke does.

"Why are we having such a hard time? It's just one kid?" The commanding officer said, making the group of ballistics all fire at Quinn.

The human simply danced through the attacks. Not the literal kind of course but, with how graceful and elegant he executed this, it might as well be called a such. The arrows couldn't even do so much as graze him.

"We're trying sir. He's just too fast for us." Was the answer of one soldier, frantic and nervous because of their inability to hit the target who seemed to be enjoying himself.

Quinn waited for the next volley of arrows to begin. As soon as this happened, he jumped up the air; so high that it almost seemed like he disappeared. He followed this by a single swing of his weapon which was coated in mana. This created spearhead like objects, twenty of them in total which shot at the ballistics of the enemies.

"This might be a bit harder than I thought." He told himself, destroying all the targets completely and proceeding to using a burst of flames to destroy the front gate.

He then summoned a hundred [Skutz] which served as a diversion for him who actually ascended through the walls.

"Overdrive" was used in order to make his mind move faster in order to command more skills within a single second.

"Internal Ring."

"Darkness Veil" These were used in order to further heighten his attributes and, to top things off, he added another skill owned by Curio.

"Flash Rush."

At this, Quinn almost seemed to disappear from sight. Moving quickly through the ranks of enemies who stayed on the walls. This wasn't the only thing he did though. He also brought pebbles infused with [Detonates] of [Explosives].

He threw these down below which was met by the unfortunate soldiers. He didn't leave them hanging however. As soon as he finished with the troops on the walls, Quinn proceeded to shooting down all the enemies as he transformed his weapon into a double crossbow, the same weapon used by Eerie.

Quinn continued showering down arrows upon them and, as soon as he saw a huge bulk of enemies, he leapt up, changed his weapon into a great bow and, fired a set of arrows infused with explosives and flame spells. Then, once it was safe to do so, he gave updates as was ordered by Zeke.

"Everything is fine on this end." He said, with Zeke replying in approval.

The other groups gave the same update soon after but it wasn't Quinn who gave the earliest update. It was Kaguya, Eerie, and Mordred who worked as a single group of female elites.

Although powerful all on his own, Quinn couldn't do every type of attack all at once. Kaguya's team however had the melee and defender Mordred. They also had the mid-range artillery who was Eerie and, lastly, there was Kaguya who, apart from her unparalleled [Oblivion], could also work as a mid-range and close-range fighter.

Zeke thought so much of how Kaguya was a lot like a Queen unit in Chess. Able to perform every move except that of a knight's.

The female elite started things of with [Oblivion] and it wasn't any feeble sized [Oblivion] at that. It was one casted on the whole fortress. With all the fights that occurred, Kaguya's level naturally rose just like everybody else and so, the display she put up on their first mission was nothing compared to the [Oblivion] she casted at that moment.

"Are we even needed here?" Mordred and Eerie thought to themselves, watching the whole structure begin to crumble down. Soldiers were naturally sucked up by Kaguya's skill and so were parts of the building itself.

But, Kaguya didn't maintain this for long; wanting to regenerate right away in case any unprecedented circumstance occurs. Hence, it was time for both Mordred and Eerie to shine. Kaguya still did her part by reactivating a smaller [Oblivion] and applying [Multiply] on it, allowing her to cover half or the fortress. This limited the amount of enemies they needed to face which worked greatly in the favor of both Mordred and Eerie.

It wasn't mentioned before but, Mordred chose [Brawler] as her [Secondary Job Class]. The name and the skill set was simple but, the simplicity of it allowed the job class toot have a bunch of passives that focused on close quarter mobility and boosting of physical traits.

Her weapon was also converted by Zeke to her liking. It was changed into a sort of shield which was only large enough to cover her fist. In fact, it covered her whole fist and extended to her arm, with cartridges evidently showing. This weapon could, be extended into a full-blown defensive shield whenever needed. But on the first form, it could be used to deal a large amount of damage.

"OOORRRYAAA!" She shouted punching one enemy with her fist which sent a wave of mana bursting out. This is the same concept as Mirio's weaponry but, unlike the male elite mentioned, Mordred's works on mana cartridges which are loaded onto the shield and, every time she makes use of the shockwave skill, one cartridge is immediately removed from the weapon.

Eerie followed up these attacks with her crossbow shooting. She targeted enemies coming from all directions; allowing Mordred to focus on a single line of enemies charging in. This gave Mordred the much-needed support in order for her to continually use the shockwave while also tanking for the team.

Kaguya also switched to close range mode by using [Darkness Veil] while also maintaining [Oblivion]. She used her [Multiplier] ability on [Darkness Veil] which allowed her to create a clone of herself in shadowlike form.

Together, both Kaguya and her clone were able to take out as many enemies as Mordred and Eerie, not counting the ones getting eaten up by [Oblivion].

Aside from them, everybody else were doing a decent job. Nobody was sustaining much damage as Zeke estimated and so, with the momentum, he decided to progress the plan even further.

"Heron. Morpheus." He said, with the two already geared up and ready to go.

"Are we gonna do it dad? Are we gonna fight that?" Morpheus asked, excited to go up against someone who can make him go all out.

"Yeah, it's time." Zeke answered, with Heron nodding in agreement.

Indeed, the time Zeke set for the group was six days. But, he also knew that there would be more trouble if Glade was able to return sooner than his estimation. Through [Gamer's Mind] he thought of the best course of action based on the data he currently had. With all things considered, he knew that deploying the two would be for the mission's best interest.

"I don't know what they did with her but, please analyze her using your [Dragon Eyes]." Zeke instructed Heron.

"Understood master." She replied.

And with this, the two got teleported right in the middle of a soldier infested area. Heron immediately dispersed [Cloud of Dreams] while Morpheus made wide ranged attacks using his morningstar.

The commotion they created caught the attention of the fortress owner right away. She went out to see what was happening and, found the two massacring her forces. The elf was calm through all of this and, simply winded up her bow.

Then, without any hesitation nor difficulty, she fired two arrows at the unsuspecting duo. With Heron's [Dragon Eyes] however, she was able to detect the attack and, pushed Morpheus away just in the nick of time.

"You've got a lot of nerve, storming into my stronghold." She said coming down the tower to deal with the two herself. She motioned for all the soldiers to back down and warned that interference would mean their death.

"Are you sure you don't need your lackeys?" Heron asked, already beginning the analyze as Zeke instructed. It was Sylph Windsprite no doubt and, all her attribute points were as monstrous as Zeke described.

"Don't be silly." Sylph said, activating [Infinity Bow] which now hovered close to her.

"I'd be enough to take you both down."
