On the sky above, there were thousands of arrowheads that began showing up. Strands of lightning covered the attack while dark mana oozed all around it. The sound it made was ominous and, the wind around them felt dry and coarse. This attack was known during ancient times to kill a [Chaos Dragon] and, this same move was about to be released on Heron and Morpheus.

It didn't matter what form was taken by Heron's realm. The arrowheads were so powerful that they could pierce through the scales and the hide of a [Chaos Dragon] and this alone proves that no terrain could stop it. Each projectile that comes out would follow the duo, not relenting until they hit their mark. That is why it is called [Judgement]. There is no room to fight back nor to defend. Anyone targeted by the skill would be judged and sentenced to their immediate death.

This was the supposed effect of the attack but, Heron still had a card up her sleeve. Even with Sylph putting the terrain changes into consideration, she could've never suspected that Heron had a spell that could counter [Judgement]. Yes, there was this one skill which she could still use and it was named [Chrono].

It's the same skill she used back in Yaeger's realm. Through it, she was able to slow down time so much so that everything just seemed to pause. She was even able to have a conversation with Zeke. She didn't remember any of this though but still, she naturally developed this skill all on her own effort.

It didn't matter how fast, sharp, or dangerous the attack was. [Judgement] looked nothing more than a spell that was just about to activate. And, with this being the case, Heron finally activated her final skill, shattering her sword into a hundred pieces which all targeted Sylph who was stuck to the same fate as the spell she activated.

Heron created hundreds of wounds scattered around the archer's body and once she was through with this, she took some of the mist and made them go inside Sylph's wounds, activating one last skill to ensure her capture.

"Slumber."

This came just in time because, the duration of Heron's [Chrono] finally ended. Sylph fell to sleep and, Morpheus caught her fall. And because the caster was unconscious, [Judgement] deactivated altogether. But these weren't the only skills that ended.

Because of what Heron did, she ran out of the mana needed to sustain her realm. Thus, [Cloud of Dreams] finally ended. There was a huge gust of wind, dispersing the clouds which brought them back to Sylph's stronghold; surrounded by all her troops that were ready to attack at any moment.

"We haven't taken down the crystal that's supposed to be here." Heron reminded Morpheus.

"Uh huh?" Morpheus responded, holding on to [Amon] and measuring up the enemies around them.

Unfortunately for Heron, she was already drained from all the skills she used in battle. In fact, even lifting up her katana would prove to be a burdensome task at that point. Morpheus felt this and decided to take the remained of the mission by himself.

"I'll handle the cleanup, you go and deliver her to dad." Morpheus announced, getting consumed by a pillar of blue flames.

This made the soldiers back down as the pillar grew larger and large and, with it was the heat of the flames which made their metal armors unbearable to wear. All around them the flames were also beginning to get scattered and, slowly, Morpheus emerged from the flames using his favorite dragon transformation.

"Don't take too long." Heron said, getting a nod from Morpheus who began his rampage. She was able to see a glimpse of the scene and, had no qualms about the offer made. After all, she knew that the boy would be able to perfectly handle things on his own.

Heron and Morpheus weren't the only ones who had success in their missions. Gawain, who was bored with waiting for the messenger units, also raided the area where they kept all the messengers of the continent. Of course he was still alert for anyone trying to get away from the continent and shot them down effortlessly. Gerard also followed through with this plan, knowing how hard headed Gawain could be and so, he stormed one of these areas on his own, knowing that no general resides there.

The groups that raided fortresses found luck on some while others proved to be unsuccessful because there was no crystal on their area. Yet ultimately, everyone was able to find all the crystals and, because of this, they were able to successfully finish the first half of their mission – returning to the hideout triumphant.

"Here's to the mighty and unstoppable elites! Cheers!"

Everyone drank and made merry as Zeke permitted them to. They finished the job much sooner than expected after all and, because of this, Zeke could bring down the barrier right away; not needing its assistance anymore.

Everyone felt it so refreshing that, they were able to finally get some real slack. Things happened so fast that they even lost track of what day it was already. Every day brought an immense amount of tension and, because of this, the elites couldn't really take a real "rest".

But now, they began telling stories of their raids. As if this was some test that they aced in school. The spoke of how they fought enemies, the tactics they used and, the most epic moments within the fight.

Among them, nothing compared to how Zilg placed [Explosive Detonates] on the general's food; making it all activate as soon as the general was done with his meal. This created a gruesome scene, with the maids and helpers all shouting in fear as the general's flesh and blood scattered all around the dinning hall.

There were other equally spectacular stories of course. None of the elites allowed themselves to be outdone when it came to storytelling. But the best in actually telling them were Quinn, Kaguya, and Merlin. While the most exaggerated was Jake who not only hated the fact that Quinn as faster than his group, but also, that there was actually a group faster than Quinn.

"I'm gonna raid a whole damn fortress by myself next time Quinn!" Jake claimed, with Quinn looking at him like he was afraid to catch whatever virus was on Jake's head.

"Knock yourself out." He answered, with the whole hall still being rowdy and energetic.

Meanwhile, observing them on the corner was Zeke. He watched the group with a warmth growing inside him.

"I almost forgot that, this isn't the world they got used to." Zeke said, with Heron coming near him and offering him a drink; one which he gladly accepted.

"It's easy to lose sight of the little details. You're still human after all master." Zeke smiled at the comment made by the [Dragon Morpher].

"I'm an elf now remember. I don't even age much because of Keith's body." He said in reply, remembering the days that he was still on his real body. He quickly dismissed it though, knowing that there wasn't any merit to thinking about such things.

"Anyway, how's our guest doing?"

"Not good. I tried entering her dreams but all I found were distorted memories. We have no way of accessing a large portion of the truth and, I'm not even sure what to make of the things that I already saw." She replied in a worried tone.

Zeke mixed his drink around, looking at the distorted image of himself reflected on top of it. He was already thinking of ways to solve this dilemma but, at the moment, he doesn't have a clear solution yet.

"We'll figure something out. If there's one thing that I know, it's that there is always a way out of any situation." He replied to Heron, brushing her hair as he finished his drink.

"Thanks for all the effort you've exerted until now. I know that this whole thing just concerns me but, you've been exerting just as much of yourself as I have." He told her, making heron blush from the complement.

"I know where my heart lies master. You were the one who freed me from my imprisonment and, although most of my memories can never come back, I'm thankful for all the memories that I've created with you." She looked at Zeke, blushing but nevertheless smiling at him.

"I never regret being with you." It took around three seconds for Heron to realize that, her words could also be misinterpreted. She blushed like crazy and Zeke gave a soft chuckle, understanding what was going on her head.

"Don't worry the feeling is mutual." He replied teasingly, moving his face closer to Heron who ran away in panic.

Zeke proceeded to leaving the room. Everything soon quieted down and, Zeke was back to the issues needed to be faced.

The halls were dark, not allowing Zeke's expression to be seen and he liked it his way. He loved how the darkness could conceal him, making him feel that none of his true intentions would ever show.

"Time to get to work." He said, proceeding to where Sylph was being kept.

There were various skills and methods that Zeke already thought of. But, the one with the highest rate of showing some results was his [Gamer's Mind]. Although this won't be a stand-alone skill. He'd make use of [Subconscious] and Heron's [Dream Walker] skill in order to link himself to Sylph's head.

With this, he finally reached the slumbering elf. She looked the same as ever, and all the memories of their journey suddenly flooded back to the top of his head. There was no sadness nor joy, Zeke wanted to remain neutral and [Gamer's Mind] helped him to accomplish so. He touched her cheek and gave her a reassuring smile.

"I'm going to bring you all back."
