The fight continued as Zeke anticipated. Without them being able to actually deal any significant damage to [Chaos], Pier simply went into hiding. There was no point to exposing himself to any danger when the enemies couldn't even handle the problem at hand.

This was as true as it could get. Pier was simply watching from another secret base he had. Waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike. But this didn't mean that he took Zeke lightly. In fact, as soon as the gamer's operation began, he already had his eyes on all the members.

[Chaos Vision] This was the skill he utilized for surveillance. Through it, he could see anything as long as there was [Chaos Energy] within the area. He saw those who battled with the tentacles and the summons. He saw an elf and a human analyzing [Chaos]. He also saw some peculiar Mythos inhabitants who were both stronger than any Demon Lord.

"Glade what are the odds of this bunch actually serving as a distraction?"

"If we take into account the intellect of your opponent, I believe that it is higher than 90%."

"That's correct! It's a good thing that brain of yours is still working." Pier furthered, focusing his eyes on the remaining members of Zeke's team. Namely, those that kept moving around Elysium.

"If he thinks that he can outsmart the god of deceit, then he has another thing coming."

The god immediately deployed more [Chaos Monsters] to the area. He made it so that these will only target the elites, preventing them from accomplishing their goal. He also placed some near the shore as Curio was still not finished in setting up the barrier for the continent. Topping it all off was his favorite elf servant.

"Glade be a dear and watch over Elysium for me would you? Make sure that they don't get what they need but, don't let them feel your presence."

"Understood maser." The elf said in reply, moving out of the room and into his homeland.

"You want to play with fire boy? Fine, I'll amuse you for a bit." Pier said, with a triumphant smile already written on his face.

It didn't take long for the support members of the elites to understand what was happening. After all, it was easy to feel the monsters that continued pestering them in their mission. Wherever they went, the monsters kept following them. And as soon as they appeared on an area, they were greeted with the attacks of the monsters.

"Julia any plans on calling Mister Zeke?" Red suggested, feeling the eyes of their enemies seemingly lock on them.

"On it." She said in reply, opening the [Voice Chat] and talking directly to the gamer.

"Mister Zeke we have a problem." Julia was calm in updating him, remembering how Zeke commented that she sounded panicked the first time.

"Let me guess, you have some monsters following you?" Zeke said in reply, knowing that this could be a possibility.

"How did you…never mind. Yes mister Zeke, there are a bunch of monsters that keep on attacking and following us."

"I see. Is there any chance that they would catch you anytime soon?"

"Not for now. I think the teleportations confuse them but, we feel that they would be guarding every area now."

"Gotcha. Just keep on doing your mission. I'll handle the problem." Zeke said in a calm tone. Assuring Julia that everything will be alright.

"Understood sir." The healer said as she closed the communication and focused on her mission.

It was purely mind gamers at that point. Both Zeke and Pier were setting up the fight for things to go in their favor. Both also had confidence that they would win. But unlike the god who already showed all of his cards, Zeke still had plenty up his sleeve. And he was about to use one of those said cards.

"Quinn you finally got what you wished for."

"Wait, really?"

"Yeah, juts wait for a second there buddy."

Zeke opened his inventory, taking out another item which he crafted for the fight. Something that made use of the [Order] affiliated monsters that he recently got, combined with the [Chaos Plants] that he extracted.

[Name: Seed of Order]

[Species: Plant]

[Specification: Order Affiliated]

[Grade: S+]

[Information: As soon as it is dropped into any surface, the seed will sprout and spread [Order] energy within the area. Should there be traces of [Chaos] around, it will purify the energy while also sucking it off and converting it to Order.]

The seeds were already growing roots as Zeke held them on his hands. But since Zeke had the curse of the Blood King, they weren't able to penetrate through his flesh.

Nevertheless, they still developed rapidly; making Zek summon Horizon. He placed all of it on top of the [Chaos Dragon]. Feeding on the energy of the creature which was affiliated to [Chaos].

"What the hell are those?"

"It's the opposite of those nasty plants that Pier used. I forged them while preparing for the mission." Pier then looked as the same plants grew beautifully on the surface. The same could not be said for its roots however as these were predators in themselves.

"How did you even get the materials for that?"

"It's a long story. I'll save it for when we've finished the mission."

The plants continued growing and, soon enough they were in full bloom. [Chaos] reacted to this as the plant was its natural enemy. Proving this was the fact that it tried attacking Zeke and Quinn. With its tentacles trying to reach the two. Unfortunately they were too far up and, even if it got close, Zeke wasn't going to let the creature touch him.

"Are you going to tell me when I'm gonna fight yet?" Quinn asked, eager to cut those tentacles himself.

"Of course. Come here for a sec."

While Zeke gave the instructions to Quinn, Jake's group was also busy fending off the added aggression of [Chaos]. Because of the plants that floated just above, [Chaos] became livelier in its attacks. More tentacles came up as well as higher ranked [Horned Beasts].

"Why is this thing so grumpy all of a sudden?" Jake asked, having his hands full on both attacking and defending himself.

"Don't ask me. I'm not the crazy god who put this thing here." Mirio said in reply, punching a tentacle which immediately dissolved.

They were getting exhausted. Fending off the creature was no easy task and, with the added intensity, they knew that their fatigue would also multiply exponentially. However, Zeke would not have any of this.

"Guys you may want to move a bit." Zeke said over the [Voice Chat] as a large shadow covered up the sun. Jake turned his head to look and immediately saw Horizon which crashed down to [Chaos] a few seconds later.

"What the hell was that for?" Jake asked as his heart skipped a beat from surprise.

"Well I did warn you." Zeke simply said, watching the plant begin doing its work.

There were ten fully bloomed [Plants of Order] which used Horizon as their foothold. These began spreading the energy of [Order] while also fighting the tentacles and monsters which aimed at it. Vines and roots swung and thrusted; fighting the sea of [Chaos] in a seemingly equal bout.

The offensive unit stopped ion their tracks. Not knowing how they could even re-enter in the fight. In all this confusion, Zeke gave commands once again.

"That thing would do your work for now. Reserve your strength and only attack when [Chaos] aims for you."

"Shouldn't we be helping it somehow?" Jake asked.

"You won't be of any use right now. Those things are aiming for each other so it's a bit more difficult to read the movements of [Chaos]. Plus, those plants aren't your allies. Those'd probably kill you as soon as you get close."

"Seriously?"

"Jake do I seem like the joking type in times like this?"

"Hey no need to get all upset about it. Plus – " Jake looked up to where Zeke and Quinn should be at. His rival was suipposed to be standing just beside the gamer. But, not even his shadow could be seen anywhere.

"Where the hell is Quinn?"

"Oh calm down now. I already gave him his task."

Within Elysium, Glade quietly followed the group of elites. He made sure to track every step they made while also hiding his presence. Both worked as he planned and, in fact, he even figured out the sequence to the teleportation of the elites. A few more jumps and they would be able to get to the deposits of [Chaos Shards] but, he wasn't going to allow this to happen.

He was just about to prepare the areas where the elites would be killed. But then he felt a familiar presence right above him. One which he wanted to avoid if possible.

"Mister Zeke was right. You really are here." Gazing up, Glade saw Quinn with the [Avarice Serpent] already summoned.

"You feel and sound different from the last time. But I can definitely sense the same presence within you." Glade said as he tried opening a portal out of the area. Yet this was cancelled immediately by Vask who was finally able to manifest some of his powers even with Quinn being in control.

"I hope you're not trying to get away because that's not happening." The [Avarice Serpent] finally bit Quinn, beginning his transformation and the spike in his power.

"That's fine and all but, you see, your friends are in danger. The next area they will teleport to will be filled with higher ranked monsters. Master Pier knows of their capacities and also knows that the monsters sent will be too much for them to handle."

Quinn was silent for a few seconds - as if pondering about this fact. Meanwhile Glade already had a smile on his face; thinking that he already won.

"So what's it gonna be? Do you want to play with me or are you going to save your – " An attack faster than what Glade could react to grazed his cheek. Blood came out as Quinn gave him a cold stare.

"You know, for a dead guy, you sure do know how to run that mouth of yours."

"Didn't you just hear what I said? Your teammates – " Another attack hit Glade. This time cutting off his arm which sent a massive jolt of pain to his senses.

"I don't need to chose because I can do both." Glade used a skill which he wanted to use a long time ago. A cheap imitation at best but, in his host form to the [Avarice Serpent], the skill was as close to the original as it could be.

The cold feeling of death came and flames rose from the ground. The whispers of the dead were carried by the wind as Quinn finally casted:

"Conjure."
