Chapter 82

In the spacious and bright office, Anderson sat upright in the chair in front of the desk, with his hands crossed on the tabletop, and his emerald green eyes looked at Ren Yunying in front of him with utmost seriousness.

Ren Yunying met his gaze, then furrowed her brows slightly, and pushed a piece of paper and a pen to him, "Don't worry, it's just a simple questionnaire."

Hearing this, Anderson let out a low "hmm" sound.

He lowered his eyes to look at the content on the paper and found that it was actually a questionnaire to test psychological tendencies.

Anderson's pen-holding hand paused slightly.

But in the end, he did not say anything, and just truthfully filled in his inner thoughts, writing without any hesitation.

His emotions were very stable.

Ren Yunying looked at him, wanting to speak but stopping herself.

When Anderson finally stuffed the completed questionnaire into Ren Yunying's hands, she was still somewhat in a daze.

After a long time, she coughed twice, and solemnly asked, "Why did you think of brutally killing those wild wolves during the competition?"

When Anderson's emerald green eyes looked straight at someone, they were actually quite clear:

"I was just...angry."

The boy's face showed a confused and puzzled look, as if he didn't quite understand why he had to come over to answer this question.

He said apprehensively, "Instructor, did I do something wrong?"

Ren Yunying pinched the bridge of her nose. "No, not at all."

She looked at Anderson, "I just wanted to ask, what were you thinking when you were torturing those wild wolves?"

"Little Miss Chloe," Anderson answered honestly.

Hearing this answer, it took Ren Yunying probably a few seconds to think about who Little Miss Chloe was, and then she showed a helpless expression.

"You were only thinking about Chloe?"

This little boy was perhaps too loyal to the royal Vampire family?

Even Kevin back then wasn't as sticky as Anderson.

Anderson hesitated slightly, then nodded, "I was very angry, and also very guilty. Protecting Little Miss is my duty, but I didn't fulfill it."

Anderson lowered his eyes, "This matter, when I return to the Vampire Territory, it will be found out, and then I will be punished."

Hearing this, Ren Yunying was instantly speechless.

She thought to herself that it was already modern times, yet the Vampires were still using an autocratic management model. Professor Xavier was not strict at all, he actually put so much pressure on a little boy.

She asked a few more times carefully, and then realized that eight out of ten sentences Anderson said were about Chloe. It was a thorough image of a brainwashed little pitiful thing.

Ren Yunying was instantly filled with love and compassion for him.

"I understand your situation, but Anderson, violence and murder are not the only solutions to problems. Perhaps you can resolve issues in a more gentle way from a different perspective?"

Ren Yunying said gently, "At least at that time during the competition, you didn't have to kill those beasts to vent your anger."

Hearing this, Anderson looked a little embarrassed, and then nodded and said he understood.

Obedient, kind, well-behaved, loyal.

Ren Yunying looked at him satisfactorily, feeling that this psychological counseling session went quite well.

Anderson was indeed a little too brutal, but now it seemed that he was a good child who could be properly corrected!

Thinking of this, Ren Yunying picked up the questionnaire on the desk, then took out a bottle of medicine from the drawer and handed it to Anderson, saying,

"Take this with you. Remember to take it three times a day according to the instructions when you go back. It can soothe irritability."

Anderson gratefully accepted it.

He stood up from the chair, bowed politely to Ren Yunying, and then left the office.

As soon as he went out the door, Anderson's smile disappeared, and his expression became cold again.

He walked quickly without stopping. He went straight out of the medical building filled with the smell of disinfectant.

Passing by a trash can in the spaceship, Anderson threw away the medicine bottle for treating irritability into the trash can without stopping.

Anderson's expression was indifferent.

He didn't have irritability or psychological illness, so of course he didn't need to take these annoying medicines.

...

In the training room, Chloe had her knees hooked over the pull-up bar, hanging upside down with her waterfall-like black hair hanging down. She had a serious expression and crossed her arms without saying a word.

Daniel, who was lifting dumbbells, put down the dumbbell and wiped his sweat. His gaze glanced at Chloe and he couldn't help asking,

"Are you trying to revert back to a bat?"

Chloe gave him a cold glare.

The next moment, an invisible blade pressed against Daniel's lower back.

He was instantly dumbfounded and cursed loudly,

"Chloe, you heartless bastard, you're using your sensing and shaping abilities to harass your teammates instead of cursing other military academy main teams!"

"Shameless!"

Chloe raised her eyebrows slightly, "What's wrong with wanting to teach you a lesson because I'm annoyed by you? Do you have any objections?"

Sensing that the knife Chloe had against his lower back was about to go further, Daniel swallowed his saliva and compromised,

"No, how dare I have any objections?"

As he spoke, he dodged the invisible blade, "Our Miss Chloe is naturally unparalleled in heaven and on earth."

Damn it, the Vampire ability was simply against the laws of nature. Why would there be such an unreasonably overpowered existence?

Wouldn't that make her invincible within a hundred meters?

To kill someone, she just needed to move her mind a little. It was the perfect ability for lazy people!

Daniel covered his lower back and enviously thought to himself.

At this moment, Chloe retracted her sensing and looked a little depressed.

So why exactly was Anderson called over by Ren Yunying?

Judging by their expressions, it seemed to be a very bad thing.

Although Anderson told her not to worry when he left, how could she not worry?

Speaking of which, when Anderson took her to Qin Huaibei and the others the other day, she was half asleep and half awake, and actually smelled a slight scent of blood.

It didn't smell like human blood, but more like the blood of wild beasts, like wolves.

Chloe's nose wrinkled. She couldn't explain her feelings now, she just couldn't help worrying.

After all, if the participating students did something inappropriate during the competition, there was a certain probability that they would be disqualified from the competition and expelled from the military academy.

If Anderson was expelled from the military academy, then there would be no one by her side to clean up afterwards and help her with laundry and cooking!

Miss Chloe's mood was heavy. She belatedly realized that without Anderson, she seemed to be a useless person who couldn't do anything.

This was a sad thing.

Qin Huaibei next to her noticed her expression and asked with some concern, "Are you okay? What are you thinking about?"

Chloe murmured absentmindedly, "I'm thinking that I'm probably useless."

Qin Huaibei had a wooden expression: "Okay."

Since she could tell the truth, it didn't seem to be a big problem.

Just then, the training room door opened, and Anderson's figure appeared.

Chloe loosened her knees hooked over the pull-up bar and her whole body crashed upside down onto the floor.

"Thud!" Everything went silent.

Chloe touched her head and got up expressionlessly, then stumbled dizzily towards Anderson with her head still dizzy.
