"We have gathered them all, but how do we proceed from here?"

Daniel [Queen Ant] asked with an exhausted tone which signified the very little time they had left to fix the problem they've found themselves in;

"My eyes; they are the last and key parts of this task and I hid them more than 50 feet below the earth and also wrapped my Oblivion Dao aura around them to avoid detection!" Min Hong revealed…

Without standing on too much ceremony, the Min Hong trio ordered all the ants that came with them too get digging, including the god-like ant Min Hong opened its meridians earlier…

Meanwhile…

In a location, farther than the GPS of this novel can carry stood a necropolis… It was quiet, eerie and dark, with many coffins stacked atop one another to form several pillars that touched the extremely high roof of this necropolis;

Boom!

"Honey don't be rash, it might kill you!"

The voice of a youth could be heard vehemently warning another lady who sped towards the center of this necropolis;

"I've had it with all of you… You all can go rot in hell for all I care, and if my son is dead, then blood will flow like raging rivers today!"

The voice of a feminine youth barked back at the youth who sighed in sheer frustration and left the lady to do as she wished…

He knew her very well, after all, she had been his wife for over 30 years now, and whenever she gets like this, then the best solution is to let her do whatever she wanted…

Thus, the youth simply followed behind her until they entered an open space at the center of the necropolis, and the moment the lady saw the bungalow of a tomb that laid there seemingly harmlessly, she ground to a halt with a darkened and solemn expression…

The distance from where she was to the entrance of this tomb was no more than 10 meters, but she knew what kind of fate awaits her if she took a step within that same 10 meter radius…

She had mixed expression that was seemingly driving her mentally mad from sheer frustration; she was extremely anxious to get into that tomb, but at the same time, she was scared of the sheer heartbreak she might suffer if what she finds in there confirms her fears…

The youth behind her came closer and placed a hand on her shoulders as he tried to soothe her;

"Alright honey, if you say you want to see it, then I will let you…"

The youth said as he released his aura and transformed; a pair of massive wings appeared behind him, and he carried his wife in a princess manner before wrapping his wings all over her, and then he took his first step into the open area;

Tisshh!

Just from the first step alone, and despite the fact that she was being protected by her husband, the lady still felt a searing pain hit her all over as she grunted slightly in pain…

Then she looked up at her husband who tried to hide the current level of pain he was hiding behind a smile, but the sweat pouring out of his forehead, and the rate at which his face was growing pale made the lady understand why he was trying to persuade her not to come in here…

She was barely exposed to 1 percent of the aura in the area, and yet her entire body was feeling like she was being stir-fried all over…

The youth shut his eyes and let loose before taking several rapid steps across the open area, and when he got to the door, he simply rammed into it as threw the lady inside, and it was then the lady realized how hurt he was…

Every part of the youth's body, except his face and chest were kindling like burning wood…

His skin had been scorched to the extent that she could see part of his bones; he was also looking extremely pale, but he still looked up with a loving smile at the lady before urging her;

"Don't worry about me, I can't die from this again… You can go on, just let me recover here for a while…"

The lady had teary eyes at this point as she thought of staying with her husband and help him recover, after all, she was the one who caused his injury, because she knew that bringing someone into this place meant that the difficulty of walking across the open area would surge by ten times...

But what she came here for was more important to her, even more that her own life, and this was the reason she had barged into this ancestral necropolis in the first place…

Thus, she turned around and vanished…

By the time she reappeared, she was standing within a room that had about a dozen or so soul lamps there, and when she looked at the one at the paramount position, she blanched in fear and agony as her legs lost their strength, but just as she was about to fall, someone caught her from behind and hugged her tight;

"I can't believe you allowed her in here after our benefactor explained the severity of the situation to you…"

The figure who caught her spoke with a disappointed tone as the lady began to weep her guts out…

Tears billowed out of her eyes as an exhausted voice echoed from behind;

"What would you have me do?"

"You know there is no reasoning with her whenever she's like this…"

The youth replied with a pale expression as he moved over to take his wife away from the old man with the cane…

The youth and the old man stared at the dead soul lamp and sighed;

"Does he know he is still alive?" The old man with the cane asked;

"I don't think so… After all, we wouldn't have known either if we didn't receive a message from our benefactor…"

"Good, let's leave it at that… It would buy the kid some much needed time…" The old man with the cane replied…

The lady who was weeping on her baby daddy's chest looked up to the youth and cleaned wiped her eyes with a sniff before asking;

"Who's alive?"

"Our son… All we have to do now is to wait for it…" The youth replied, but his face was as equally solemn and frustrated as the old man with the cane…

"Wait for what?"

The lady asked as she noticed her husband and her father were still staring expectantly at the topmost lamp;

"Are you trying to say-"

"What?"

"Don't tell me you think our son; a pureblood hybrid of both our bloodlines, would be killed by two little shrimps who had yet to pass their Nirvana?"

"But the soul lamp…"

"Yeah… It is a real soul lamp, but it's not omnipotent…" The youth replied before adding;

"Do you think I would really be sitting here idly if something life threatening was really happening to our son?"

"Then why didn't you tell me!?" The lady was beginning to rage when the youth sighed;

"Why do you think I chased you all the way from the palace down here?"

"Moreover, did you even wait to listen?"

The boy shook his head and sighed; this wife of his might be a Celestial and act calm and loving most of the time, but she is an utterly eccentric being…

She simply overheard him talking with his master earlier, and jumped into the conclusion that her son was dead and they were trying to cover it up, which was the reason why she refused to hear anything her husband had to say…

But just as they were talking, the wick on the soul lamp began to billow out smoke;

"Shh… It's starting…"

The old man with the cane called the attention of the bickering couple as they all watched with anticipation…

Meanwhile…

Back at the Land Of Stones; the Min Hong trio watched as the ants brought up his eyes from the depths of the earth, before placing it back into his eye socket…

Then Min Hong's spirit sense left the ant queen before bolting right into the spot between his brows, and the moment that happened, his eyes snapped open;

Boom!

A massive windstorm spun to life and began to rage as Min Hong's eyes began to switch between the colors of every single Dao he had comprehended;

"Alright, my Daos are back.. Now for the hardest part…"

"Since we hatched the plan together, then we are obviously going to share the pain also…"

Daniel added before he and Little Fei left the body of the ant queens and entered Min Hong's forehead to resume their individual duties…

"So where do we start?" Daniel asked;

"The physical body has to come first…"

Little Fei added as Min Hong's eyes became silvery and Space Dao suffused the area…

Then about three breaths later, numerous spatial pockets appeared around Min Hong's piled up body parts; the first dashed into his forehead as his brain took its rightful place…

Then another one appeared over his chest as his heart also returned and the remaining blood within his heart began to leak out, forming several veins that latched onto one body part and connected it to the other in a slow and painful process…

His head was the first to be completed, before the veins attached it to his neck, and then his neck was attached to his chest region, followed by his arms, and with his broken arms, Min Hong was able to join his torso, legs and other scattered parts of his body; especially his bones which were not complete…

Then after he had joined every joinable parts of his body, Min Hong laid there exhausted and panting as he awaited what was to come, and then;

Crack!

"Gah!"

Min Hong screamed in agony as his skull began to repair itself;

Badump! Badump! Badump!

His heart began to race as more blood veins streaked out of it into his skeletal system;

Crack! Creak! Click!

He felt the joints in his head, jaws and neck shift back into place, after that, the blood veins from his heart then connected to his skeletal system as it began to pump blood all over it…

Roar!

The moment this blood washed over the first dragon tattoo etched on Min Hong's bones, it twitched slightly, before golden light burst out of its eyes, then it came alive and roared in a mix of defiance and fury…

"First dragon tattoo has awakened, 9,999 more to go, put it to work…"

Little Fei reminded as Min Hong urged the dragon tattoo which bolted towards its closest kin with  blistering speed before slamming into it, transferring some blood onto it as the second one also roared to life; then it joined its partner in its mission to awaken the rest…
