The Old Man was so stunned by Min Hong's statement that he choked on his response and had to cough heavily to clear his throat;

"Well if that is what you are offering young master, then perhaps I might be able to schedule a meeting with our business owner…"
"That would be really nice of you… I am sorry for having to trouble you…"
"No, it is no trouble at all, he he…" The Old Man chuckled awkwardly as he urged the beast to increase its pace;

Gong Yi called Min Hong's attention whilst pointing towards the window, and when Min Hong looked out the window, he was really stunned to find out that they were actually moving at such a speed so high that everything they were seeing on both sides of their windows were almost a blur, but still, the carriage felt like it wasn't moving at all;
"The business owner truly spared no effort or dime, unh?"
Min Hong mumbled to himself as his desire to meet this business owner grew exponentially…
In less than 15 minutes from when they left the entrance of the city, Min Hong's group suddenly found out that the buildings they were looking at was getting fewer and fewer;
"We are within the Desolate Zone, unh?"
"Not yet master, we are simply approaching it, but we should be there very soon…" Huan Ji responded;
Min Hong watched on until he began to see traces of vegetation which continued to get thicker and denser, and then some very nice, fresh scent began to waft into the carriage, and it was then that Min Hong realized that the carriage was slowing down, and then the entire vegetation transformed into a blissful massive garden of flowers and exotic trees;
"Now we have entered the Desolate Zone…" Huan Ji revealed with a smirk;
"Eh?" Gong Yi was stunned;
"Well, the reason why this place was called Desolate is not because everything was dead, and it was only covered in sand and rubbles, no; It was called Desolate simply because it is a very expensive area to live in and as a result, there are little to no one living here…"
"Oh, now I understand… I have been wondering why the place cost so much if it was desolate…"
"I think deserted would have been a better name for it…" Huan Ji concurred to Gong Yi's idea;
"That wouldn't do justice either, since that would mean people actually left the place, and not that it was too expensive for them to afford…" Min Hong begged to differ, as always…
They couldn't feel the carriage moving, and thus, they were only able to judge their speed based on what they were seeing from within the carriage, thus, they realized they had come to a stop soon after;

Min Hong brought to the chatting duos attention as the door to their carriage opened up, and the Old Man was once again visible…
Min Hong looked to the building in front of him, and he had to admit, it was the biggest structure he had seen so far in his entire life…
The building was like building a massive one acre building and then stacking four of such buildings over one another, which meant that Min Hong's crew might be living in a one acre large penthouse;
"Truly breathtaking!" Gong Yi blurted shockingly;
"I didn't even get your name?" Min Hong asked as they stepped out of the carriage;
"You can just refer to me as Chauffer 1, young master…" The Old Man replied with a slight bow;
"That penthouse would be your apartment for the rest of the year…" He added;
"But what if we need to go out to get some stuffs or sight see?" Min Hong asked;
"Well I will be staying at the ground floor, so you can simply notify me and I will get you wherever we you want to go…"
"Thanks… About seeing your boss, how does tomorrow morning sound?"
"If that is when you want to meet him, then I will take you to him in the morning then…" The Old Man replied with a slight smile;
"Thanks for your quality service…" Min Hong added before extending a Mid-grade Spirit Stone to the man;
"Ah, thanks for your kind gesture young master, but I will have to gratefully refuse this…"
"Eh, why? Is it too little, I can add more if you want…"
Min Hong added whilst Gong Yi and Huan Ji looked on with bewildered expressions as they couldn't understand why Min Hong was doing what he was doing…

The Old Man responded with a grateful smile and slight bow, whilst the trio's impression of the man went up another notch;

Min Hong added as he whipped out a flying sword, stunning Gong Yi and Huan Ji who also copied his move and climbed atop their flying sword as they floated up to the penthouse…
When they got to a certain height where they could see the penthouse, the trio were shocked to find nothing there other than the normal flat roof of the building which indicated that the building process of the structure was forced to a halt halfway, and thus they couldn't construct another floor atop the roof…
But when they got very close to the penthouse, Min Hong whipped out his plaque, and thrusted it in front of himself, and instantly, the space around the plaque rippled slightly, and then the trio moved inwardly, and it was like they passed through a wall of water and into a bubble…
Then the trio were stunned by what they were looking at; here at the top of the penthouse was a mini paradise in the making…
There was a huge rock at the end of the structure that kept spurting spring water which ran through some artificial channels like streams within the jungle, and the trees, plants and flowers planted all over this place truly made it feel like one was within a heavenly garden…
There were ten bungalows built atop this structure; three on the left close to the edge of the building and it was the same on the right, then two at the back end and another two at the front end, and then there was a massive bungalow right at its center…
This massive bungalow which was elevated by eight massive rocks as pillars, allowing the floor of the house to be at the roof level of the rest of the houses, thus providing not only an unfiltered natural ventilation, but also making it look like a lighthouse, giving the resident of the bungalow unhindered view of the entire city from all sides…
Beneath the entire bungalow, within the massive rocks that elevated it from the ground was a patch of space designed with a Zen feel and appearance, which had reclining chair, a small table, a mat, and a hammock…
The trio couldn't help but float on their flying sword, taking the entire place in with a smile; none of them had ever seen a place such as this, and whilst Huan Ji had been living within the Fallen God City for a while, he had ever been opportune to even reach such a height to even try to peek at a penthouse [That is even if the barrier was inactive], not to then talk of actually entering it…
Min Hong floated towards the main apartment whilst Gong Yi and Huan Ji went to pick their own rooms and unlocked it with one of the ten smaller tags Min Hong was given at the registration area…
Min Hong went into his apartment and figured out it was extremely spacious and somewhat empty;
There was only a pristine cooking room, tubbed bathing room, king sized sleeping room, and an extremely massive lounge where he could take visitors…
Though it was plain [which was most likely because everything worth enjoying was around the house and not within, so as to create a massive living space for the residents]; everything was also pristine white in color including the color of the bed, its silk sheets, privacy curtain, its walls, its tub, its kitchenettes, everything was pure and pristine white in color...
But there was one thing that stood out and made this place really unique, and that is the fact that one could see the outdoors no matter wherever one might find oneself within the building…
Furthermore; whilst one could see, hear and feel everything outside from within, those who are outside couldn't see or hear anything coming from within the house;
"This is true luxury and privacy…" Min Hong couldn't help but comment;
"My ladies would definitely love this place…"
Min Hong mumbled to himself as he walked towards the lounge where he saw a tree in one of the corners with flowers of over twenty different colors which popped out like 3D within a 3DD due to the whiteness of the entire house which made any other color that wasn't white pop-out…
The tree gave a refreshing, sweet smell to the entire house, and the moment Min Hong walked to the outdoor spot, he pushed his hand forward and realized there was a barrier there…
He pressed his tag on the barrier and it popped off, and instantly the fresh natural air as well as the thick, stench, but sweet outdoor smell wafted into the lounge...
Then Min Hong saw some beautifully multicolored, harmless insects fly into the lounge and perch on the tree flowers, whilst one or two little singing birds also flew in and perched on the trees, and instantly, the entire lounge was booming with life in less than ten minutes…
Min Hong then removed the tag and left as the barrier covered the open area once again, and then Min Hong entered his bedroom and saw a square shaped cut on the floor which had a slot which was the exact size of the tag in his grasp…
He placed the tag on it, and the door slid open showing Min Hong a path to the en area beneath the bungalow…
