This time around, Ki Ting puked pitch black blood with rotten egg stench for about five minutes continuously before stopping, and by then, about two dozens of these worms were already killed…
But strangely about three more seemed to replace these 24 worms, and though that was a favorable number, but when one looked at how exhausted and shriveled Min Hong looked right now, they would understand that this was not the way to go about it…
Min Hong removed his hand from Ki Ting's back and one had to say, Ki Ting was currently looking about 40 percent better than earlier as she opened her eyes and turned to look at Min Hong who was rapidly recovering at a speed visible to the naked eye, but not anytime soon either…
Min Hong was panting and one of his eyes was half closed in exhaustion;
"F-f-fei Hong, are you alright!?" Ki Ting blanched in fear as she saw Min Hong's shriveled state, he was nothing more than skin and bones at this point…
"I'm fine, you can go… I will be out in a bit…" Min Hong replied as he forced a smile causing a unique feeling of warmth to surge through Ki Ting's heart;
"I'll be fine…" Min Hong added to reassure her as she left;
"Are you sure you will be alright?" Daniel asked;
"Eh… It would take a lot more than this to make me feel any significant discomfort…"
"Little Fei, I would absorb these worms now…"
"I need you to study them and let me know if there's anything we can do to at least suppress its effects for now, till I find a cure…"
Min Hong gave Little Fei some heads up and he placed his hands into the tub which was now filled with pitch black water as a whirlpool formed in the middle of the tub due to the speed with which Min Hong was absorbing it…
Then in little to no time, Min Hong had absorbed it all before he then exhaled a breath of putrid black breath and with a single thought, his appearance was restored, but then a single strand of his hair went completely white and then fell off;
But Min Hong simply looked at it, and with a huge sigh, he snapped his fingers and the Rebirth Flame instantly vaporized the hair with a 'Poof!'…
But just as everyone thought it was over, another strand of lush black hair grew back in the same spot where the white one had fallen as Daniel gave a helpless sigh;
"To think the Rebirth Flame wouldn't even allow one strand of your hair to die…" Min Hong then smirked as Little Fei smiled as well;
"Why didn't you use the Rebirth Flame on the seal?" Daniel abruptly asked;
"I have yet to gain complete mastery and control over the Rebirth Flames, and I am unable to split it into its three primary flames…" Min Hong replied with a sigh;
"So you would have used the Nihility Essence Flame to burn them all to crisp right?" Daniel asked;
"No, the Nihility Essence Flame is the strongest of the three and it would most likely eat through the seal and devour Ki Ting herself in the process…" Min Hong explained
"What about the Demonic Flame then?" Daniel's urge to learn was commendable and Min Hong and Little Fei were happy to explain;
"That might not work either as they are both demonic in nature, and at best it might keep the effects of the seal at bay, and at worst, it might even fuel the effects of the seal…" Little Fei explained;
"So, that leaves everything to the Empyrean Flames then…"
"Yes, it is the only flame than naturally counters demonic properties and will do no harm to humans unless it is being made to do so…"
"But even at that, it can only heal her in a gradual process with recurring treatment, and might not necessarily remove the seal…" Min Hong ended;
'Now, for the main course…' Min Hong thought to himself as he flicked his wrist and a white orb appeared in his hand;
"Is that it?" Little Fei was the first to ask;
"Apparently…" Min Hong replied;
"Have at it already, you're killing me with the suspense…"
Daniel blurted excitedly as Min Hong teased him by slowing the rate at which he placed the orb into his chest…
But a few breaths later, the orb bored through his chest and entered his body, and before long, it abruptly dispersed into streams of whited fluid that spread across every inch of Min Hong's body, before entering through his meridians…
Min Hong then felt the link to the orb restored as he snapped his fingers and then;
Swish!
A tight fitted outfit abruptly appeared on Min Hong's body and it looked more like a scuba suit with only his hands, feet and neck upwards exposed;
Then in the next moment Min Hong the roar of a tiger abruptly resounded around him as two steel Vambraces and Shin Guards appeared on his arms and legs before clamping around it like metal casings…
Immediately after that the cry of a turtle followed suit as a rear and front armor flowed across his front and back like water, and afterwards came the roar of a dragon before a hooded cloak mystically appeared out of the thin air and landed on his body…
Next came the cry of a phoenix and his legs instantly burst into flames before the flames then wrapped around his foot and when the flames went off, two boots had appeared on his legs;
But whilst all these unique occurrences took too long to scribble out, they all actually happened one after the other in the span of five breaths…
But just as they all thought it was over, Min Hong grasped the thin air and instantly a mask appeared in his grasp;
Then the moment he put it on, an aura erupted from the full armor as they shrunk together and fit even tighter to his skin as the expression on the mask morphed into that of a devil's evil grin…
"Dramatic but effective…" Daniel confirmed with a smug smile;
"Alright, tell us how it feels…" Little Fei asked immediately after...
