Assistant Chen was waiting for the Zhang Construction's subordinates to arrive along with Zhang Hongmin, so that he can inform Ethan about their arrival.
After a while Zhang Hongmin stepped out of the elevator along with his assistant Mr Yu, his subordinates and Zhang Lili. Assistant Chen's eyes bulged out seeing Zhang Lili who he hasn't seen since a long time.
Assistant Chen welcomed them politely and led them to the conference room no 1. Shortly after Ethan walked into the conference room with his noble presence, Zhang Lili gawked at him with her mouth agape.
Ethan ignored everyone's eyes on him and nonchalantly stood in front of the conference table, his poker face was intimidating to a lot of people present there, except Zhang Hongmin and Zhang Lili who were used to his cold behavior towards them.
"Good morning Mr Lee", the subordinates hurriedly greeted him after staring at his handsome countenance for a bit longer than needed.
Zhang Lili glared at the new secretary who was boring a hole into Ethan's visage, clad in a skimpy skirt and tight fitting blouse she looked like the typical bed climbing secretaries, for Zhang Lili she was worst than those escorts. The secretary quickly lowered her gaze and cursed Zhang Lili in her head.
"Good morning Ethan, let's start", Zhang Hongmin spoke with an authoritative voice.
Ethan merely nodded his head before sliding comfortably in his chair and overlooking at the people seated, like a majestic king.
Zhang Lili went weak in her knees with just one look at Ethan, her eyes turned hazy from wanton desire. Zhang Hongmin turned to his daughter, a stern glare at Zhang Lili made her behave in a more ladylike manner.
Assistant Chen who was observing everything snickered at the father-daughter pair,
"Such pretentious people, hmmph!", cursing inside his head.
"Mr Lu, the proposal is all set. The designers, contractors and engineers, all are appointed as per your wishes. We just have to sign the remaining part of the agreement..", Mr Yu passed a thick file to Assistant Chen, who in turn passed it to Ethan.
Ethan had agreed to work with the Zhang's if they were to follow his conditions and prepare two contracts as per his wishes. Hence the two contracts to keep their credibility.
"Hmm.. The numbers are so so. I had asked Mr Zhang to purchase good quality raw materials, not cut corners for the production.. I hope you understand what I mean", Ethan's gaze was cold, sending shivers down one's spine but not Zhang Hongmin the man was too shrewd and cruel in his own way.
Ethan was implying Mr Zhang to not play any dirty schemes as he is aware of all his underhanded deals and money laundering, he wants their investment to be clean and used only on the project.
"I understand", Zhang Hongmin merely smiled and walked out, Zhang Lili stood rooted to the ground seeing the tension in the conference room's atmosphere. She gulped heavily before following Ethan, plastering a fake smile on her heavily madeup face.
"Brother Ethan, let's go have lunch", Zhang Lili smile coyly and tugged on his sleeve.
"Miss Zhang, the CEO is very busy..", Chen explained calmly while blocking Zhang Lili from entering the office.
"This witch.. Why doesn't she leave this male god alone..", Chen cursed Zhang Lili in his head and was prepared to push her when the latter started to lash out at him.

Zhang was heartbroken, she felt a stabbing pain in her chest with each word that Ethan hollered at her, with a tear stricken and makeup smudged face she was looking very ugly.
Zhang Lili hurriedly went inside the bathroom cubicle and wailed, crying her heart out. She cleaned her face thoroughly before walking out of Lee Holdings office building.
Lucifer was in his office, at Chang Holdings when his assistant Le Xinglei entered, a wide grin plastered on his face.
"Boss, the deal with K Country's Golden Sun Corps that had been put on hold has..", Lucifer interrupted his over excited assistant with a cold expression on his deathly handsome face making him breathe in cold air.
"Call Adrian and inform him about the deal..", Xinglei could only nod his head.
Le Xinglei never understood the importance of Adrian in Lucifer's life, if he is his assistant then what about me?
Lucifer raised his eyes from the laptop and glanced towards the closed door, his eyes held a devilish glint in them.
Just as Lucifer was about to get back to his work his laptop shut down, the screen turned black and a message popped up.
"The Golden Sun Corps is a trap, Don't bid in the deal..."
