Adrian barged inside the office panting, he looked at Lucifer, his eerily calm face plastering the devilish grin made him shudder involuntarily. He caught his breath before parting his lips to speak gathering his courage.
"Boss, that man, he...", Lucifer interrupted Adrian, his handsome countenance was free from any worries, he looked calm and spoke in a low voice.
"Not bad, he's very efficient. I knew he'd contact you as well, keep tracking him. His skills are extremely well, look for an equally capable hacker..", After speaking Lucifer raised his head slowly to meet Adrian's puzzled gaze.
"Huh! He tried to warn you as well?", Adrian uttered before walking ahead to sit facing Lucifer.
"Hmm.. You know what to do", was all Lucifer said for Adrian to understand his boss's intentions.
"Yes, Boss. I'll book the flights for K Country and take care of the deal as well. The security has also been increased and all airports are under tight scrutiny", Adrian answered while Lucifer only hummed softly before averting his eyes back to the laptop screen.
"Boss, Miss Lu for her art gallery's location has decided on White Meadow", Adrian tried to read Lucifer's thoughts but the man was unfathomable, nobody can understand what goes around in his head if he doesn't wish them to know.
"I know. What about the thing I asked you to do?", Lucifer finally lifted his eyes off the screen and looked at Adrian.
"It's.. It's done boss. You can check it anytime..", Adrian hurriedly spoke.
"Okay, go take care of all the things", Lucifer dismissed Adrian and turned his attention back to his work.
Ethan was fuming sitting inside his office, he enraged by Zhang Hongmin's cocky attitude and Zhang Lili's disregard to his subordinates. Ethan was in a terrible mood and Assistant Chen was aghast looking at Ethan's outrage, he was frighteningly scary.
Assistant Chen didn't wish to die yet, he could only pray that the CEO spares him tonight from all the overtime work.
Ethan closed his eyes resting his head on his chair's backrest. He slowly opened his eyes when Assistant Chen called through his office's phone line.
"Boss..", Chen gulped in fear of offending the yama.
"Speak..", Ethan growled in a low voice but that was enough for Chen to break out in cold sweat.
"Miss Lu's art gallery location was approved by her..", Ethan's eyebrows furrowed in a grimace.
"So?", Chen pulled his tie which was suffocating him before answering Ethan.
"Miss Lu wanted your time for a brief meeting..", Ethan's countenance relaxed slightly and he hummed in reply.
"Okay, Check my schedule then contact her..", Assistant Chen smiled faintly and hung up hurriedly, thanking his stars for being spared by Ethan's wrath.
Su Yin was in her cabin going through several documents when Yishen called her,
"Hello", Su Yin spoke without looking at the caller id.
"Hello Sis..", Yishen's excited voice heard making Su Yin stop her work.
"Yishen how are you? Did you eat?", Su Yin asked her voice sweet as honey.
"Sis.. I miss you", Yishen was sniffing softly.
"Baby, I'll visit you next week. I'll be there with you for a month.. Now don't be sad and study hard. Eat properly, don't skip your meals and do not exert yourself.. Dad will also call you later tonight.. Take care", Su Yin was worried about her younger brother who was studying in F Country.
