Yabuta Matane is an old man who was seventy-nine years old. Many people said that he should just withdraw from the candidacy because even if he was elected, he would not be able to work optimally. At the age of nearly eighty, he had to rest a lot. A thing that may contradict the schedule of activities of a mayor of a super busy city.

The restaurant entrance was open. Mano immediately turned his attention towards the doorway. The police let three people walking in. They were a woman and two men. Turns out they were a crew from a TV station. The woman wore an enormous hat that covered part of her face. Mano could not see the woman's face clearly. The two men who came with the woman carried a camera and a box which Mano didn't know what it was for. But she suspected it must be related to their reporting activities.

The three then walked straight to the table where Yabuta Matane was sitting. Two security officers immediately approached and stopped their steps. The woman said something and handed a business card to one of the security guards. Yabuta Matane's secretary then got up from his seat and walked over to them. The officer then gave the business card to the secretary. Yabuta's secretary then nodded his head. The other security guard then invited the three people to one of the tables surrounding Yabuta's table. It seemed they would have to wait to be able to talk to Yabuta.

Mano saw Nakatsura "the journalist" was walking towards her. Nakatsura then took Mano's arm. He asked Mano to follow him right now. Assuming that there was something important that Nakatsura would say, she immediately followed Nakatsura.

After arriving at the briefing room, Nakatsura immediately asked Mano to sit on the chair there.

"Did you notice that TV station crew who just came?"

Nakatsura started the conversation by asking the question.

"Of course. One woman and two men," replied Mano.

"That woman is Tsukamoto," said Nakatsura.

Mano jumped in surprise.

"Are you sure? I couldn't see his face clearly."

"I am sure."

Nakatsura's tone was like that of a teacher explaining a lesson to a student. He seemed very sure of it.

"Don't ask how I can be this sure. I can not explain it. But that person is Tsukamoto, the photographer."

"What is our next step?" Mano asked.

"We have to get closer to her table. Let's make her talk," said Nakatsura.

"Talk how? Are we going to tell her who we really are?"

"Of course not. I'm sure that person is Tsukamoto. But still I have to make sure. To be able to do that, you have to come face to face with her."

"Face to face?" Mano asked.

"You have to face her at close range. You look at that woman's face and she looks at yours."

"Alright then. I'll try to be as close as possible."

"When you talk to her, always try to look her in her eyes. Don't stop staring," said Nakatsura.
