This was because sometimes, you just needed to fight and the strategies and the techniques would automatically come to you.
Aiden then tightly held on to Lightbringer while looking at the snake. Since Aiden was used to wielding swords, he decided that it was best if he fought with Lightbringer.
After all, he could more or less guess that the sword had some special properties. This was because the sword belonged to Hestia and there was no way that a goddess's sword did not have any special properties.
So Aiden was now ready to battle the snake with his new weapon. He raised his sword and jumped in the air while using his shadows to carefully avoid any attacks the snake might do.
But the snake remained completely still on its spot and did not attempt to attack Aiden while he was in the air. The latter seemed taken back by this but he still had to make an attack.
So after moving a little further, Aiden raised his sword and brought it down on the snake's head.
"A snake's scales are not that easy to cut sssss." The snake said as its tongue suddenly extended b a lot and moved towards Aiden. The latte immediately jumped back and saw a drop of the snake saliva falling on the ground.
As soon as the saliva fell on the ground, hissing sounds could be heard and smoke started to rise from the ground.
This told Aiden that even a drop of the snake's saliva was poisonous enough to burn through his skin and bones. This meant that going close to the snake was not going to be an easy task.
But this didn't mean that Aiden could battle the snake from a distance. He had put enough power in his attack to slash the head of a demon yet the snake looked as though it was being tickled.
This meant that there was a chance that the snake was hardly going to be damaged from arrows.
He would have to find some other way to do it.
'Twin beam.' So to start things, Aiden decided to use the latest skill he had obtained and that was twin beam.
As the light and the shadow beams shot out from both of his fists, the snake suddenly seemed on alert. It had a feeling that the attack was going to cause some damage to him regardless of his scales.
So to make sure that he received no damage and managed to tire Aiden out, the snake whipped forward and opened its mouth wide.
The two beams directly went inside his mouth but contrary to Aiden's expectations, he managed to swallow both the shadow and the light beams.
But Aiden grinned.
"I have no idea how you did that but then you." He then said as the snake suddenly shivered.
Since he had swallowed the shadow beam, it meant that the shadows were directly inside his body. This meant that Aiden could control. He shadows and with the use of his skills, he could eliminate the snake in moments.
'Shadow spikes.'
Aiden thought and raised his right hand. Before the snake could do anything against it, the shadow spikes tore through his body and killed him.
