I watched through my scope. I did that. I killed her. My head began getting light, and I began to fall. "JAMIE!" Bill shot after me, and managed to catch me. I barely stood up, and stumbled to the scene. "Please... I can't-" Akumura held her clothes, "I need you. We can't just-" Scorpio wiped her eye, and put her hand on Akumura's shoulder. "We have to take care of the rest. We're still under attack by the rest of the gang." Hellsing sighed, "I'll take care of them. Harley's already in better shape, we'll do what we can, you kids stay here."
Bill put his arm over Scorpio. "It's going to be okay," He looked up, "She's in a better place now." Akumura and Aleister's voices were alternating through their body. "Why can't we host her?!"
"Because she willingly died!"
"So did I!"
"You are not at rest!"
"Yeah," Akumura sighed, "I was about to be." Pisces hugged him, "Calm down, both of you." I dropped my gun, and fell to my knees. "This is the second one." Everyone looked at me. "What?" Bill was trying to hold his voice together, but just the one word almost broke it
"This," I felt something coming from my throat, "This is the second person I've killed." Tears began streaming down my face. I couldn't control them. Akumura walked over to me. "It's okay. We'll get through this, together." Pisces looked at us, and smiled a little.
"Well," Bill grabbed his sword, "I'm gonna go help everyone else. As much as I want to mourn, we have work to do." I nodded, and stood up, "I-I think I can do something too." I picked up my gun, and began to fly over to the battle, as did Bill. I looked down, and Scorpio, Pisces, and Akumura followed suit. "Where's Brit?" Bill shrugged, "If I were to guess, still where we fought Dracula. Even for her, something like that had to have left her exhausted."
"Well," I sighed, "I guess she needs the rest."
The battle raged on for 5 hours, until a few dozen of the Black Hoops remained, and surrendered. They realized their leaders were gone, and they were the only ones left. Chasan let them leave without any extra injury or punishment. The students were ordered to their dorms immediately, and were given treatment for whatever wounds they had. I managed to heal almost everyone, except Brit, who was unconscious.
Pisces sat on the couch next to Akumura. Bill and Scorpio sat next to each other. "So," Pisces glared at Bill, "You're dating my sister now." He nodded, "What about it?"
"And you thought," She crossed her arms, "You wouldn't have to deal with any family." Scorpio glared at Pisces, "It was my decision to ask him Pisces. Even so, I'm the older sister, I should be protective of you."
"Yeah, older by a year!" Akumura and I looked at each other. "So," Akumura stood up, "What are we going to do about the extra spot in our dorm?" Pisces looked around, "Well, I was planning this for later," She pulled out a paper, "But I'm enrolling here! So, I'm bunking with you guys!" Scorpio rolled her eye. "Oh what?! You don't want to spend time with your sister?"
"I do, I just don't want to sleep in the same room as you!" I sighed, "Well, looks like things are, somewhat back to normal." Bill shook his head, "Nah, lotta stuff happened recently, back to normal's gonna be hard."
I couldn't sleep. Even though she was usually the one who kept me up, it was hard without Naomi. I'd gotten used to her. Scorpio sat next to me, "Can't sleep either?" I shook my head. "Things are gonna be different. Not just for us. I just finished talking to Hellsing, almost half of the student body is at least injured. We don't know the full numbers yet, but they're devastating. We won the battle, yes, but we lost more then they did. Not to mention we killed the first two vampires." I sighed, "Well, we're alive, that's a plus." I looked around the room. Pisces and Brit were asleep. "So," I punched Scorpio in the shoulder, "It only took your possible death to ask him." In a split second, my consciousness faded and I punched myself in the face, "Yeah, what about it?" I sighed, "Well, whatever. We made it through alive."
