This time, she had entered her storage room, though she didn't really see anything familiar to her- as she saw something shine in the corner of her eye, as Lady Melissa slowly approached whatever it was, as her breath hitched a bit.

It was a key, a key to something. Lady Melissa didn't know why- but she had an instinct to get the key, before she quickly continued searching her parent's storage room, as it was mostly filled with her mother's accessories.

Lady Melissa wasn't that familiar with her parent's rooms, since she had only been here when she was a child- and even while she was a child, she had only gone to her parent's rooms a few times.

Of course, recently she began to go to her parent's rooms more often, but she never really knew much about it, and neither was she that interested in her parent's rooms.

Lady Melissa carefully walked, as she felt that something wasn't right- something was different on the tile that she was currently walking on, compared to the other tiles, as she got down on her knees.

Lady Melissa, although she was a noble, and preferred not to do things like these- knew that she couldn't waste any more time arguing with herself after something like this, after all, she'd rather do this than get beheaded by the King any day.

Lady Melissa used her hand, balling it up as she knocked on the tile, as the sound echoed for a few seconds, though she made sure not to knock too hard, knowing that her parents could probably notice if she did so.

Lady Melissa knocked on the other few tiles surrounding it- before she decided that she was right and that the tile WAS hollow, there was something inside it- and she was more than determined to find out what it was since that little bit of information could be a very crucial part of the information to her in case she wanted to still be alive.

Lady Melissa opened the tile, as she was met with a dead-end though she didn't give up just yet, as she knocked on the cement- and this time it was more hollow, she was sure that she could enter somehow- but she just didn't know exactly how.

Out of the corner of her eye, Lady Melissa had spotted a lock- a lock in the cement, somehow, right in the left corner of it, though since it wasn't that big she wasn't able to spot it at first glance, though when she did, an idea immediately came into her head.

Lady Melissa quickly used her right hand to take the key from earlier, that was currently in her pocket, as she quickly used it to open the lock that was on the cement. The placing was just completely weird, but Lady Melissa decided to just give it a try.

Lady Melissa waited and waited for something to happen, but after seconds, nothing happened- there was no sound, no nothing, as Lady Melissa used her hand, touching the key that was in the cement's lock, before all of a sudden, everything went dark.

Lady Melissa awoke in some underground chamber, as she slowly opened her eyes, how much time had passed? She was pretty sure that she had gotten knocked out earlier- and she was sure that by now her parents would have at least already noticed that she had completely disappeared.

Lady Melissa quickly stood up, as she fixed her dress, observing her surroundings as she turned her head around, trying to observe whatever place she had been- though one thing was for certain.

She had never been here before, everything had looked unfamiliar to her, the place was like a tunnel, and there was only one path, Lady Melissa looked behind her, wondering if there was another path for her to go to.

However, it was to no avail as it was a complete dead-end behind her, Lady Melissa looked up, as she spotted a door, on top of her, what was the door? Though that was the least of Lady Melissa's worries- at least for now.

Lady Melissa didn't panic at all, though admittedly, she was a little worried about what would happen to her if she didn't make it out when the night had come, she was sure that things were going to get much spookier.

Lady Melissa walked through the tunnel that was in front of her, carefully and slowly, observing each one of her surroundings and all its little details whilst doing so, knowing that this wasn't her territory.

For all she knew, she could have been kidnapped or such- and the kidnapper had brought her here, though the chances of that were unlikely considering the fact that out of all the rooms she was in, was in her parent's and that they had somehow successfully managed to sneak her body out with all of her bodyguards outside the room- or near the room.

Lady Melissa knew that sitting around wouldn't do her any help, so she stood up noticing every little thing about the tunnel- from the creatures that were inhabited there, luckily she hadn't seen any bats so far.

Lady Melissa was a little, afraid of bats per se, after all, the noises that they would create would scare her living soul, and the fact that they were usually in large groups didn't help her either, and considering that this was a tunnel- she expected to see a few bats every now and then, even if she didn't want to.

Lady Melissa, saw a door in front of her in the distance, as she carefully walked there, just in case anything would happen to her, she was having suspicions that she was kidnapped, after all who would make doors in a tunnel?

Lady Melissa thought of opening the door or not for the next few seconds- debating with herself whether she should do it or not, since she didn't know of any of the future danger or dangers that she would be facing, or could be facing.
